Without my any written permission you don't change my distributor. This is wrong with me. I do not want to change my distributor. So that you take action immediately otherwise i will knock the door of consumer court.

    I am mrs. Julie anthony, residing in jai om housing society, satyam, room no.7, first floor, nr. Madvi school, rajaji peth, dombivli east, thane dist. Maharashtra, having gas consumer no.[protected]Holding double cylinder) under distributor m/s. Shivshakti bharat gas agency, shop no.1, marosmruti bldg., nr. Gaondevi mandir, tukaram nagar, dombivli (E), 421 201, (Distributor licence no. 186834) to inform you the following few lines for your immediate action :

    Since last four months, i am not getting the gas subsidy after following the due instructions via my mobile phone. That is after dialing the distributor number followed by my consumer number and pressing the button no. 1 which is for availing the subsidy. I had complained personally about this matter with the distributor but they says that i am pressing the wrong button which is not correct. Whenever i personally contact the person concerned, they one or the other pretext sending me back by saying that "you will get the subsidy in the next re-filling time" and so on. This type of attitude from the distributor continued after every booking.in view of above, i would request your good selves to look into the matter urgently and sympathetically to solve my problem from your end. Myself and my husband are retired (Private firms) and heavily depended on our paltry pension amount hence we are unable to give rs.733/- per cylinder. An average, we are using gas more than 40 days. Since our financial conditions are very bad the subsidy will be helpful to us in the long run.

    With my humble request, i would be happy if you can intervene personally in the matter in your capacity and oblige us in the matter.

          My consumer number is 18255 and my distributor name is karm gas agency odhav ahmedabad my aadhar number is[protected]. Till date I got my subsidy in Axis bank Asarwa Branch AHMEDABAD my Axis bank Account number is [protected] 6118 last month I did not receive my gas subsidy in my account. Last month I closed my SBI Account નું 39430 but subsidy stop in my Axis bank account how it is possible? So kindly give attention and find proper solutions

            With due respect I am to state that I have received my cylinder[protected] against my consumer no. 16256 LPG ID NO.1 [protected] order no. 5856 and cash memo No.8282 but the subsidy amount has not been received/credited to my bank account til date. Please look into the matter to avoid the harassment to the customer.
            It is further intimated I have received my second cylinder on[protected]. But the subsidy amount as not been received in my bank as verified My Lpg Portal. All correspondent with documents are enclosed for your ready reference and hopeful solution of the case.

              Subsidy against my gas delivery dt 04 mar 2017, has not been credited to my account. Several visits to the dealer m/s arvind gas service, race course, dehradun, has not been of any use.                   Sir, I, Rani choudhary having an LPGconnection customer no[protected] in vinayaka gas agency Bandalaguda, Hyderabad-500086.without taking my openion it has been transfered to Maheshwari Bharat Gas, O U coloney, Shaikpet, hyderabad(I got SMS in this regard), Which is 15 KM away from my home.I want to retain my connection in the previous gas agency, i, e vinayaka bharat gas, which is 1KM away from my home.please do the needful to stop my transfer.

                    Hi, I was shocked to see the Fuel surcharge at BPCL on payment using debit card. When I check with merchant and Bank both of them are blaming each other. no one is ready to revert the charges. I think infact govt has announced a cash back of .75% on payment using debit card for fuel. Some of the merchants are behaving very bad. I was charged Rs.11.50 for a Rs.200 fuel transaction.

                      Consumer No.14328, Gurukrupa Gas Agency, Kalyan, Mob.No.[protected], Order No.236825 dt.12.02.2017, till today i.e. on 28.4.2017, I have not yet received subsidy amount inspite of several complaints, reminders, telephone calls etc. Kindly note that previously my bank account was linked with Saraswat Bank, Kalyan and because of some technical problem, I linked gas subsidy account to UCO Bank, Kalyan branch. On 09.04.2017 I booked again one gas cylinder and I got subsidy to UCO Bank account, but I have not yet received previous subsidy. You are requested once again to look into the matter and transfer the subsidy to UCO Bank, Kalyan Branch.

                            My name mohammed badarudduja consumer no: 52967579 distributor address vineet enterprises chowk hussaini alam hyderabad. I am a customer of bharat gas company. Since 5 months i did not get the subsidy they are saying govt eat money since your aadhaar was not update in bank. But my aadhaar was updated in bank since 18 months. I did not get the subsidy of nov 2016, dec 2016, jan 2017, feb 2017 and mar 2017.
                            So i request to solve my problem. Since 4 months i am in with this problem

                              The staff stops filling midway & restart from the same point; happeneed twice and both times the filling was stopped at Rs.50 and later they say its 0. Happened with other customers too.
                              First they start filling and then say that electricity is gone. Later they deceive you by making you look somewhere else and then start filling again without resetting the meter to 0 and say that they did

                                My consumer no. 1750. The service provider kaleshwar gas agency, nagole, the delivery boys of gas cylinder are charging & demanding more money (Rs. 30/per cylinder) compulsory. I personally informed in their office, but no change in their attitude. I believe that total staff are involved in this fraud. So please take necessary action in this regard.

                                    I have to lodge a complaint against ur bharat petroleum filling station janipur.
                                    Actually i filled my scooty petrol tank from ur janakpur outlet
                                    The problem i faced is ur employee had charged me rs. 250/- instead of rs 249.91/-
                                    Actual amount is 249.91 and he argued with me ki petrol aapke saamnay 250 ka daala hai but woh 249.91/- ka dala tha aur payment card se hui hai

                                      Delivery of gas cylinder not on time... We booked our gas cylinder 10 days before... Nd no one pick call on the local no. Nd ur helpline is also nt working... After going to the office they said u will get ur cylinder by tomorrow bt thr was no response... Nd nobody took the responsibility... Last tym also they did the same thing to us late in delivering cylinder...
