I am mrs. Julie anthony, residing in jai om housing society, satyam, room no.7, first floor, nr. Madvi school, rajaji peth, dombivli east, thane dist. Maharashtra, having gas consumer no.[protected]Holding double cylinder) under distributor m/s. Shivshakti bharat gas agency, shop no.1, marosmruti bldg., nr. Gaondevi mandir, tukaram nagar, dombivli (E), 421 201, (Distributor licence no. 186834) to inform you the following few lines for your immediate action :
Since last four months, i am not getting the gas subsidy after following the due instructions via my mobile phone. That is after dialing the distributor number followed by my consumer number and pressing the button no. 1 which is for availing the subsidy. I had complained personally about this matter with the distributor but they says that i am pressing the wrong button which is not correct. Whenever i personally contact the person concerned, they one or the other pretext sending me back by saying that "you will get the subsidy in the next re-filling time" and so on. This type of attitude from the distributor continued after every booking.in view of above, i would request your good selves to look into the matter urgently and sympathetically to solve my problem from your end. Myself and my husband are retired (Private firms) and heavily depended on our paltry pension amount hence we are unable to give rs.733/- per cylinder. An average, we are using gas more than 40 days. Since our financial conditions are very bad the subsidy will be helpful to us in the long run.
With my humble request, i would be happy if you can intervene personally in the matter in your capacity and oblige us in the matter.
