Replacement of slipper with damaged sole denied

On November 4th, I spent 1699 on a pair of slippers for my wife at BATA boutique in Chennai's VR Mall. To our surprise, the sole has now developed a crack out of nowhere after just one week. Since the 1980s, I haven't seen a product like that.

On November 28, I brought the slippers to the store, but Mr. Prashanth refused them, saying that the heat from the bike silencer had partially burned the sole. I'm including images of...

I haven't received any discount coupons this year as a Bata Shareholder. They give 20% discount coupons every year but why not this year? Please resolve this issue asap

    I bought a pair of slippers from you on 3rd October 2022. I wore it hardly five to six times till date and that too on occasions.

    The current look of the slippers is attached for your reference. I never expected such a quality to be delivered with the brand name of Bata.       I am writing this letter to you to complain about the poor quality of the material used I observed in the shoes I recently bought.

      Respected, my name is vinoth and I would state that I bought a pair of shoes from your coimbatore fun mall bata showroom on July 31st 2022 .the total billing amount was 2300.i proceed to the bata showroom they said policy due date finish so we can't help you .then I told tha customer service of bata they also told same bla bla .I very disappointed bata showroom is the responsible for the product please accept the request of refund the amount please sir I hardly earned this money I am very depressed about this disappointment consider the request make it action on bata

        Dear bata,
        July 31 St 2022 I purchased bata shoe in coimbatore fun mallshowroom.Then recently joined job then only I started using this shoe.with in three to four weeks tha product start getting damaged after that I shocked then I visited the bata showroom they told that us per policy tha product crossed 90 days so can't able to do anything.then I reached the complaint in bata customer care they also reply the same I was not getting any proper responses whether it is 90 days or 200 days itz their own problem they are the responsible and i dont want to lose my hardly earned money so kindly return or refund my amount .

          I had ordered a Bata slippers through online store in September

          The look and fit was not good so as per policy I had raised a return request. Within few days, I returned the order to a delivery agent for which I got the confirmation SMS on the registered mobile number.

          Since October 2nd week till present, I am waiting for the refund amount.

            I have ordered online on 26th June and delivered 1st july2022. After 2 months stiches has destroyed automatically. For complaining this issues offline store, no one ready for taking complain. I have wore sandal only 2 months. I have mailed to customer care on 11th nov 2022, after some conversation, he said no complain will be taken because 90 days to go but no any date is mentioned in invoice such type.

              No Refund from Bata for Online Returned Product

              Bata order Ref #392992. Order #BW[protected] and sub-order ID BW[protected] was return-picked on 28th Oct but I have not received any refund yet. I have emailed customer support for over 3-weeks now, but there are only claiming actions within x-y days. No refund as of 21st Nov 2022....

              I had ordered a shoes online and returned it due to size issue. Before 3 months and I am continuously calling customer service of Bata and every day they promise to refund within 24-48 hours still there is no refund. Atlast today they accepted the finance team has not processed. I want to file a case against bata and receive a compensation for my time and patience I have invested in Bata.

                  I had ordered a bata slipper from bata India online platform in the month of August. As the product was not satisfactory i returned the same within that week. It's been more than 2 months and I have not received my refund yet. Whenever I try to reach the customer care all they say is that my concern will be resolved within 2-3 days. But no luck.

                    I have ordered 2 pairs of different slippers from bata website on 19 Oct 2022. And I have returned 1 of the 2 received products. I have returned 1 pair of sandals and they didn't came to pick the order. So I have called the customer care multiple times to take product back. After long time they took the product from me and they said after the product was reached to the destination then only the refund amount will be credited to my original mode of payment. They also sent an email saying they received the product. But I did not received the refund amount yet to my original payment mode. I have called them multiple times till now, they keep on extending the date but they are unable to resolve my issue. I want my refund amount worth of Rs1, 039/-. "Payment not received".

I read in news that every year bata gives two discount coupons entitling to purchase two pair of footwear at 20% discount. I have not received these coupons till date.                         I bought 2 pair of slippers from bata showroom, guduvanchery today. One pair costing 499 and the other was at discount having 300rs. Written in its tagine, by seeing that 300rs I was convinced and thought of buying these two pairs. But at the billing I paid Rs.1000 as total. The arrogant staff said that it was mentioned worldly it's rate is 500 after discount, so your total rate would be 1000. But its not my issue, its the staff who have to change, because when I was convinced and reached the billing it was still 300rs mentioned in the tag, so why do I have to pay extra 200Rs. unwantedly??? And the showroom manager was very arrogant that he cannot change, also he spoke so cheaply with me. I'm so much disappointed and no even a bit happy about the new products I have purchased.

I used to receive two sets of discount coupons in my registered permanent address.But from when the Covid 19 was set in India they ie;from 2019-20 they forgot to send discount coupons. I always utilise both the coupons every year.                                   I had ordered a wallet from Bata India website which I had to return as the quality was not that good. I had requested a refund but it is still not processed. Every week I call their customer care and ask for refund to which they say the same thing "wait till Friday".

                                  from the past 1.5 months, they are misleading, or the customer care is incapable to provide me the resolution on the refund requests.

                                  They are saying there is some technical glitch in their finance department hence it is taking long time. This is really a bad example they are setting.
