Shareholder discount coupon not.received

I am shareholder of bata india ltd. Since more than 30 years. Every year i receive two discount coupons entitling me to purchase two pair of footwear at 20% discount.     I placed an online order from a bata store in Bangalore on 5th of September for an amount of Rs 1699. I cancelled the order on 12th September as I did not receive the item until then. I called the customer care regarding my refund 4 times, every time I call them, they give me excuses stating you will get the link for refund in 5 working days. Its already a month and the chances of getting my refund is zero. There is no follow up from their end nor a proper response. The reference number for my order is 712381 given by Bata. I need my refund. I am stressed out with such a bad experience.

    Its been 10 days I have raised a complaint and nor received even a call or any update on the same. Such a bad experience from bata as well the consumer complaint forum. what is the use of complaining?

        Me and family are shareholder of Bata India. In all DP ID our email ID is common. This time we have received only email containing 2 share holder coupons.
        I send an email an complaint email on 05/09/2023 which was replied on same date quoting "As per the records this Email ID is registered in multiple Folios /Client ID numbers.

        In order to avoid the coupons in spas folder, the Company has sent the coupons for

        one Folio / Client ID. For rest of the Folios / Client IDs the Company will provide the

        coupons in due course. Thank you for your patience." by email id biswajit.[protected]@bata.com

        but till writing this complaint i have not received any of our pending coupons.

          Dear Sir/Madam, Today I was go to purchase sleeper at your Bata Store, C-Block, Opposite-agrawal Sweets Corner, near Reliance Mall, Vikaspuri, New Delhi-110018. At store I request with sales girl to help my child to bear his choice sleeper. She refused me with his sentence "At Bata, we are not help customer to bear sleeper/shoes, Child will do it by himself". I ask with Bata India, is it your part of Policy? If yes please immediately change it, else please do necessary & appreciate action against Particular Store with there employee. Waiting for positive response from Bata India.             Sandal purchased from Bata India store has non-working elastic belt

            Date of purchase: 2nd Sept 2023

            I purchased sandals for my wife from Bata showroom. It had elastic belt. While purchasing, we explicitly asked staff what if elastic gets lose. Staff mentioned that there is 90 days warranty.

            On the first day o[censored]se, we realized that the elastic belt is already loose. We went to Bata showroom within 30 days of purchase. Showroom refused to do anything and called customer care....

              We have been shareholders of Bata India since my Grand father and father for more than 40+ years and it is extremely painful and disgusting to inform that Bata has stopped sending discount coupons for last 3-4 years.

              For last 3-4 years I have been sending repeated reminders to various departments but receive the response that we are working on your query and then we receive subsequent response that your query has been closed.

              Is the discount coupons being diverted to selected people and the shareholders are being deprived of their right to discount coupon.

                  Hi, we have four family members who are shareholders of BATA. We did not receive any discount coupon last year. This year also, only one discount coupon has been received on one member's mobile.
                  Is the discount coupon distribution now random or has the eligibility criteria changed?
                  Our family would keenly look forward to these coupons and shop for the monsoon wears from Bata.
                  Can you please help us to get these discount coupons? Please let me know what information is required and whom to send it.

                        I bought a hush puppies chappal worth Rs. 3000 from bata on 4th Mar 2023 and it got damaged within few days. I didn't used it much. I went to my nearby bata showroom and explained the damage issue and I asked for a replacement but they denied it and asked me to file through a customer care service. I complaint and they denied to change it. I need a replacement for the same.

                            I ordered a product online using Bata website. The problem never delivered due to unavailability.

                            Their Customer care always close ticket without resolution and the email address mentioned on the website for escalation behave in the same manner.

                            They just open ticket and close ticket with customer care rulebook lines as replies but no resolution.

                            The product was purchased on 28-June for Rs. 750 and it is been a month i am struggling to get my hard earned money back

                                As per Bata refund initiated on 1st July and so far refund not credited to source account. Payment was through credit card and customer care keep on mentioning it's netbanking. I have shared evidence of payment and also evidence of no refund. However, customer care fail to understand real issue and keep on asking netbanking details. When asked to show evidence of refund initiation, they only provide reference number which bank is failing to recognize. Had couple of calls which was a worst experience and waste of time. They promise to call back and no one calls. Bata is testing the patience.
