I had booked a bharat gas on 12.2.2017 to Gurukrupa Gas Agency, Thange Wadi, Kalyan (W), Dist.Thane, Maharashtra and the same was deivered on 14.2.2017. Consumer No.14328, Order No.236825, CMNo.289463, DGCC No.10522831 and my registered mobile No. [protected]. Till today I have not received the subsidy amount of this cylinder.
On 09.04.2017 I had booked a bharat gas to the same agency, i.e, Gurukrupa Gas Agency, Kalyan (W), Dist.Thane, Maharashtra and the same was delivered on 11.04.2017, Consumer No.14328, Order No.6693, CMNo.8918, DGCC No.10522831. I have received the subsidy of this gas.
Hence, I request you to kindly pay the subsidy for the gas booked on 12.2.2017 immediately. I think the above details are self-explanatory and sufficient for paying the subsidy.
Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Kindly make a video proof for the same and file a complaint in crime branch police and take a legal action.
