I ordered 2 stencils from shop.bergerpaints.com on 21st December 2021 3:34 pm.
But the order has not even been shipped yet, let alone actually delivered. Now I am fearing if it will even get delivered. I cannot find how to cancel the order and I cannot find how to get them to ship the order either. Called customer care few times, they always say wait 2 more days, it will get delivered but the order is not getting shipped still. And I am starting to fear I will keep waiting and it will not come.
I want my order of stencils to get delivered to me ASAP.

Job assigned dated 9th December .till now on 27th December not even 50, % work been done. One labour has been assigned. Who leaves every day by 1, 30pm.
I was assured to complete the job within 15days . My flat is 440sqft space only. Now after covering 20days not even half job done how long I have to suffer? Workers have destroyed my master bed my wall palmets while working now they refuse to repair.

Berger paints had done some work in my house around August. One week after that we started to see black spots and fungus appear on all the wood that they finished. We had complained to them many times but there is still no resolution. You can even see pencil marks of where they should have sanded and finished still present.

I got my house painted last year by berger paints and the service was one of the most unprofessional service I have ever seen in my life. The workers kept spitting ghutka everywhere and the paint finishing was pathetic for such hefty sum. The paint started peeling within 3 months. Also got PU coating done where initially we were told 25 boxes would be needed but only 8 boxes were used. The bill was charged for 25 boxes. There is fungus on the walls. Got my house painted so many times, but have never faced such issues. Raising customer complaint has become bigger headache where I have been chasing them for 3 months and everytime a new person visitsour house and gives different excuses. The justification are not even consistent among the berger paint executives who visited our house. The moisuture content was 6 and was measured in front of everyoneand paint is peeling. However reason given to us by executive was moisture content is 12 and nothing can be done in the email. Expecting a strict action and resolution. The whole amount which is not a small amount is a waste and have incurred losses.

I initially decided to get the work done from local painters however thought to take quotation from berger paint thinking i will get the quality work however now after two days i see patches at most walls and putty is not done properly I dont understand why to prefer beger paint services

I need it fixed at earliest or else will give bad reviews on all social media platforms and will not recommend berger paint to anyone

Will attach the photos tomorrow again if required as during night it is little difficult to capture

Bought berger walmasta exterior worth rs 674 from local seller, after using it we came to know that it was a expired product. We went to seller to replace it put they are not replacing nor refunding the price.
As a consumer I know my right that seller cannot sell me the expired product.

I want you to solve this as quick as possible.

I have chooses Berger Paints for my internal painting work in this regard i have paid Rs. 2950/- on 17 Nov 2021 for site maintenance charges i go the receipt from Berger paint vide Transaction Ref No.-098202.

They have assign once contractor thereafter it is very surprise that not a single Engineer visit and check about painting site.

It seems that i have given this assignment to contractor instead Berger Paints. I am not aware how can i get the warranty and with whom i will contact if any issue arises on painting.

i have not seen such type of "Deficiency of Services" from any other branded paint company.
I have required compensation otherwise I am filling suit in Consumer court against the Berger Paints.

I got my house painted 3years back. The interior paint was guaranteed for 5 years while exterior for 7 years. Now I have been trying to contact the person who supervised the paint for last 3 months but he is not picking my phone. There is water proofing problem which needs to be solved soon.

At present painting on wall started big bubbles. My painted 2 cupboards .colours are piling off...With the trust on Berger paint company I have paid more money than local painters.for all paintings..
Does your company is liable to get painted satisfactory to Customer? As contractor and Supervisor Mr.Dattatraya Sudke and MR. Niraj iare appointed by your company..

Berger paint company likes to collect complaints, Company does not like to solve complaints. COSTUMER CARE JUST GIVE COMPLAIN Nos. THEY HAVE NO POWER TO CONVEY THE COMPLAINTS.

We have done the painting works at our house in Kuzhalmannam, Palakkad using berger products vide Berger lead ID[protected] during the year 2019 and found deffective in certain areas which no one is taking care inspite of our several phone calls to your representatives in the area

The work of waterproofing is not satisfactory. One pending quote is yet not being done.
The repair work attended so poorly that it has given a shabby look to the whole roof.
Nowhere it appears that work is done by a reputed company like you.
Pl. Get the pending quote done immediately.

1-the painting work Is not completed in promised time... The work is still not started post diwali vacations
The customer is left with dirty floors, scattered house in middle of festival.
* Half the payment being taken .before completion of work.
customer executive and contractor only promises but do nothing
I m left with a functions n guest in 4 days n incomplete painting of house.
Nothing is done as promised in xpress painting advertising.

At my newly constructed house, for the paint job i gave opportunity to berger for its brand value...prior to start of work everything explained was on another level...relying on which we decided to go for berger...but the day they started working...it was observed that the people who are on site are not at all trained and they just pass time the whole day...their work is not at all upto the bechmark of berger...representative of berger hire local contractor for work, they just outsource and do not provide quality work...on repeated complaints no one is comi v forward for the issues faced...finishing done by them has no definition one can easily see with naked eyes the lines and marks on finished wall. Very very 👎 experience with berger...work still going on but we wont recommed for berger to anyone .

Since that time our entire family got infected with COVID and we lost of 2 members, that why we cancelled schedule paining, since than we continuously requesting to refund money. Poor services from Berger paints. Money taken and not completed the work from last 5 months. Even poor services from customer support. Even filing repeated complaints on customer services only false hope has been given.

It is not yet resolved. Their representative called and recommend washing the wall. my concern about they provided an antifungal warranty but it's affected fungal. if it's for For washing each year instead o[censored]sing this antifungal paint. I can use normally washable of spending this much money for Berger paints. It's cheating to customers.
