Wrong information given by officer

Wrong information given about DEBIT Card PIN Change by one of the officer from Maharashtra Bank, Dwarka, Nashik.
The officer told that 'The PIN of Debit Card can never be changed and it will be permanent'.
I want to change my PIN of Debit Card but officer given such a false information to me.

Not received anything nor ATM card or Pin

I went to deposit some cash on my a/c on 23/11/2010 @ 11:20 and there are four desk to take cash on cash counter. When i entered the bank. There was only one person on desk taking the cash which is for more than 25000/-. I was waiting for more than 20 mins and there was no one to attend the people. there were around 15...

Debit card PIN Change

Cheque denial, instead of cash

Hi,

I hold a savings account at the Bank Of Maharashtra, Vishrantwadi branch. I needed to withdraw money from the bank itself as I don't have the ATM card. As the amount was huge, I request the bank officials to withdraw a cheque in my name, instead of cash. But they straight away denied my request without giviing any valid reason.
