after i Save these preference each time when i searching for profile by by these preference,
my Result will be { CURRENTLY, THERE ARE NO MATCHES BASED ON YOUR PREFERENCES} from the date of (18th june 2022) in both regular mode and Prime mode
When i speak with customer care for this issue they are teaching to currect my preference and i will correct after also not getting satisfied results to me.

My complaint is you have to take necessary action for this issue. kannada matrimony is No.1 and have LAKHS of profiles and even though also not uploading matches according my preference. may its due hardware or software issue i dont know exactly.

    I am extremely sorry to say that I am receiving the worst service from the Bharath matrimony.
    I have also initiated a chat and call with the team regarding the help but no use.

    Payment for upgrade for the profile ID GDR463488 and KON353615 in Gounder and Kongu Vellalar matrimony was done as follows.
    Transaction for Rs.5782.00 by UPI done on 20th July 2022.
    Received payment successful message from bank. forwarded to helpdesk at[protected] as per the sales team promised to give you a combo package of GDR463488 and KON353615. But once the payment done then the sales team can’t be reachable but they still promising your package will be activated tomorrow itself in every days.

    Communicated to Gounder matrimony customer care and help desk by call and email and remained daily as on today, no response for the mail to [protected]@communitymatrimony.com, customer care personal answers the call say they can only inform the helpdesk.

    Requested to upgrade or refund if they are unable to upgrade.

    Below are the issues.

    1. Requested to upgrade the combo package for GDR463488 and KON353615.
    2. or refund if they are unable to upgrade the combo package.

    Kindly help me resolve this issue. Thanks.

    The Bharat matrimonial gold combo package has been activated after lot of follow ups. Especially I regularly called to the customer support at 081449 98877. It will taken time but they have did it now. Opened more than 3 tickets for this issue and regularly followed the status update. After final conclusion my combo package was upgraded at midnight itself. Thanking you for your support. And am so much happy with this issue is solved.

      My mother got numerous calls from Bharat matrimony ( Kolkata) repeatedly everyday ( for last 3 weeks)after creating a profile for my elder brother. The number is [protected](female)(Shehnaz Ansari shown in Truecaller).
      Yesterday 26th July, 2022 the executive called my mother again and tried to convince which my mother rejected.
      After looking into the profile and surfing once again my mother noticed that many profiles have been either deleted or hidden.

      Today (27th July, 2022) my mother received numerous calls again from this number to which, at last, she responded. It was that executive again. My mother was enquiring about the offer when the sales executive (Female), suddenly bursted out and used slangs and foul language. My mother got upset due this bad experience.

      This is really shameful. This should not be the culture of abusing the innocent senior customers when they turn down the offer.

      Please take strict actions and resolve this problem. Sales executives like this lady should be penalized to setup an example to others too. BHARAT MATRIMONY OWES AN APOLOGY.

        Poor service, looks like all this sites are interested in making money.i got a call from same company to subscribe community site too..what a irony.planning to make this email to consumers form., they don't highlight you profile after 20days of subscription and they resume last 20days..so that we will have to subscribe again.

            Created a profile and never informed about the auto renewal when I signed up in the website and started using the mobile app.

            No prior request was sent before the auto renewal and no reminders were given. Received an email from my bank regarding the auto renewal of CAD 145. I have been requesting many customer service representatives to cancel my renewal and request a refund, no one had helped me so far and all their answers were the same mentioning that someone will get back to me within 24 hours and none of the representatives provided me the complaint nunber and no one had contacted so far.
            I have never been directed to any of the managers. I will be taking a legal action if I don’t hear back from them.

              Hi Team,

              My name is Kalyan, I have subscribed for bharatmatrimony services.
              After some time just before the day of auto renewal, I have deactivated my profile. Still my money has got deducted from Credit Card. So I have called up the customer care to further clarify that I no longer intended to require their service and they suggested to send an email for [protected]@bharatmatrimony.com. Even after sending many emails there is not even a single reply from bharatmatrimony. And after further follow-up calls they said your money has been refunded but still nothing has got credited into my account.

              Can you please advice on what needs to be done further inorder to refund the amount. Let me know if you need any further details

              Note: There is no email/phone-call reminder about the auto debit on the said date. I have all phone call recordings with me when I was talking to bharatmatrimony services.

                It was committed by company authorize person Mr ROHAN to give contacts 350 on bharat matrimony and 350 on aggarwal matrimony = Total 700.
                Total payment made by me 7080 ON 27 JUNE 2022.
                But now only 160 contacts came in my account.

                  Payment for upgrade for the profile ID NAR69729 in Nair matrimony was done as follows.
                  Transaction number[protected] for Rs.5074.00 by SBI debit cardx2539 done at PU000131 on 02 July 2022at20:25:26.
                  Received payment successful message from bank.forwarded to helpdesk.
                  Communicated to nair matrimony customer care and help desk by call and email and remained daily as on today, no response for the mail to [protected]@communitymatrimony.com, customer care personal answers the call say they can only inform the helpdesk.
                  Requested to upgrade or refund if they are unable to upgrade.

