This is to inform you that previously I had made more than 10 complaints in this respect, but no action is taken. You are once again requested to look into the matter. The details are as under - Order No.236825, CM No.289463, Consumer No.14328, DGCC No.10522831, order dated 12.02.2017 and delivered on 14.02.2017. Till today, I have not received subsidy in this respect. My mobile No. [protected]. Afterwards, I booked a cylinder on 09.04.2017, order No.6693, and delivered on 11.04.2017 and I received subsidy of this cylinder. But the subsidy of cylinder delivered on 14.02.2017 is not yet received. This is my 11th complaint. Kindly let me know your higher authorities contanct nos., if I cannot received the subsidy within a time-limit.

      Previously I was receiving the subsidy regularly in my A/c No. [protected] with Bank of India, Mumbai Main Branch, Fort, Mumbai-23.
      I have closed this account on 22nd March 2017. I am not receiving my subsidy amounts from April 2017. However, I am getting SMS that the subsidy amount is transferred to my bank account. I have not yet received my subsidy amounts of Rs.253.28 for April 2017 and Rs.159.22 for May 2017.

      You are requested to transfer the above amounts to my Savings A/c No.[protected] with Carara Bank, Dombivli (West) Branch, IFS Code No. CNRB0000249 and continue to do so. My Aadhaar No. is[protected].

I kindly request you to deactivate give up subsidy. I want to avail subsidy cylinders. So this is humble request to you please deactivate from out of subsidy.           Sir I'm not receiving my subsidiary amount from june 2016.Last subsidiary amount received in may 2016. Please take further action as soon as possible. I also complain on our tool free number but they only show sympathy and no any solution came.
          Another issue, My Aadhar card number is not link with the our website, and our agency M. S GAS GHAR CHANDAUTI (Distribution code-117699) not showing any responsibility. So please take action to solve my problem as soon as possible.

            Dear sir,
            I am Dayamoy Kabiraj consumer of BPCL. I would like to inform you and register my complaint. 31st march 2017 I transferred my connection from Delhi to west Bengal (Consumer number which was 34507522 Shyamji Enterprises). I submitted BPCL transfer letter submit in my local distributor (IOC) But still I haven't get a connection yet. Now I am facing a lot of problems without cooking gas. When they make a letter they mistake SV Number not correct that's why I couldn't get the connection. I called so many time to shyamji enterprise but they didn't pick the call and I send my brother to their office but no response.
            I request you sir, please give me suggestion an inquiry in this matter it's very urgent Do favor with me, as soon as possible.

              I got diesel filled in my car from ring road petrol pump at south ex, after driving few kilometeres I had a loud sound in my car, after taking it to my regular mechanic he checked its diesel filter in which quality of diesel was poor and had traces of dust visible. I have heard similar complaints from my friends and family lately. It's a rising cause, I request you to keep a check on your petrol pumps.

                Gas agency is telling we are helpless. There are so many people who did online payment in February, did not get the money back.

                  Today i found ur petrol pump vinod auto selling petrol at rs. 76.03 as against rs.73.97 in nashik city. I want to know what action ur going to take against this dealer. On 16 may petrol became cheap by rs.2.16/- however when i told his employee he said price is increased by rs. 2/- per liter last night. I showed current price to him on my smart phone. But he ignored it. So i am lodgeing the complaint.

                      No action has been taken till now.
                      No any one call me to solve the problem.

                      My consumer no- 9457, Distributer name- Sainik Gas, code- 112364. Barracklore, W.B
                      My complain was that, my Aadhaar no[protected] has been linked with another consumer no 1769 erroneously by Distributer on last yr Jun 2017 and all the subsidy not been credited after that.
                      Despite my repited request no action has been taken for that.
                      Big question is, any responsibility are in this oil coy or not ? After all, will my complain be solve or not ?
                      Why spending huge money for those employees in customer care? Tell me why not saying this coy is bogus ?

                          Sir,
                          I have booked a gas through auto booking system of bharat gas on 14.05 17 vide no. 9105. Today it is 17 of may but till date no gas delivered. I have contacted office but they have asked me to call delivery boy. But delivery boy is also asking me to call office. I have asked them why gas has not been delivered as challan has been generated but no answer received from them. I have repeatedly asking them to help me out as i have two small kids and burnt patient at home but they have misbehaved and cut the phone. They don't received phone also.

                          I request you to help me out from this harassment. Please find the details of gas supplier : city gas salt lake city sc-ii kol[protected], 23595376

                          Please note that till date I have not received gas cylinder from my LPG distributor. AlthoughSMS received on my registered mobile that GAS delivered on 20-05 .

