My name is Shyam Pawar I have subscribed to a Premium Prime Membership on Marathi Matrimony App with my Id - MRT1193553 for my daughter.

On 2 Aug 2022 I received multiple phone calls from Shreya from on behalf of Marathi Matrimony Andheri Branch she tried alot convincing me to purchase the Prime Membership and I was not convinced because I know there are no matching desired profiles for my daughter.

I made a mistake by paying for the Platinum membership with their Muslim Matrimony app. They mentioned in the payment page that I can send unlimited messages. It's after making the payment, I realised that I can send only 150 messages in a week. That means you can't even like more than 150 profiles in a week. I was new to the matrimony site. After joining, it asked me to sign up and I signed for six months. I have sent my aadhar and driver's license to activate my profile.

After many follow-ups with customer care and helpdesk, my profile is not still active and they refused to do refunds as well.

I didn't use their service at all and they took my money and refused to refund as well.. Its blatant cheating and abuse...

Fraud by bharat matrimony against the complaint number BM26800388. The complaint was about harassment by members id (h[protected] showing porn during WhatsApp call. A threatening call was also made by number ([protected]). Complaint has been registered on cybercrime cell. Bharat matrimony is not responding transparently and looting the customer...

Created a profile and never informed about the auto renewal when I signed up in the website and started using the mobile app.

No prior request was sent before the auto renewal and no reminders were given. Received an email from my bank regarding the auto renewal of CAD 145.
