Product is of very bad quality

Hi, Two weeks (26-Oct-2013) back i bought a pair of Bata Remo model shoes in chennai. The shoes got torn in only a week time. I had a very good trust on bata which was totaly spoiled now. The shop has the no exchange policy so they are not ready to provide a replacement also. Bata does not provide a proper way to get a replacement or even a free repair service.       Hi,

      I bought a pair of men's shoes from a Kolkata City Centre Bata shop on 8th February 2025.
      My husband wore it for couple of days since then and the sole has already cracked and pieces are coming out from the shoes.

      I paid a whooping amount of Rs. 2499 for this poor quality shoes.

      I really did not expect that products of such poor quality are sold as fresh stock with 0 discount by a reputed and established company like Bata (known for good quality of products) whose condition can get this worse after few days o[censored]sage (approx 2 Months ONLY).

      Could someone please help me on this issue asap as I feel extremely cheated?

      PFA FOR THE CONDITION OF MY SHOES AFTER approx 2 MONTHS o[censored]sage AND THE CASH MEMO.

        I had made an online purchase from Bata website for a pair of Bata Inuck loafers (brown) on 16th Feb 2025. The order was delivered to my address on 20th Feb 2025, however on opening the packet I found out that both the shoes were of different colour, one was Brown other was black. This is extremely disheartening since i have to leave for a wedding on 22nd Feb 2025 and now I’m left with no choice but to again purchase the same product from retail store. This has caused me financial loss and great deal of inconvenience at the hands of Bata and its channel partners managing their logistics. This whole incidence appears to me as a deliberate attempt to harass me during my time of need. I need to be fairly compensated for the overall financial loss, inconvenience and loss of peace of mind.

          I have purchased a pair of BATA shoes but the required size was not available at BATA store at GHS mall pune. So the person at billing counter ( after full payment ) order the required size shoes online and promised that within 5 days the shoes will be delivered. But the order got failed/ and we didn't receive any shoes even after 10 days though full payment has been done and the amount got debited from my account, He didn't help us out and told to apply for refund I am trying to get back the debited amount for the past one month but there is no proper response from the BATA team I have attached the sample mail which I received from them. Whenever I tried reaching customer support getting the same reply from the BATA team and the issue was not yet resolved til date.
          This is very very disappointing that a Brand company like BATA is causing so much trouble to customers. we went there believing the brand name and now we are applying at multiple places for getting the refund. Attached is the screen shot of mail Now the person Vasu who promised for refund has stop responding and when we call the Bata store store at GHS mall the person simply says he wont be able to help us out and we should ask for refund. But he is not assisting in getting refund.

            I ordered bata men sandals from amazon on 2nd April 2024 and within 20 days itself the sandals got damaged with cuts on the leather .I am unable to place return on amazon .please refund my money.

              I rcently purchase Hush Puppies shoes on 4th Oct 2024

              THe shoes had bad workmanship with the stitching coming out constantly. With this the shoe look bad to wear.
              I have visited the store earlier, they had tried to fix ti by burning the thread, but still the threading comes out. When i recently visited again, for same problem, they told that the warranty is over and nothing can be done.

                  I am a regular user of BATA shoes but this time when i bought a shoe worth 2300 INR it was making a squeaking sound even on the carpet and it is very embarrassing in the office when i walk.                     I purchased bata shoes worth Rs. 2000 approx on 22/12/2023 vide invoice no CM[protected] from an offline store which is located in BATA SHOE STORE 29, NAI SARAK, JODHPUR, RAJASTHAN . I visit offline store on 18/03/2024 (4 days before warranty period over) for exchange of store but manager says we had not your shoes size pair in our store at present. Kindly visit 2 days later on our store. So i am sending an mail to bata customer service before 4 days of warranty period over in case manager says your shoes warranty period is over. Kindly take action if any deficiency occur from bata store located in nai sarak jodhpur. I have attached an photo of invoice and damaged shoes.

                      Very poor quality of products at BATA, Lajpat Ngr
                      The velcro over the arch stopped sticking soon after purchasing the scholl sandals from Bata. I had bought them from BATA showroom, Lajpat Nagar I, (opp. red hospital). when the sandals were returned to the store for repair, they kept it for two months and not repaired them even after that. the quality of the Scholl and Bata products has worsened . DONT BUY anything from BATA store at K60 B, Veer Savarkar Marg, Central Market. Block K, Lajpat Nagar II, New Delhi, Delhi 110024. their staff is not co-operative too.

                          I purchased footwear from Bata just four months ago. The sole of the footwear has inexplicably broken, and despite reaching out to your customer care both via call and email, I received unsatisfactory responses citing a rigid 3-month refund policy.
