I am saving account customer of bank of Maharashtra, Katraj branch ( Ac. No. [protected] ). I have lost my debit card and block after losing. Then I applied for new debit card at Vadgaonsheri Pune branch.
After 1week, when I went to collect debit card, banking person said me that they have send my application to Katraj Pune Branch. When I reached to Katraj branch to collect my Debit Card.
They Said, They did not get any debit card application from any branch. And when I asked them "how to know about status"they said, they don't know.
When I called to debit card dept. on[protected], nobody is there to receive my call initially. After that, they received my call twice, But nobody were talking from there side. I think, they keep receiver aside by picking. It is really bad customer care experience.
Also, Others bank send Debit card on Communication address at least.
But your bank doesn't send on communication address. Then Why there is need of communication address field on Debit Card form ?
Also, Please check number o[censored]sers at each branch and increase counter as per that. At katraj, there is only one counter for submitting form and inquiry.

Misbehave in ATM by cash filing staff
Today i.e. 25 April 2014 around 7:30 pm while I was drawing cash from ATM of bom versova branch, the cash filing staff entered into the ATM. When I have objected that you go out since I have to do the operation, he has misbehaved with me.
