A message came stating that My profile (E6575012) is created without my knowledge on 05th October 2022. Delete it. Why OTP and all are coming to my no without my knowledge?

Urgent Complaint on Fake Profile: Abhishek Sharma.

This profile with VP HR in Royal Bank of Scotland and IIMA is a fake profile. And unable to report it too on the app. (Attached screenshot of this too).

There are cases on consumer courts on this and during Background Check we got details about this fake profile.

Bharat Matrimony is not verifying profile and giving recommendations of fake profiles.

Anyone wanting to sign in and make payments for Bharat Matrimony please be aware that it's a total fraud portal with fake profiles being created to lure people into joining the site.
It is a highly insecure and unprotected site where your phone number is in hands o[censored]nverified mediators and middle men who do not allow you to contact the actual person directly. They are rude and can't speak English or proper Hindi.
l was told that if I wanted to send messages I need to make a payment. I used to get 5 to 10 calls a day for this. After making payment I realised over 80% are fake profiles. These unpaid members are also able to send messages which BM is not able to explain how it is possible. Moreover they are run by Mediators who misuse your personal WhatsApp number and send messages.

As per their policy one can get full refund if one is not getting results..
Their policy is as below...
"To portray our level of confidence in our services, we are offering a 100% refund if you do not get any response within 30 days. We will be glad to refund 100% of your membership fee! Registration is simple and will take only a few minutes of your time."

Before joining they never told that their unpaid members which are over 80% are not scrutinized or verified.

Beware of this portal. Join if you want to be looted and circulate your personal details to unverified mediators.

Hi I am fooled by Bharat Matrimony team as they made false promises, registered me for a me membership package through OTP giving false information like - that i will get 14 different profiles each day, the team never answers calls, when asked for call back they never do so,

We have written several emails to BM with valid proof that over 80% of their profiles are fake. I have asked for a refund of my payment of Rs. 2060.00 which no one bothers to respond to.

All their Regular unpaid profiles have phone numbers which belong to middle men or marriage bureaus who do not allow you to contact the concerned person. They speak rudely and even wrote on your personal whatsapp number asking for your personal details.
This is extremely unsafe as our personal information goes to all unsafe mediators.

I have come across three male pictures in the girls section and no one at BM scrutinizes the profile before uploading them. They deleted only when I told them because they just do not check and verify profiles.

This portal is a total waste of time with FAKE profiles and they loot the innocent people who pay and get no results.
Out of total 19787 profiles of we select the PRIME verified profiles it filters down to just 3125 out of which over 200 are repeat profiled and the same repeats for weeks, leaving no choice at all but to close the site.

I demand a refund but no one bothers to respond once you make a payment.

When joining the services a lot of importance was given for assisted services but there is no one to guide or support you nor any profiles are contacted. Horrible experience with the relationship manager and his senior.

I need the reasons for below question. why you again and again activate my account without concerns. Last time, same issues happened and I have raised the complaint Althea refunded the amount.
This is second time.

1.your team not give proper response
2. How can I confirm my auto renewal mode is turn off conditions.
3. Before Renewal your team without reach to my number.after without my concern debit my account then I am follow up to everyone regarding the reasons but nobody response my questions.
4. This is not acceptable. Totally disappointed to me.again and again

5. I don’t want to continue my services after my account expire validating date. Also I need my refund amount. Rs5069

Hereafter don’t activate the auto renewal mode.

Fraud issue with Bharat Matrimonial
I have written several emails to BM regarding fake profiles being created by mediators who do not allow us to contact the partner and just take our private details and then do not get back.

We have a three month paid membership and its over a month and not got any result as in all cases there is a mediator involved..

BM seems to be just uploading fake ID's just to lure the members to make payments and then waste precious time in searching for a suitable partner which ultimately is a waste of time.

I reported a fake ID H[protected]Arushi Patel) which was blocked and the very next day another profile was created against ID H11311577 BM failed to register.

Unpaid mediators are also able to send messages which I was not able to do when I was an unpaid member and was forced to make payments in case I wanted to contact anyone.

When we complain we get a standard pre typed reply with a Ticket number and till date I have just got one phone call telling me that I should only contact Prime members.

I have again received another request from a girl for my son who claims to be Dr. Mehak Arora with ID 11324599. Although they are not a Prime Paid member they have the facility to send messages which I fail to understand how its possible.

When we called, no one picked up on the mobile or whatsapp. When we contacted them on the Whatsapp number the reply was in mixed Hindi and English and only asked for bio data as all MEDIATORS normally do.

I have deleted my account from matrimony app but they are always calling me from different numbers. It is annoying me. I just want the call to be stopped from matrimony

Bharat Matrimony focuses on money and not on customer service.

Bharat Matrimony is talking about compromising customer care and compromising is not the solution.

Bharat Matrimony workers give different answers to my problem - Isn't Bharat Matrimony worker experience - Some say do broaden preference, some say remove work, some say reduce occupation and education Come on, someone says that you have a narrow profile, you will not get matches, then someone says that technology is a problem, then no one tells the solution.

Why was I not told before doing all this because Bharat Matrimony doesn't focus on customer service but on money?