                  Immediately after the consumer complaint, forwarded my issue to to nairmatrimony they agreed to upgrade my profile for my subscription.after my repeated requests to few staff and Manger virtually I touch everyone's feet sincerely, within few minutes later they upgraded to 3 months package which costs only 3000 +. 540 gst instead of my subscription 5074for 6 monthsvalidity 4300+764gst. Immediately I sent mail and informed consumer complaints. Subsequently itried to contact the manger, but one good Samaritan who handled my call promised to rectify and a follow up with him till this time, yielded result and I got my subscribed pakage for six month validity. From the bottom of my heart I sincerely Thank the consumer complaints team and the Nair matrimony team staff for providing justice.

                      I have created a profile somedays back in Bharath matrimony .One of the executive called me and requested to take the subscription where she gave me false promises .while paying amount I clearly informed her that I ma looking for only Hyderabad profiles .so she have promised me that I will recieve new matches everyday and number of profiles I will get from Hyderabad .where I am using these applications I am not getting any profile from hyderabad.when I tried to reach that lady on the number from where she called those people are disconnecting my call repeatedly.This is the way they treat there cleint and do fraud.i want to raise complaint about that girl mounika from Bharat matrimony and need refund of my money or else fulfill the promise which she have given to me.even I have proof regarding I have recorded the conversation.

                        I was approached by Matrimonials India to subscribe to their services, I was convinced after their repeated calls during my work hours. I subscribed to their basic package. After that, I was approached by their representatives to upgrade to a so-called exclusive NRI package which I reluctantly did, totaling to $400+
                        To my surprise this was not all, I was now approached to further upgrade to a package adding another $400 which I humbly refused. And this was it. I did not get any more than 2 or 3 matches. I have been trying to reach out to them requesting for updates, but no response. As if my number has been blocked on their contact list. I wish there was a mechanism to get a refund but I guess that's something not possible from a service based out of India. Had this been in the US I would have taken a stringent action.

                              I need the reasons for below question.

                              1.your team not give proper response
                              2. How can I confirm my auto renewal mode is turn off conditions.
                              3. Before Renewal your team frequently reach to my number.after without my concern debit my account then I am follow up to everyone regarding the reasons but nobody response my questions.
                              4. This is not acceptable. Totally disappointed to me.

                              5. I don’t want to continue my services after my account expire validating date. Also I need my refund amount. Rs4900

                              Hereafter don’t activate the auto renewal mode.

                              We offer the auto-renewal option, as it enables uninterrupted service to customers. Your premium membership was about to cease by 29-05-2022 and thus auto-renewed the same day.

                              We would also like to remind you that you had kept the “auto renewal” ON when you paid for your membership and this is already explained in our “Terms and Conditions” page.

                              On checking your profile, we found that you have utilized the premium membership services post renewal and hence, we regret that cancellation would not be possible.

                                Subscription auto renewed without consent

                                My subscription was auto renewed without my consent on May 25 2020.

                                There is no place in the website to opt-out of this.
                                I have been trying to contact customer care to resolve this but they end the chat without explanation when I describe the issue....

                                  I made a profile for my son on bharat matrimony app for marriage purposes and paid rs.4900 vide debit card for 3 month membership in Feb 22.id H10702988
                                  I GAVE NO STANDING INSTRUCTION FOR AUTO DEBIT FOR RENEWAL.
                                  II recd. a call from from bharat matrimony 2 days prior to expiry of membership WHERE IN I CLEARLY TOLD NOT TO RENEW MEMBERSHIP.
                                  THE COMPANY FRAULENTLY MADE STANDING INSTRUCTION FOR rs.30000 on my account and taken out rs.4900 ON 230522
                                  I took the matter with the co. and got refund after few days
                                  I DEMAND VERY STRICT ACTION AGAINST BHATAT MATRIMONY FOR FRAUD AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE.

                                      I am extremely sorry to say that I am receiving the worst service from the Bharath matrimony.
                                      I have also initiated a chat and call with the team regarding the help but no use.

                                      Below are the issues.

                                      1.When I was a free user, I used to get more views from strangers' profiles (like XYZ has noticed you) . from the day i made it to paid services, i stopped getting that message and that also means nobody is able to find me, instead i have to go on their profile and look at them and they will be able to find me that my profile exists. (waste of money which was taken for the highlighter as well).

                                      2.What is the use of highlighter when in the last 7-8 days, no singler view was done from the stranger profile.

                                      3.everytime it is asking me to verify my profile, even though it is verified already. There are a lot of glitches in the application and as a technical person I can feel that.

                                      4.Worst service received by agents whom i contacted.

                                      5.I don't know what Gothram is, and I have never filled that, even though it is taking it by default and giving me some [censored]s. i want to remove it (again technical glitch)

                                      I would like to quote that, this is one of the worst services i have received after paying some huge amount, and still you are calling me to upgrade to prime with all these worst services. How can you people expect me to upgrade with all these discrepancies?

                                      I need a solution to all these within the next 2 days or else refund my money on time.

                                      The only advantage i can feel being paid member is that, i can view the numbers of profile (that too limited only)

                                      Counter applications are far better than yours.

                                      I hope you take this situation seriously and mark it to contact me only if you have a solution.
