Let me tell you that I purchased a shoe from a Bata outlet at Baguiati, Kolkata.

Condition of the sole will be evident from the pics enclosed.Both the sole got cracks despite using rightways(pic speaks better)

      My original complaint ticket id to Bata India is 457861.

      I had purchased a shoe online from Bata website on 12th December 2022 by making full payment. Since the size did not fit, I called the call centre. They mentioned that I can go to any shop and get it exchanged. Upon asking what if they do not have the product, I was told that it will be the responsibility of the shop to arrange for it. I visited a Bata store and they asked me to visit a Hush Puppies store. I went there too and they said they can exchange it but I will have to pay additional Rs 2000 for the shoe for which I had already paid just for size difference. They used a term called mutation meaning different batch of processing. I informed them that I don’t need the shoe any more and want the money back. They said that I will have to apply online. I applied online from the shop itself and they told me that I cannot leave the shoe at the store and that it will be picked up. I waited for a few days and then again raised a query. Then after 2 complaints after 2 weeks someone came to collect the shoe. Now I am waiting since then to receive my money.

      I had PAID for a pair of shoes on 12th Dec and after much trouble got the same picked up as it did not meet my size requirement and. Am yet to receive the refund.

      Every time I raise a complaint or respond to the mail I receive an apologetic mail and then after 2 days the case is closed. How do they close a case unless the purpose for which the complaint has been initiated has been resolved . I have been only receiving mails stating that there has been a delay beyond their standard service time but the resolution is not provided.

      I have been patiently writing and contacting the customer care but to no avail.

      Can you please ask them to tell me when I will receive my refund. I would be grateful if someone can address the real concern here rather than writing flowery apologetic mails.

      I have been using Hush Puppies for as long as I remember. For information during this time I have purchased a shoe from another brand and have already started using it. Bata-Hush Puppies did loose a customer.

      I just need my refund and if will be a great help if you can fine Bata India for the harassment so that they mend their systems and other customers do not face this issue. I don’t need the fine money. Bata should be fined to provide free leather shoes to all the Government schools in Mumbai.

      I’ll be happy if I get my refund.

        Requesting to provide the solution for following,
        • Guidelines to repair shoes
        • Unnecessary spending on second visit : time(including travel), expenses.
        • Unnecessary stress on the second visit.

        Case Details :

        1.[protected], visited Bata showroom no.16, big Bazaar St, near Rackfort temple, Tiruchirappalli and received very poor customer service.
        2.[protected], Send mail to Bata customer care about our experience in bata store.
        3.[protected], Received mail with reference number and they requested me to share the invoice details.
        4.[protected], Replied mail with transaction details with attachment and discussed over voice call with customer care (Please refer voice recording) and explained all the difficulties to visit again but your executive only informed me to visit the same bata store again (which is so for away from Chennai, more than 300 KMs) for the solution and she given 100% assurance over & mail communication.
        5.[protected], Based on the confirmation received (over voice & mail) I have started a journey from Chennai to Trichy.
        6.[protected], Displayed the hard copy of your email communication to bata store, but again same issues from the store. Discussed with your customer care executive and explained briefly, but they said Bata will not provide the solution or support to repair as it is already 90 days over from the date of purchase. I request to return my shoes for that also no proper response from the store and they said already thrown outside and the same has been conveyed to customer care executive. I suggested to check CCTV camera and then executive request me to give the phone to store person, but they denied to discuss and not ready to share manager number. More than 1 hour spent in the store and requested to return the product and finally received the shoes without repair.

            I have bought a product from bat on 27th dec 2022 and ther is no sense of delivery despite full amount being paid.

            Very irresponsive behaviour and reckless nature to consumers. Need to take this as sumoto case against bata for doing fraud to the customers.

            Grievance need to be raised on bata with LD and I don't recommend my fellow Indian citizens to use bata

              I have purchased shoes on 15th august after 2 month shoes soul condition is worst when i visited the showroom no any response from them, they are saying no any refund policy there, very route behaviour also same behaviour on customer care.

                I have purchased bata shoes on 15th October, after 2 month shows soul in very bad condition after that when I visited the showroom they are saying no any refund policy, very bad quality of shoes need refund of shoes.

                    Ordered two items on 3rd July 2022 from Bata Online out of which one item was returned.
                    I didn't get credit note instead of that. Called customer care 100 times but they are not taking seriously and every time reply that "Within 2-3 working days you will get your credit note". Amount expected in terms of credit note= ( INR 1285.09 )
                    Instead of 2-3 working days, it is going to take almost 6 months.

                        I bought mens footwear from bata, agartala. The MRP in shoes are written 799 Rs. but the seller put an sticker of 852 Rs. as MRP and he billed and i had to pay 852 Rs. but the original MRP was Rs. 799 only.