I am not shown daily 12-14 profile as per my preference - Bharat Matrimony said - Bharat Matrimony lies

Bharat Matrimony says will respond within 24 hours but no response comes - Bharat Matrimony lies.

I have been made commitment by Bharat matrimony executive that if you will buy gold membership 2000+ mbbs profiles in maratha caste will be visible to you and that also you have to buy before 4 pm considering janmashtami offer on 20/08/2022. But after buying it I am seeing same profiles just like a free user only 8 with profile photos . I have tried each and every filter but still results are same . I have been falsely committed by BM executive . I am not interested in bharat matrimony anymore . I have no other option that refund . On 6th May 2022 I created an account through Kerala Matrimony site which is part of Bharat Matrimony. And I paid for Prime Platinum membership for 6 months on May 14, 2022. From the next day, they started calling me to upgrade it. 26000 additional service to get the assisted service. I politely declined their offer and then they called my day and started convincing him. They started firing OTP mails to get access to my account. I was offended by their intrusion, and I shouted against them not to call for the same. The moment I rejected their calls, first they immediately blocked my account and then started controlling my account. My search results dwindle and even the matches I selected turn out to be zero at times. They always advertise that they have hundreds of thousands of profiles, but how come my matches return zero results most of the time?

Another problem is they avoid showing previous search pattern results. To ensure this, I created a similar account on the website and went through the search results. I was shocked because the search result was completely different. After some search attempts, I noticed that they omitted my search criteria from the output list. For example, I was looking for profiles of girls from northern Kerala, and after some search efforts, now I can't find a single profile from northern Kerala. Intelligent algorithm. The application also has a lot of problems and it never ends. They rob the poor. This has to stop.

My name is Shyam Pawar I have subscribed to a Premium Prime Membership on Marathi Matrimony App with my Id - MRT1193553 for my daughter.

On 2 Aug 2022 I received multiple phone calls from Shreya from on behalf of Marathi Matrimony Andheri Branch she tried alot convincing me to purchase the Prime Membership and I was not convinced because I know there are no matching desired profiles for my daughter.

So purposely I asked her about this - my statement was "whether there are seriously my daughter desired profiles are there or not in your portal database" her statement was "trust me trust Marathi Matrimony there are your desired profiles & I have seen" also I confirmed this 4 time s during our conversation every time she said yes and trust me she gave me the commitment of having my desired profiles over Marathi Matrimony.

Over the name of Marathi Matrimony and the commitment from her so I finally trusted her as she said Marathi Matrimony name so I made the payment on 3 Aug 2022, I have attached all my payment receipts.

Before the payment she made multiple calls from her home even at night around 10.45pm also and after paying the amount of ₹5546 on next day, she never made the call from her side as her target was completed by getting customers - by fooling me and giving me false commitment.

On 3 aug and 4 aug I made a call to her asking for further guidance she indirectly denied me and avoided me by saying "I will call you at night between 8-9pm" and she never made that call so I made the call be tween those mentioned time and she always told me I am cooking I will call you later and the call back never happened.

Even I have the raised the complaint over Marathi Matrimony helpdesk my Ticket number is 14759047 they said you will get assisted from Marathi Matrimony within 24 hours but its been more than 10 days passed and I haven't received any single call from Marathi Matrimony Team which is very disappointing for me.

After raising the complaint and waiting for 4 days I made a call to the Marathi Matrimony Customer Service Team, they said ticket has been marked as a Solved I have call recording as a proof for this. After listening this I was in very shock and got angry because without even having conversation with me they have closed the ticket which was very disgusting behavior from them.

Due to which I raised a another complaint from their customer support team [Ticket No: CBS14762855]: Requesting for Refund and Complaint. Also I have made a call to their team again then they told me that I will receive a call from their team but as usual they did not responded to me either on mail nor on phone call.

Today [[protected]] I made a call to their Customer Support Team again they told me that my raised complainted has been marked as solved which really frustrated me again.

How can they solve the raised ticket of customer without even calling or sending mail to the customer.

Literally I have made more than 12 times call to their Customer Service Team for taking my refund of rs 5546 back.

Neither they have provided me any service as committed nor I am interested in their service after their this kind of behaviour

So I am requesting for my refund of rs 5546 which was given by me to marathi matrimony after listening to their false commitment and improper service.

Till today their sales team person Shreya from Andheri branch is not picking up my call and not even calling me back again after paying money.

So I need my refund
Also I request complaint against that sales person (Shreya) who is fooling poor people like me giving false commitment about their bad services.

I have attached some important proofs below:-

I made a mistake by paying for the Platinum membership with their Muslim Matrimony app. They mentioned in the payment page that I can send unlimited messages. It's after making the payment, I realised that I can send only 150 messages in a week. That means you can't even like more than 150 profiles in a week. Not only messages are limited, you can't even like more than 150 profiles.

Contacted their customer care, mailed them, with no avail. They just kept mentioning that it's their policy. They haven't mentioned this limit in the payment page and may have hidden in their terms, simply misleading and cheating customers.

Asked for a refund if they can't change this ridiculous policy of restricting paid customers. They simply said that I can't get a refund since I have started using their services.

Never pay Bharat Matrimony or associated websites or apps. They're simply focused on looting money, not at all keen about providing a good service.
