High rate .Poor customer service.Damaging the popularity of Berger paints

I, took your service below mentioned.i.e. job for the LEAD ID: LD[protected]. This servcie is towards arresting the water leakages from the roof.
Your service is not at all near to the acceptance level.
Within a year, there was a terrible leakage all over my house, during this rainy season. Even the good portion of my house also got affected by your inferior work.The whole building is in danger.
The tenant who was there at the time got affected by this. Some of his belongings also got damaged and I reimbursed this for him.
I immediately raise a complaint on this to set right the faulty work.Unfortunately I only received promises but nothing was done from your side. Without rectifying this I can't let out this property for rent.
Iam paying emi one side and on the other side I am not able to let it for rent.
All because of your poor work and showing no respect to your after service commitment .

My house painting work completed on june 2019 by receiving quotation fom berger paint executive. He agreed the 10 year waranty now walls colour get fading and fungus infection. So please take necessary action

Melamine Glossy & Sealer applied by Painter Mr. Taslum Ahmed in January 2021 . Now in March all surfaces of doors and windows cracked and glass's windows glass also cracked . I call to dealer and Painter to resolve this matter but no response they said to call in your company. If my problem not resolve in 10-15 days I will go to consumer court. Dear Sir, Myself Chandrabhanu Das from Cuttack Dist, Odisha.I choose Berger pu roof coat to shield my roof leakage and did that by the help of technical team.I purchased 5 buckets(20 ltr each) on Jan 2020 and completed the application by February.During purchase, the shop keeper and the Berger team employee convince me about the gurantee n warranty of the product and told me they ll provide the gurantee paper by 10 to 15 days.But latterly they didn't.Everything was going on smoothly but after 8 months again i found leakage on those same points.I informed those to the shop keeper and Berger team employee Mr Biswajeet but they didn't respond me.Like this 4 to 5 months passed away and now i m suffering a lot now. Total 45, 000 rupees i hv spent is worthless now.I also have the conversation recording with Mr Biswajeet which i can represent for any kind of proof, i[censored] need.I am attaching some pictures and my purchase bill here.Plz find it and do the needful asap.

मैने मेरे बंगलोजको आपका बर्जर पेंट लगाया था अंदर से और बाहर से दोनो ही बर्जर के पेंट ही थे उसकी डिझाईन आपके कोलकत्ता से पेंट करके आई थी . जैसे कंपनीने पोस्टर भेजा खा वैसा ही कलर महिने सिलेक्ट करके राजलक्ष्मी पेंट भुसावल से खरेदी था बर्जर डीलर के पास मैने वालमस्ता पॅन्ट खरेदी थी लेकिन 5 साल बाद सब कलर निकल रहा है हवा के साथ पापुद्रे नीचे गिर रहे है अच्छी कंपनी और अच्छा पेन्ट है इसलिये मैने ये लगाया था लेकिन मेरे पैसे पाणी मे गये क्युकी मैने वॉल पुट्टी बर्जर कि लीथी, प्रायमर बर्जर का था, प्लास्टिक कलर बर्जर का था, वालमस्ता बर्जर का था लेकिन बहार का जो वाल मस्ता है वर डुप्लिकेट आहे कंपनी ऐसा कर कर देती है तो गलत बात है इस में कुछअच्छा होना चाहिये हमारे जैसे लोगो का नुकसान हो जाता है .अभी मेरा बंगलोज अच्छा नही दिख रहा है मेरे सामने और एक मेरा दोस्त का बंगलोज है उसने एशियन का पेन्ट लिया था लिया था अभी तक वैसा का वैसा ही है दोनो मकान बराबर बना ये थे उन्होने गया और मैने बर्जर और उसने एशियन लिया था लेकिन मेरा नुकसान हो गया नुकसान भरपाई मै नही निकाल पाहता मै वापस नही दे सकता मेरी कंप्लेंट है कि आप ने मेरे को दिया हुआ कलर डुप्लिकेट था

Kindly refer the quotation No.[protected] dated 10/12/2018. on the basis of the referred quotation the work was awarded to your express painting team which was located at Trivandrum. the work was completed at the end of January 2019, and full payment was also made. The painting was carried out with the supervision of your express painting team only. They are given a warranty of 10 years from the date of completion of the work.

Now the above painting is under warranty. Now so many places the paint was accumulated and bubbles are came out after two years. The matter already complained to your Service Engineers before one month back whose mobile numbers are mentioned below. (1).[protected].[protected] and (3). [protected]..

