I purchase bata shoe fom flip kart on 20th sep 2023 but till date my shoe is useless due to sole cracked and I also visit to local bata showroom no one listen problem and no one give any kind of solution so plz resolve my issue

        I had ordered a slipper from bata (costing 799) showroom in june 2022. When the product was delivered it was damaged and i immediately returned it the very next day.
        However it didn't reflect on the app, and when i confronted the owner he assured me that he will process the refund. I even raised the issue with customer care but they also assured me of refund.
        I am not a resident of Lucknow, and hence cant check up on him everyday. But whenever i visit the city i do visit his store. He writes my details and assures a refund from the company. This is from where i got his visiting card attached below.
        1.5 years of pleading have passed and now the owner is not even responding.
        I have grown up wearing bata shoes, hence trusted this process for so long. But i dont think i will ever be able to trust your services after this incidence.

          I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to address an issue I have encountered with a recent purchase from your store in Vasai West, Palghar.
          On or around August 30, I purchased a pair of casual shoes from your store. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and personal reasons, I did not have the opportunity to wear them until late October. To my disappointment, when I finally wore the shoes, I found that they were uncomfortably tight around my last finger of the foot.
          In November, my mother-in-law sadly passed away, and as a result, I spent most of that month in Ujjain (M.P). Upon returning home, amidst the grieving process and various responsibilities, I regrettably forgot to initiate the return process for the shoes.
          I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. It is my sincere hope that you can accommodate my situation by allowing me to return the shoes for an exchange with a more comfortable size.
          I understand if there are any policies or procedures that need to be followed regarding returns and exchanges. Please let me know what steps I should take to facilitate this process smoothly.
          I know the time has gone to return the same, but in good faith can we have some arrangement so that my investment in shoes not go in vein.

                We had purchased two pairs of shoes of approx 8000/- indian rupee on the 28th of November at the hush puppies showroom at Galleria mall Bangalore. The sales guy assured us that the same would be delivered to us in three days and on that assurance we left the product to be delivered.

                It has been 10days and we are yet to receive details of our product. The customer service too give us a wrong phone number to contact of a person totally not connected with the company with no tracking of my product.

                Even today the 9th of December the customer service does not even know where my shoes are.

                For international travelers like us it is a very hard situation with such a callous and rude service from both your customer service operator and manager

                  Dear sir,
                  I am regular customer and buying shoe for my full family always from bata showroom. Very frequently visiting your various showrooms at Udaipur Rajasthan.

                  One Year back I brought costly shoe from your authorised show room located at celebration mall Udaipur. The cost of these shoe was approx Rs 3000.

                  Unfortunately, this shoe was got damaged very early. I rarely wear this shoe like once in a week, still it got damaged.

                  I really disappointed this time due to poor quality of this costly shoe. It is not a leather shoe it seems.

                  Kindly go through the case and respective pics attached to this email.

                  Need your urgent attention and revert with replacement as soon as possible.

                    I am holding 200 shares of Bata India Ltd. for last 7-8 years. Earlier I was regularly receiving the 2 discount coupans. Even during the Covid period, these were received as online coupans. But during the last year as well as in this year, the coupans have not been sent. Kindly issue the same at the earliest.

                      I bought a sandal pair for men ie.BATA TAN SANDAL FOR MEN, ARTICLE NUMBER: 8613551 for RS 1299/- on 24.10.2023 from vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur, Rajashtan vide invoice no -CM[protected]. But, one sandal stated to show multiple wrinkles on upper side from day one and now it is showing clearly big wrinkles and i feel that this pair is defective, hence, I request your kind self to replace the piece as i strongly believe in customer satisfaction from BATA and also a customer of BATA since last twenty years.
                      I hope BATA will surely maintain its customer satisfaction this time also.

