Dear sir/Madam, I have forgotten my transaction password on 22.06.2014.Hence I hace requested for my new transaction password on 22.06.2014 itself.I got the message from bank "my login & transaction password has been generated & it will be dispatched withon 10 days".But stil I have not received my login & Transaction password.If i contact the branch manager also he is also telling my password has been dispatched. If i want to talk via customer care most of the times the ring is going.But no body is attending the phone calls. My account no.: [protected]

    my account no is [protected] account type : SB-Salary Gain-Pub-Ind-All Branch- Malegaon (Pune) (160) MICR Code:[protected] IFSC Code:MAHB0000160 I want to post a complaint to you that on 1 july 2014, i tried to withdraw Rs. 10, 000 from my above account no.i was withdrawing it from TATA CASH ATM in Malegaon itself but because of insuffiecient balance in the ATM of TATA CASH, I didn't received the amount of Rs.10, 000.But it is showing in my Account that Rs.10, 000 has been debited.So please assist me and credit my specific amount back to my account.           Dear Sir,
          This is for your kind information that the above mentioned Staff is not co-operating with me and almost with all. She is very rude and arrogant in behavior and conduct. We do not expect such conduct from such responsible officers working at rural areas.
          Here I would like to furnish the fact/incident happened with me on 09 th June. On 09thjune I went to Ranjangaon Branch to inquire and pay the outstanding amount against agriculture loan but unfortunately I forgot to carry passbook along. Hence, I personally requested respected mam to give me details searching by the name so that it could have become easy to pay the amount on the same day. But unfortunately respected madam Nisha misbehaved with me with very rude and arrogant conduct and words. On my humble request and conduct she abused and insulted me for small cause in presence of many people by uttering a sentence-“KyaApkoDimagNahiHaiKya !”and many more such abusive and arrogant words by expressing her attitudinal aspects. Even She compelled me to bring the passbook from 5 km. For the truth and verification of this issue you may go through the CCTV footage of the day. Even almost 5 to 6 persons in the branch complained about the mam and her rude and arrogant conduct and even the language which she is expected to speak in Marathi.
          So I kindly request you to take cognizance and investigate the issue and make necessary action on her. And also reply me as early as possible.

            Dear sir, i am a sb account holder and my account number s.B. A/c no: [protected], which i have in your seawood west, navi mumbai.I wanted to transfer funds through neft, but the system said my password is wrong and therefore it would be sent after 14 days!!! I had to wait for 14 days to get my login password!!! Really wonderful and excellent service. Now when get the same after 20 days, and use it to access my sb account, it says to activate call on this number... When i call three or four times it says it nobody to receive the call!!!

            At this rate the customer will be frustrated and will soon close his account and will go to another bank where there is a quick service.

              I had to pay an amount of Rs2000/- at Anutex shopping complex at Malkajgiri, Hyderabad. The shop owner swiped my debit card and the swipe machine prompted for pin and I entered the pin. At this juncture the link failed and the transaction slip could not be generated. As the shop owner insisted on payment, I paid him cash by withdrawal from ATM adjacent to the shop.The shop owner says that unless transaction slip is generated amount does not get transfered to his account. After some time I found that an amount of Rs 2000/- has been deducted from my balance. Kindly arrange to refund the amount to my account.                 Dear Sir, This has reference to my Bank of Maharashatra Saving Bank A/c. no. [protected] & subsequently issued Debit card no.[protected]. Today morning the ATM @ Pimpri- Chinchwad Branch was not working. So I tried to withdraw Rs. 10, 000/- from Bank of India ATM @ Ajmera, Pimpri ( id APU8013 ) @ 11.08 . But unable to receive cash. But I got SMS that my account got debited for Rs.10, 000/. Again I tried to withdraw Rs. 10, 000/- from HDFC Bank ATM @ Ajmera, Pimpri ( id S1ANPE70) @ 11.18. But unable to receive cash for 2nd time. But I got SMS that my account got debited for Rs.10, 000/. Thus my account got debited by Rs.20, 000/- in these t transactions but I have not received any cash. You are requested to consider this mail as a complaint mail & request to look into the matter & please see to it that this 20, 000/- amount should get credited to my account immediately.                     Sir,
                    I am residing in mumbai.I applied for linking my aadhar card number with my bank account at Bank of
                    Maharashtra, Sion branch, Mumbai and lpg of HPCL at Dharmesh Gas Service, Sion, Mumbai.

                    My aadhaar card number[protected] is not being updated to the NPCI mapper .