But till this date nobody was came to my house for making any inspection or giving any advice to me for the said complaint.

In my experience, after completion of the job, your service and supports are very poor and not properly responding also. The sincerity of your express service team is questioned also.

The copy of the photos of the complaint spots and copy of the quotation are also enclosed herewith for your reference.

Your immediate action is solicited and making necessary arrangements to send your express painting team urgently to solve this matter please

The painting was done from Nov 9th 2020 with the guarantee that the water seapage would be stopped .
There was water leakage in 15days which was also informed over by call to Uday who was the CE.There after no call was picked and was completely ignored.

Request repair of water seapage which was earlier not done properly.

As customer we opted for berger considering this probelem would be fixed but it is disaapointing to see it does not work.

In spite of informing from the beginnig about the pattern painting of 4 walls, even after 1 month of completion of painting, berger paints didnt care to send anyone for pattern painting yet.My worst experience with berger paints.I will never opt or recommend anyone for berger paints in future for sure.very unprofessional.I have not faced the same with Asian paints when i got my home painted by them or not even by dulux.Worst experience.All credits to you guys.

One of the worst service provided.Left the site in between.All work is still in pending. Not even attending the calls.

The paint( WCoat long life 10 litre yellow base) for exterior was purchased worth 5, 400/- with all taxes involved on 25th March 2021 from Bhubaneswar and used next day by the contractor. The particular product (Paint bucket) was found defected as per the technician. The expert along with Mr Chitta(Sales manager of Khorda region, Bhubaneswar, odisha ) visited for verification but till date no action is taken yet. I hope the requisite info with compensation of the same will be recieved after this regd of complain. The Berger company must consider to serve as per customer's convinience and benifits.

I have done Water Proofing for Bathroom.
The cost was higher compared to other vendors. But thinking that, Berger Quality is good, went for that.

One team came and did the work in all bathrooms.
BUT WITHIN ONE MONTH OF DOING THE WORK, SEEPAGE STARTED AGAIN.
I have been calling those guys for weeks, but they are not answering calls now.

The service provided by Berger paints was pathetic. The painters were far from being professional. The work done by them was not even close to an amateur painter. Though we selected same color for complete house, there was huge difference between the same color in different rooms and the paint started coming off within 2 months of painting. The paint mixing was not done properly. The wall was not scraped properly as well before painting and the paint of course was of worst quality. The icing on the cake was painters spitting ghutka in the house. I am really not sure on how they do the business. Despite multiple complaints, they hardly ever reverted. Along with painting, we also had opted for water leakage proof with PU coating and it started leaking within a month again. Paid a hefty sum of 5 Lakhs for all this non sense. I am pretty sure that I will not be opting for berger paints ever again.

I am living in ahmedabad on August 2020chamunda paint work in my house and now paint is coming out I complain company but no response

On 14 feb 2021 Enquiry Lead LD[protected] i request for whitewash/painting my house C-83/42 govindpuram ghaziabad 201013. Berger paint quaution 1, 57000 thousand dated 24/2/2020 accepted by me and gave promise to complete the before coming holi means 28/3/2021. berger gave responsible to his own recognise painter Mirza shahzed Beg with mobile no.[protected] supervised by Saroj kumar thakur and phone number [protected]. i gave 50, 000 on 25/2/2021...

Hi, We gave the contract to Berger paints for painting a standalone Bunglow in Varanasi on 2-Oct- 2019. The local manager Himanshu Tiwari got a contractor named Sadan who did the work from Oct 2019 to Dec 2019 after which the work had to be stopped with some parts still pending. Within 6 months the newly painted house shows signs of cracks and peeling. The budget was given as 1.5 L (+putty) and finally a payment of2.82 L is already taken while the work is still pending. It takes 100 follow ups to get the folks to come and visit and the pending work has still not been started inspite of multiple follow ups. The review from them says that some walls had humidity which was not checked and reported at the time of painting. For all the bad quality work done and repairs not done, rework needs to be done along with the pending work. I am tired of following up and no response from the team. The expectation is that I will again do the payment for the material and labour and experimenting with a newly released chemical which may or may not fix the problems. And no guarantee will be taken for this work also.
Not sure how the company operates. Kindly look into this and revert back at the earliest.

I have painted interior aspect of the house with Berger color.but with in 2 month color dis colored.and more over oil like substances coming out of paint..
