I was opened a saving a/c in your Beed branch on 12 August 09 & also feed up the atm form after a/c opening.. Now,I have got ATM PASSWORD by post & I want to collect my ATM card from your branch.But,They are not providing me ATM Card & only giving time to come after some day's from last 8 day's.. Please educate me how many more day's i will have to wait for your ATM service... waiting for your responce...

You should approach your branch with your complaint. If not satisfied, you can forward the complaint to the respective Regional Office. If still not satisfied, you can bring the matter to the Central Office.

Concerned person took my application but when I visited the branch after 3 months they haven't yet processed on it. Bank Of Maharashtra Atm — REFUND NOT RECEIVED

I have done a transaction in amount of Rs.500/- on 11/03/2010 at 09:58am from Bank of Maharashtra Atm. However due to ATM problem he didnt get the said amount.
When I checked my account balance on 12/03/2010, there were said amount deducted from my account.
I personally verified this matter from Bank of Maharashtra and received confirmation from those side there was problem in said ATM on dated 11/03/2010 and many people faced the same.
I submitted the my complaint via email id helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in however there was no response till date.

Bank Of Maharashtra — Lack of prompt service

The concerned person/officer of Bank of Maharashtra,Umari branch, Akola didnot issue me (S.B.acc.no. [protected]) a cheque book on 20.04.10 eventhough I had submitted an application personally to him. Moreover, he has directed me to come tomorrow ( Dt. 21.04.10) for getting cheque book. It is not only difficult and expensive but also painfull for the senior citizen like me. I, therefore, request to send me a cheque book by post at my residential address and hereafter prompt service be given to all the consumers to avoid harrasement. Thanks

I have account in Bank of Maharashtra. Recently I applied for internet banking.I have a complaint against their customer care. Toll free numbers are not available at any time.Also I have been kept hold while I called other number[protected] for about 10min. Very poor service.
Also there are no menu in Marathi even bank name is Maharashtra Bank. Shame on you.
I have lost my ATM card long back in the month of June and I had filed FIR and applied to the concerned Branch of Your Bank i.e. BOM Station Road, Thane-400601. But since then it is told to me that I have to apply again so I did in the month of August...thereafter when I asked the branch about the delay it was answered that the ATM cards are made through contract and the agency may take time to deliver the same...but in vain...I am still waiting my card to come.     we are the person belonging to rural area , we face the problem of banking and transaction for money from bank & service of toll free number for complaint notification
    when we take new ATM card service from the bank for the transaction of money ,there is lot of problem with card , ATM box not accepting our card give replay as unauthorized card so we face economic crises

      I'm the student of BE studing 1'st year i need education loan for studing so when i went to the bank of Maharashtra(DHANI BRANCH MOUDHA TALUKA NAGPUR DISTIC )and asked for loan the bank manager asked to compleate my parents loan which they are holding in that bank.My parents compleated all the loans still also he is not purmiting the education loan.He is saying that he will look for one or two year towords our regular account and then he will give me loan.But my family condition is so poor that they cannot bear my fee for this two years.

      So please grant my educaion loan ,since no this type of condition's were applied on application form.

          The officer told that 'The PIN of Debit Card can never be changed and it will be permanent'.

I received atm card after 2 and half months but not received pin numbers. when I ask bank officials they says to me u will collect after 1 month pin number . I refuse to open new account they told me pls wait one month. Again I face any problem in future they told me open new account . Sir this is not a solution .                     I am Shrikant Rakshe a/c holder for Bank of Maharashtra in Pune ( Raviwar peth branch)

                    I went to deposit some cash on my a/c on 23/11/2010 @ 11:20 and there are four desk to take cash on cash counter. When i entered the bank. There was only one person on desk taking the cash which is for more than 25000/-. I was waiting for more than 20 mins and there was no one to attend the people. there were around 15 people waiting in Q. I asked Mr kishan Kaniya Who is a "DO" office.

                    He said me that u have to wait in a Queue as other staff is in a meeting "If you want to pay the cash pay it or Leave" Also there was no sign board kept as "counter closed"..I really felt bad the way he was showing his attitude and i could not found any kind of customer service from this person. It really created a bad impact on me as a customer of bank of Marashtra.He does not have a skill to manage people / staff

                    I need a written confirmation from the mank manager as why there is attitude in this person.

                    I never feel "One family, One bank".

                                  I had submitted an application for new savings account on 06/09/2010, with deposit of 500/- my account has not been created yet. First of all BOM doesn't provide me a Application form for 2 weeks when I Managed it from another Branch they accepted it by saying that the account will be created after Minimum 15 Days. Second one is that when I requested to the Respected manager to please do something according to this matter they replied that THIS IS NOT NECESSARILY THAT EVERYONE SHOULD CREATE ACCOUNT TO THIS PARTICULAR BRANCH ONLY WHICH LOCATED IN UNIVERSITY OF PUNE.
                                  How can they say like this?
                                  I requested them again that our mode of payment is ACCOUNT PAY CHEQUE...! its quite easy to make transitions easy for us... they replied its your problem not ours.
                                  Please suggest me how to react such a behavior ?
                                  Will somebody can expect this attitude/ behaviour to customer ?

                                    I have applied for ATM card in March 2010 and get card in may2010, & PIN no. in first week of June. Every time I went to ATM for performing transactions the ATM machine answers INVALID PIN., though the PIN entered is correct. These has happened almost for 8-10 times. When I contact their Card Cell No. they said it is a matter of Branch. I also approach to Branch quite a number of times, the officers at branch Email the details to Card Cell of Bank Of maharashtra at least 3 times now, still at present I have received no response from Bank, and iam still in august not able to Operate account through ATM card.
                                    I have suffered a lot of time and energy as I have to go branch every time I want to perform transaction.