                    My aadhaar card has been linked and updated to my bank account in December 2013. This is confirmed

                    by my bank.
                    My aadhaar has been updated in the HPCL website and linked to my consumer no.620465

                    But still on the HPCL website the message says "Aadhaar Status in Bank (As per NPCI) - NOT

                    SUBMITTED"

                    I do not know whom to contact as the bank says they have done the needful, the HP gas guy says that

                    I must contact the bank. It is merry go round that never stops.


                    Please rectify this error for me.

                      I am saving account customer of bank of Maharashtra, Katraj branch ( Ac. No. [protected] ). I have lost my debit card and block after losing. Then I applied for new debit card at Vadgaonsheri Pune branch. After 1week, when I went to collect debit card, banking person said me that they have send my application to Katraj Pune Branch. When I reached to Katraj branch to collect my Debit Card. They Said, They did not get any debit card application from any branch. And when I asked them "how to know about status"they said, they don't know. When I called to debit card dept. on[protected], nobody is there to receive my call initially. After that, they received my call twice, But nobody were talking from there side. I think, they keep receiver aside by picking. It is really bad customer care experience. Also, Others bank send Debit card on Communication address at least. But your bank doesn't send on communication address. Then Why there is need of communication address field on Debit Card form ? Also, Please check number o[censored]sers at each branch and increase counter as per that.                             I am an account holder of BANK OF MAHARASHTRA branch WADGAON MAVAL PUNE 412106. ON date 22/09/2008 i have a balance of Rs.2341 in my accunt([protected]).from last 4 year i have loosed my job so that i can't operate that account.
                            But today 16/10/2012 i have Rs.00 in my account.Bank did not give me the detail of my account.bank did not give me statement of my account from 23/09/2008 To 27/02/209.on date 28/02/2009 balance in my account isRs. 145.on date 31/08/2009 balance in my account is Rs.00.

                              dear sir,i was drawing amount of rs 2000/- from HDFC atm machine at ajmera by debit card no xxxx 7351 (Card of Bank of Maharashtra) on 20 aug 2012 at 19.28 but due to transaction pbroblem i didnt get cash and my bank a/c is debited with rs 2000/- which is informed by sms service from bank.details of may BANK OF MAHARASHTRA a/c is CI xxxx,br kalanagar bandra east,mumbai.pl verify and credit a/c by rs 2000/-.my next transaction of rs 2000/- on hdfc atm at 19.29 record no 3358 is successful and is debited correctly.but first was wrongly debited and need to modify with credit to a/c.

                                i am having salary account with bank of maharashtra,bandra east (mhada) branch.two days before(29.07.2012) i was on tour to kolhapur.while comming back i was urgent need of money and used union bank atm in kasaba bawada kolhapur for drawal.but for surprise it didnt work and i have sufficient balance in a/c.i tried sbi,icici bank atm but didnt get money.it was very difficult as i was on my way back to pune by road and my car to be refueled.still today i tried the debit card at various location but it didnt work.i have already intimated the complaint by email via my bank account but it has no use.sudden failure of atm services causes great inconvience to customer.

                                  I Sagar Pradeep Sonawane open my saving account on 28th June 2012 at Bank Of Maharashtra Talegaon Dabhade branch (branch code 1158).My account number is [protected].I received my ATM card & it's pin code by next day but the PIN CODE(password) of ATM card was not look properly..so I again submit an application for new ATM pin code on 1st July 2012.The staff (employee) of the bank told me that you will get your new ATM pin code ( password ) by post on your residential address within 15 day's. but today is 23rd July, 22 days pass...so I again visit the bank, but now they reply me, you will get the new ATM pin code might be after 15 day's or 1 month or 1 & half month.the response from them is very bad. Sir the ATM pin code is very essential for me as I am a student and I have to stay outside for studies and for my money transaction from my parent's it is mandatory to have an ATM CARD with me.
                                  So please I request you to solve my problem immediately and issue my new ATM CARD PIN CODE(Password) within a week.

                                      Sir, I am Prof. H P singh working with Accurate Institute of Managemnt and Technology, Greater Noida.I am having my salary account with sector 19 branch of Bank of maharastra .
                                      I applied for net banking at the time of opening of account. and on 10/10/2011 i received sms that bank has been dispatched the login and pasword but i did not received.
                                      later i approached costumer care of bank of maharastra ,they told me that send a request through email to your bank and bank will forward the request and we will send you login and password at your email id.
                                      Later i sended request many times and tried to contact the branch but still they have not respondrd yet.
                                      please do the needful
