I had ordered a bata slipper from bata India online platform in the month of August. As the product was not satisfactory i returned the same within that week. It's been more than 2 months and I have not received my refund yet. Whenever I try to reach the customer care all they say is that my concern will be resolved within 2-3 days. But no luck....

I bought 2 pair of slippers from bata showroom, guduvanchery today. One pair costing 499 and the other was at discount having 300rs. I had ordered a wallet from Bata India website which I had to return as the quality was not that good. I had requested a refund but it is still not processed. Every week I call their customer care and ask for refund to which they say the same thing "wait till Friday".

From day one it is trouble as product is shown not ready for pick up and then after 4 days when I followed up/complained they show it Picket up and delivered, but from there again, it didn't move further at all.