                          I had ordered a pair of shoes from Bata India Online on 26.12.2022 through the Cash On Delivery method. My order number is BW[protected]. I received the package on 30.12.22 but when i opened it I found the product totally damaged hence I initiated a return which was done by the delivery partner on the same day ie, 30.12.2022. In the evening i receive a mail stating that the refund has been completed in its original mode of payment but how will I get the money as I had paid Rs 1000/- through CASH ON DELIVERY option.please help me regarding this matter.

                            This complaint is regarding my online order with the following details.

                            Order ID - BW[protected]
                            Suborder ID - BW[protected]
                            Bata Product - (Ref. # 459423)

                            I had placed my order on 16th December and was expecting it to be delivered within a week. I never received it.

                            On 23rd December, I spoke with Bata Customer service rep - Anu. I was told there is some technical difficulty and the delay is primarily due to certain unforeseen operational issues at the courier's end. However, i was assured that everything has been sorted out and now it will be delivered within 2 working days.

                            I did not receive the order.

                            On 26th December I again called up. This time, the customer service rep - Priya told me that she has now cancelled the order. When asked for a valid reason, i was not offered any reasonable explanation other than the fact that the order is now being cancelled.

                            I haven't received any further email intimation or a phone call with the update on my order. To further make things worse, i received a follow-up email from Priya, the customer service rep, on the same day, stating that they will resolve the issue within 1-2 working days. I'm not sure what do they mean by resolve. Is my order cancelled or is someone still working on resolving this issue?

                            It's been 3 working days and haven't received any update on my order status. Neither did i receive any confirmation on my refund.

                              So the thing is they sent me a refund link on 22nd december. It had two options UPI and Bank Account. I selected bank account and after filling bank details a new page opened up in which i was supposed to enter the OTP. But OTP didnt came on my registered mobile no. Or email id because they has issued refund link against some unknown phone no. Or email which starts with 89 and ends with 58 and email starts with asw. This is not my registered no. Or email id. They didnt ask me before sendind refund link. They didnt very my no. And email id. So the unknown person who received the link enetered the details in upi and received refund. Now the co. Is saying that refund is successful from our end. They are just fooling me around. Its been 13 days since i applied for refund. They dont reply to my messages. Customer support is worst. When asked to talk to senior they say they are busy. I am a CA student and i have to study for my upcoming. Because of their stupidity and all this hassle i am not able to focus on my studies. I am being tortured mentally by their team. Its not a small amount. It really matters for me. They are not sending me new refund link. They just say we are checking with our team and we will solve it within 3-4 days. And now just like that 15 days have already passed. I request the authority to look into my concern and solve it within 2-3 days. I cant wait more. I am not able to focus on my studies. Its really affecting me mentally. I have all the proofs, my bank statement etc. I didnt receive any refund. And without solving my issue they marked my ticket as resolved and closed it. They just keep making fake promises to solve it within 3-4 days. Please help me. Its my very humble request to the concerned person. I have all the proofs of bank statement. No refund has been provided to me.

                                I'm shreyas lavekar purchased hush puppies sandals on 50% discount from your bata store chiplun in just 2 months bottom sole cuts into half. Now store is not cooperating with anything sighting discounted product not comes under any warranty.
                                Regarding this, this is total fraud done by store and by brand. Selling faulty and defective product in name of sale.

                                  I bought shoes online from flipcart.
                                  Invoice attached, I think this product is duplicate or low quality product.

                                  3hrs o[censored]sage sole is broken,

                                  I am sure flipkart will not take this product back since it's opened and used.

                                  I demand a replacement from your company as the supplier is BATA, or I will take this issue ti consumer court.

                                  I have paid 2249 Rs for this.

                                  This product is with worst quality.

                                  Just to add I have bought similar shoes from hushpuppies/ BATA from JP NAGAR Bangalore you can check the bill with my mobile number [protected]/[protected]. I don't have bill now but that is also damaged.

                                  You can check on customer base based on my mobile how many products I have bought from hush puppies.

                                  It was an insult for me, i am cluster head for HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES group of HDFC BANK, I was in branch visit but need to return back to home just to replace my shoes. My te was looking my torn shoes. Worst pathetic experience. almost 30km traveled just to change my shoes.

                                    Its been 3 days of purchase of new bata shoes from there authorised showroom the shoe inner soul got damaged. I always have bata shoes in regards with best quality they provide but by this purchase of shoe i got disappointed. I want replacement of shoes or full refund or whatever they accept. Thanks

                                      I bought a pare of black shoes from Model town on 19.03.2022. Bill copy attached.
                                      Now the problem is that one shoe appears very glossy and other shoe looks very rough. There is huge difference in looks of both shoes.
                                      It seems that one shoe is made from glossy leather and another one is made from rough leather.
                                      I went to the showroom today and showed them the pair. it has been advised by them to lodge a complaint. As a proof I am attaching the photos of both shoes.
                                      It is therefore requested to look into the matter and I may be compensated accordingly.
