I wàs travel from nagasandra to yelachanahalli . i take care of safety & hygiene period of travel i was got call from my home for urgent basis to speak just mask little bit down from mask sudden other person not able to hear properly .that ladies dont have manner to how to speak around 3 ladies demanded money to pay fine 1000 rs ..fine is ok...but they dont have manner how to speak & talk to customer one of that horrible service ever i seen.just like looted to passenger they were souted to passenger .wht the hell where is going this bangalore metro service is going.its fear to travel from metro.its not happy to travel from metro.its disgusting & nasty of ladies making arguing with passenger.the way they are behaving looking like completing his target like scam collecting from customer.to get anything.one the worst thing ever faced yesterday.metro plz keep fair & provide better service not keeping staff as forcibly like .misbehaving staff

dont focus to collect fine from customer .dont keep beggar inside in metro to collect fine its running like scam collecting.tell how to speak with passenger .there is no ladies hve manner .they just focusing to collect money .its very dissapponted & nasty service.

    Respected Sir/Madam
    Myseld R.Puttaiah working in LIC of India .This morning i was travelling from Nagasandra to Majestic . Metro number 7215 timings 9:43am . I had an accident in majestic metro station where people are getting in and out, suddenly the door was closed and hit to my head due to the carelessness of the driver kalparuksha and you can check the cctv surveillance . I request sir/madam to take action against the driver.

      Dear Sir,

      I request you to provide parking space at the Vajarahalli station as there are no feeder buses serving all the residential areas nearby.

      Every morning, it is a major chaos as the metro commuters are forced to park their vehicles on the public roads, footpaths and private plots. The local residents are also inconvenienced.
      Please provide parking similar to what has been done at the Banashankari and Yelachenahalli stations.

        Hi,

        In rush hour and evening when there is crowd, please reserve at least 1 coach for senior citizens in Bangalore metro so they can use peacefully, many times seen they get frustrated when they travel within normal crowd, no one gives respect for senior citizens (exceptional people are there who give)

          Today @kengeri bus terminal station i entered @5:50 am but security is not allowed he said 6am how can i catch the 6am train? at least we need 15 min to reach platform ( security check, ticket counter baggage scan) this is very bad. pls. look in to this seriously otherwise people will get affected due to staff attitude. how can reach aged people and also no one in platform @ the time of boatding ( security).

            I had recharged my smart card before 8 days from today the smart card has not been top-uped until today.
            When asked about the problem at the station the bmrcl employees where not responding in a good manner and they don't even know what is to be done when a problem like this arises so please hire some employees who know something about technical issues.

              Today, my wife was travelling in metro at around 8 am in the morning, and after 2-3 station the mask which she was wearing came down and she is a medical staff. She was with no money during that time and the staff who came to collect fine, forgot humanity and behaved rudely and took 100 rupees which was left with her to leave her. Will you at any time justify this kind of a behaviour. The staff name is Mamatha B. [protected]@ybl is her upi id. I can understand people taking bribes, but making it digital can be done only by you BMRCL.

                The trucks have started coming through residential layout by carrying the dug up mud with silt and passes through with lot of dust and droplets on our street. It has become unbearable to breathe and live.
                Request your trucks be taken through valid routes to appropriate place for dumping.

                  Only one entrance gate is opened in K R Market Metro station, which is far away from the nearest bus stop. Unnecessary waste of time in reaching Metro trains, because of closure of these gates during first wave. Now that the life has returned to normal, it is high time all gates are left open to passengers.

                    I have top up for 400 rupees in namma metro app for the metro card.
                    400 rupees has been debited from my account but it has not been updated in the metro card.
                    I kindly request either to refund my amount or to update that 400 rupees to my metro card.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      Today, 18/10/2021 morning I arrived in Goraguntepalya Namma Metro station at 6am. As per your employees in the Station, the first Train was at 6.10.Only those having card were allowed inside. There was no one to issue ticket at the cash counter. The Ticket counter personnel arrived only after 6.10am train departure. The tickets were issued by 6.20am.
                      Please take necessary action.

                        This complaint is regarding the construction work of shivajinagar metro Station near my home, Last week tunnel digging machine passed beneath my house which resulted in slush & soil to come out bathroom & hall of my house, the concerned authorities vacated us from our house & started grouting work which started to block all sewage lines immediately still they continued with their work and which loosned & broke some tiles, since 1 week no one is responding to complaints & everyone keep on passing the buck it is his work, sir my Sincere & humble request to look into this matter immediately.

                              Took a ticket from cubbon park to halasuru. But in MG road we werebtold that it was a last stop to bayappanahalli. When people asked about it, they were totally rude to them. Customer care people told that it was our fault not knowing it priorly. Customer care people were rude to people.

                                I got down in MG Road metro station a few days back from Majestic and as i was exiting the token counter a persons coin was taken by the machine and could not get out and this person was a stranger and i offered to help and tell the person at the counter on the first floor (Note: The counter besides the main ticket counter). As i told this lady working there that this person is stuck there and told he/she is not able to get out, she says “ it’s okay let him stay there for some time there is no one there in that counter and said u can go and not make a scene abt it” Is this the right way to treat a person? Please make sure that people in need are helped. Thank you!

                                  I travel everyday to college in green line and change to purple till Indiranagar. I have noticed the air conditioning is set to a high temperature in green line where we feel warm everyday but the purple line temperature is perfect where we don't feel cold or warm.
                                  Please set the AC to a cooler temperature in the green line too.

                                    Dear Sir/Mam,
                                    I am puniark having bangalore metro card no. [protected]. On 22nd of sep 2021 U had boarded in mantri square mall and got down at Rajarajeshwari nagar metro station. While coming out when i kept my card on scanner the door was already open. There were so many people standing behind me hence i had to come out. I waited at customer care division but no one was the you can check camera footage at 6 pm. On 23rd sept morning my card didn't work hence i went customer care. They told me to pay a fine of Rs. 100. Now I request you to refund that amount as it was not my fault. It was a system failure so why should I pay fine for system failure. Kindly look into the issue and refund my hard earned money.

                                      Today (21.09.2021), when I got out from Byapanhalli station, the balance amount nshown on card was Rs.501/-. In evening when I entered metro station and shown my card at gate, it has shown amount of Rs.465/-. This is happening randomly. I have seen this 2-3 time, especially on Byapanhalli station. The deducted amount is exactly same amount that I travel every day (Vijaynagar). This error is costing me (and other computer) more amount than travelling on token.                                         Everytime when we board the metro through Vajarahalli Station, it is seen that your security person assigned to check with hand held metal detector is hitting with the monitor at numerous places in body. This is not Acceptable and we have gently requested your personnel not to hit with the monitor.
                                        Since your Security personnel do not listen to customers and continuing this bad practice, you are requested to instruct your Security suitably.