                        I made an upi payment . The money is debited from my account but the batas upi machine is not working and they don’t provide an proper answer . The manager doesn’t answer properly . They don’t provide us the product and none of them dint give an proper answer . Especially the employee Sathya . She was smiling the whole time like a retard and unable to clarify the situation. Such an useless showroom

                          I placed an order for leather slipper(ref attached picture) in 2nd April 2022; which was delivered to my place of stay in couple of days. I left for United States within a day or two. The slipper was kept In. A wooden shelf at our home. I visited Chennai again last week; i.e 18th October 2023. I started using the slipper since 18th thro’ 21st; only for 4 days with very mijimal walking steps. On 22nd October 2023, when I was stepping out from the car, the sole of rhe slippers broke into multiple pieces. Check the attached picture

                          When I approached the retail outlet at KK Nagar Chennai, I was told that this variety of slipper should be used daily to avoid this issue. It was never communicated when it was sold to me last year

                                I placed an online order from a bata store in Bangalore on 5th of September for an amount of Rs 1699. I cancelled the order on 12th September as I did not receive the item until then. I called the customer care regarding my refund 4 times, every time I call them, they give me excuses stating you will get the link for refund in 5 working days. Its already a month and the chances of getting my refund is zero. There is no follow up from their end nor a proper response. The reference number for my order is 712381 given by Bata. I need my refund. I am stressed out with such a bad experience.

                                Its been 10 days I have raised a complaint and nor received even a call or any update on the same. Such a bad experience from bata as well the consumer complaint forum. what is the use of complaining?

                                    Me and family are shareholder of Bata India. In all DP ID our email ID is common. This time we have received only email containing 2 share holder coupons.
                                    I send an email an complaint email on 05/09/2023 which was replied on same date quoting "As per the records this Email ID is registered in multiple Folios /Client ID numbers.

                                    In order to avoid the coupons in spas folder, the Company has sent the coupons for

                                    one Folio / Client ID. For rest of the Folios / Client IDs the Company will provide the

                                    coupons in due course. Thank you for your patience." by email id biswajit.[protected]@bata.com

                                    but till writing this complaint i have not received any of our pending coupons.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, Today I was go to purchase sleeper at your Bata Store, C-Block, Opposite-agrawal Sweets Corner, near Reliance Mall, Vikaspuri, New Delhi-110018. At store I request with sales girl to help my child to bear his choice sleeper. She refused me with his sentence "At Bata, we are not help customer to bear sleeper/shoes, Child will do it by himself". I ask with Bata India, is it your part of Policy? If yes please immediately change it, else please do necessary & appreciate action against Particular Store with there employee. Waiting for positive response from Bata India.                                         I purchased sandals for my wife from Bata showroom. It had elastic belt. While purchasing, we explicitly asked staff what if elastic gets lose. Staff mentioned that there is 90 days warranty.

                                        On the first day o[censored]se, we realized that the elastic belt is already loose. We went to Bata showroom within 30 days of purchase. Showroom refused to do anything and called customer care. Both customer care and showroom now claim that elastic is not covered under warrany.

                                        As per https://www.bata.com/in/bata-exchange-claim.html, claim is admissible for manufacturing defect. In case of footware, damaged upper material qualifies as manufacturing defect.

                                        But now Bata claims that non-working elastic (upper material) is not a manufacturing defect and refuse to repair, replace or refund.

                                        Nowhere on the Bata portal, it mentions that elastic is not covered in the warranty of manufacturing defect. However, their showroom staff blatantly mis-sell the product assuring the warranty for elastic and then enjoy the plausible deniability by claiming they never said so.

                                        My ticket number with Bata - 723116

                                        Their correspondence mentions:
                                        'Our Quality check team has analyzed the images in detail and would like to inform you that the damage you are referring in the product has been classified as a regular wear & tear and cannot be attributed to any quality or manufacturing defect.'

                                        I never sent any images to any Bata quality check team. But they simply claim that they have analyzed images and classified as regular wear and tear.

                                        In addition to this, their official policy (attached screenshot) says 'Claims are entertained within the above period only against manufacturing defects and admissible when shoes have been appropriately used'. So without giving any proof about inappropriate use, they cannot classify non-working elastic upper material has regular wear and tear.

                                        Elastic belt of sandal not working on day 1 should be classified as manufacturing defect and company should provide some kind of resolution.
