    This is my mail written to Bank of Maharashtra on 4/10/14 because their customer care helpline was not working and was constantly busy

    TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN
    I am writing this mail on behalf of Mr. Chitubhai Manibhai Dhangar whose debit card was lost on 4/10/14 and his account number is [protected] who is currently residing in ankleshwar Dist. Bharuch and is originally from Kadod Taluka Bardoli.

          I found add in the newspaper of bank of Maharashtra mentioning work from so we called the number provided in the newspaper. We spoke to a lady who requested us to pay first Rs. 1, 200 as a registration fee and after paying that they asked us to pay more Rs. 2, 500 for an agreement and the final amount of 5, 000 as a deposit for the laptop they were providing to us to work on it. I have bank receipts for all the amount I have paid and after that they sent me an agreement letter on the bank letterhead and it's been more than a month and whenever I called him he ether disconnected the or said that we are in a meeting will call back. Now we are calling the person and he mentioned that we are not going to give any work and refund of the money. When asked for a refund he said that we can't give any refund or any work and mentioned and that it was a fraud done with us. Please help us we are not that good in finance.             I deposited a central bank cheque of rupee one lack in my current account on 23rd august. But only rupee ten thousand has been credited to my account.               Dear Sir/Mam, My mother is Bank of Maharashtra account holder. We face lot of issue due to ATM centre not working at below mentioned address in Thane. It has been more thane 3 months the ATM is non-functional. The BOM other ATM is situated 3-4 km from our house. The security guard of IDBI Bank situated next to BOM said that it is non-functional since inauguration. After raising the issue with the bank executive's the dumb fellow gave no assurance. He only said it's not working. As per new RBI policy, customer will be charged for using other bank's ATM. Please look into the matter.                     i am a new customer to Bank of Maharashtra. i reside at uran due to some personnel reason i created an account in alibaug branch. as it's not possible for me to travel all the way from uran to alibaug for every single issue. so i contacted your customer support as well as to the alibaug branch so they can post my passbook at my add. but they declined my request which is basically is not a good bossiness practice. so please look into this matter. because of what i am sure within few days i will be closing my acc. because i never got such issue with ma other bank accounts

                      Dear Sir, In your pune satara road brach, their is lot of issue regarding customer relationship, Today 14/8/2014 I waste my 2 hours for transaction, their is long line for transaction and my check is not cleared as well as the branch manager said me we are not responsible for that you can complaint, as well as not any notice display regarding unavailabe services.please change the behaviour of that manager who cannot speak very well with customers. Thank you.

                          I would like to inform you sir, i indumati kashinath sakhare having a sb account[protected] in your nerul navi mumbai branch sec 09, in my account funds are also sufficient till 16000, but then also they are countinue bouncing my cheque, and when i am asking the reason why are u bouncing my cheque they are giving the reason that the cheuque no 7590 had already presented and the same number of cheque 7590 is presenting more and more time thats why our service branch is bouncing the cheque, and its not our fault its the service bank mistake

                            Hi, Here I want to request that I am an account holder of your bank Ac.no :[protected] ( SHAMSHAD BEGUM ). I make 7 transactions of 10, 000 each in mumbai ( J&K Bank ATM ) on 15/6/14 out of these transactions 2 are successfully withdraw i.e. ( 20, 000 ) and from rest 5 transactions are failed but it shows money deduction in all 5 transaction. Out of these 5 transaction I got my 3 transaction money back in my account i.e ( 30, 000 ) but still 2 transaction amount not refunded i.e ( 20, 000 ). My concern is that I already send an application to my branch manager he forwarded it but no response, But in actual its almost 4th month no money is refunded. How can it be possible that i withdraw 40, 000 amount in one time, from same day, from same account ?????? as there is a limit of 20, 000 / DAY. NOTE : I am attaching my bank statement which helps you to resolve my issue please do some needful ASAP.

                                Dear Sir/Madam, I am customer of BOM. My account no with the bank is: [protected] and it’s in Seegehalli (1682) branch. With this mail, i would like to bring your attention on illegal demand of bank staffer for putting INR 2 Lacs as FD with the bank to get locker (Locker available). As per RBI guidelines/rules (Linking of Allotment of Lockers to placement of Fixed Deposits), this is strictly out or rule. As a customer of bank i have right to get the locker without putting 2 Lacs in FD. To be my surprise, the bank staffer was least bothered when I told them that I will complaint this to the higher authorities. So please treat this as complaint forced by bank staffer who don’t care about common man. With your full respect, I would like to ask your help on this matter and a swift response form you.                                     I have requested your branch of Sector 9A, Gurgaon (haryana) through their e mail ID [protected]@mahabank.co.in on 08.07.14 to mail me annual statement for last year I.E.2013-14 ( April 13 to March 14) for my saving account no.[protected], but despite of remaining four times they have still not sent the same. In my open ion, it is my right to have the same once in a year free of cost. But they are unable to send the same. I have to submit my IT return and it is urgent for me to have the same.                                     Misbehave in ATM by cash filing staff

                                    Today i.e. 25 April 2014 around 7:30 pm while I was drawing cash from ATM of bom versova branch, the cash filing staff entered into the ATM. When I have objected that you go out since I have to do the operation, he has misbehaved with me.

                                      Dear sir/Madam, I have forgotten my transaction password on 22.06.2014.Hence I hace requested for my new transaction password on 22.06.2014 itself.I got the message from bank "my login & transaction password has been generated & it will be dispatched withon 10 days".But stil I have not received my login & Transaction password.If i contact the branch manager also he is also telling my password has been dispatched.                                         my account no is [protected] account type : SB-Salary Gain-Pub-Ind-All Branch- Malegaon (Pune) (160) MICR Code:[protected] IFSC Code:MAHB0000160 I want to post a complaint to you that on 1 july 2014, i tried to withdraw Rs. 10, 000 from my above account no.i was withdrawing it from TATA CASH ATM in Malegaon itself but because of insuffiecient balance in the ATM of TATA CASH, I didn't received the amount of Rs.10, 000.But it is showing in my Account that Rs.10, 000 has been debited.So please assist me and credit my specific amount back to my account.