                            As Petrol prices are revised in bi-weekly, the last price revised was on 16th May, 2017. According to the revision, petrol price in Mumbai should be Rs. 74.53/liter. However, a Bharat Petrol Pump in On S.V.Road, Goregaon West is charging petrol at 76.92/liter.
                            After communicating with the Manager of the petrol pump, he told me that petrol price were revised again and the latest were effective from 17th May, 2017 mid-night. He also added that petrol price changes daily now. However as per the news, daily price change of petrol is not applicable in Mumbai.
                            When I told him this, than he started saying that the petrol pumps are set with the price and those can't be wrong.
                            I found it a little fishy at that point, hence I started researching about it online and found that the petrol price in Mumbai are Rs. 74.53/liter and not Rs.76.92/liter

                              On Sunday 14th May 2017, I was about to fill petrol for 100 Rs. and asked whether card would work at Bharat Petroleum Fuel Station at Sardar Patel Rd, Gandhi Nagar, Besant Nagar, Chennai. They say they accept cards only 150 Rs. and above. So I filled petrol for 150 Rs. I was in a hurry, So I left the place. After leaving the place, I could notice in meter that the petrol filled is very less about Rs.100. They have cheated me of Rs.50

                              I got a call directly from the manager of the petrol bunk and he asked details regarding it and asked me to come in person to compensate the same. I went to the petrol bunk. They filled the petrol for the same. Thanks for BPCL for resolving the issue.

                                I have not received my gas subsidy in my SBI bank account -AC.No. [protected]. Cylinder was delivered on 24/03/17 time 5:13:56 pm. Subsidy amount of Rs. 340.48 for LPG also transfer by you vide cash memo no. 123342 has failed, but due to some technical reason my adhaar card is delinked with my account number, so applied for new addhaar card and got the new addhaar no. also I linked with account number and with Arun gas agency Ravinagar branch Nagpur.Request you to resend my subsidy amount of Rs.340.48 for LPG in my bank account. Email ID: sikdar.[protected]@rediffmail.com

                                Please look into matter and transfer my gas subsidy in my bank account.

                                  Dear sir/ madam I am Chennai while traveling to Tirunelveli I am more than 5 years customer of BPCL regularly filling deisel & petrol TVS bunk located vannarapettai, Tirunelveli. Last time I filled deisel 4ltrs. But it shows low I asked that service boys they told me we don't know anything. I strongly told them I will compliant your management then finally they all accepted them fault and told me what they are doing fraudulent. All servants forcing to give daily Rs.200/- supervisor 2nos. Are there and manager also doing some Frau activities like testing petrol so manager also support supervisors.

                                  Kindly take necessary actions immediately with this fraud activities and stop like Frau other customers like me.

                                  I hope you will support us (customers), don't spoil your company name.

                                    I purchased Petrol from Anand Filling Station Babba Kharak Sing Marg New Delhi 110001. on 14th may 2017 for RS. 1000. However​ my card was swiped for Rs 1500.00. In hurry I didn't see the charge slip and left Petrol pump. However I came to know at home when I saw the charge slip. I am particular about taking Petrol bill which is for RS.1000.00.

                                    Please look into this matter seriously, since these pump boys must be fooling many in a day.

                                      My self Subhash Gupta and I regularly visit Shri Maruti Petroleum, Bahucharaji Road, Kareli Baug, Vadodara. Since last 2 - 3 times I observe that they are not filling full quantity of petrol against my payment and when we are asking for bill I found two different quantity i.e. in Rs. 300 total quantity of petrol should be 4.31 ltrs. instead of this they have filled up only 3.17 ltrs. They are not even providing computerized invoice always giving hand made bill even they are not checking the bill given by them and now they are not ready to listen anything. This happens with me since last 5 - 6 times. I know my vehicle is in good condition and the area of travel is also fixed as per kilometers and as per days the frequency of filling petrol is more. I hope you can understand the condition and take serious action on this matter

                                        My complain was registered on 12/05/17 at 17:29 hrs.
                                        I have receive a msg on 13/5/17 on 10:18 by your system as "your complaint no 1906630 is resolved...."
                                        Today i have been checked by my aadhar no in your portal, which is linked with another consumer no 1769 till now, named as w/o b c kar, 6wing a/f...
                                        My complaint is further that. :-
                                        No 1 — my consumer no is 9457, name — bisweswar kar, father name — niranjan kar, aadhar no[protected].
                                        How this aadhar linked with another consumer no 1769 in same distributor "sainik gas" named as w/ o b c kar?
                                        No 2 — i am serving with army and the other mr b c kar is serving with air force.
                                        No 3 — how the manager of "sainik gas" saying no more about his mistakes?
                                        No 4 — your customer care [protected] have no more info, why they not have a power for a ultimate solution? What can do a normal/illiterate consumer?
                                        Your early action is strictly requested.
