Extremely Pathetic Customer Service

Hi,
This complaint is for very poor service of barclay bank. I applied for barclay bank credit card last year in 2007 however I have not received the card till now. and I complaint for the same many times on their customer service number and also I wrote many mails to them however I got only electronic reply in which written "Thanku for writing to barclay we take this request seriously" however nothing has been done so far....

Mental harassment

Hi, I am being cheated by Barclays Bank. They issued me a credit card which has not been delivered till date and card has been charged. I will have to pay bill for a card which I have never seen.

Unwanted phone calls!

Hi,

i have taken loan from barclays in phone they told me that 14% rate of reducing monthly intrest and 500Rs processing fee no other hidden charges but i came to know that it is 16 % rate of intrest arround 9000Rs hidden charges i have coplaint this issue many times but no response from your side

Pathetic service rendered. and fraud system

1. After 2 months of applying I got my card delivered at my residence where in i had requested on all queries that my card my kindly be delivered to my mailing address. I had given my official address as mailing address. But these people didnt adhere to my instructions at all.
