Sir, i booked gas cylinder on 20/03/2017 and i Received gas cylinder on 21/03/2017 .i have paid full amount Rs741 . now yet i have not received subsidy amount in my account. please send subsidy amount . i also have linked Aadhar card no. in my account.

I kindly request you to deactivate give up subsidy. I want to avail subsidy cylinders. So this is humble request to you please deactivate from out of subsidy.       My complaint no. Is 1823740 is which is not resolved.after 10 days. For Feedback I send SMS CCSN 1823740 to [protected] as I was not satisfied bcoz actually cylinder is yet not delivered at my home...
      If my complaint is not resolved at the earliest I will have to take legal action against the Bpcl as well as gas dealer.

          Whenever I book cylinder online. Amount gets deducted from my bank account but bharat gas never provide receipt or acknowledgment for the payment made. Made complaint more than 5 times but never received any solution.

                From past 4-5 months, i always see that people who comes with bike/scooty to refill fuel, they dont make a single line at the petrol pump. I have regularly complaint the manager of the petrol pump, but no action been taken.

                When people make queue for cinema tickets, jio sim, hospital, railway station, why cant the manager of petrol pump strict / request people to follow queue.

                I had earlier spoke to BPCL customer care [protected] and also the manager of Ram Kripa manager on [protected]

                  I inform you that i have consumer in bharat gas ltd. I have not receive my subsidi amount of date 1/12/2016 to till date. So i was contact with bharat gas ltd office candidate and discuss issue but she told me. Go to your bank and kindly check your a/c linked with aadhaar. I was going to bank and checked my ac detailes. Bank cashier told me your aadhaar have already updated. So i was come back bharat gas ltd office and asking him. What is the problem? Then his answer to me yor back subsidi amount not gotit your ac and manually. So i have complient bharat gas ltd

                        Maine dt. 26/2/17 ko & 15/3/17ko lpg refill book kiya. Refill cylinder delivered ka SMS 27/2/17 & 15/3/17 bpcl ki taraf se mujhe mila. Subsidy bhi 1/3/17 & 17/3/17 ko credit hui hai.
                        But mujhe aaj dt 22/3/17 tak 2 mense ek bhi refill cylinder dealer ne nahi diya.
                        Refill na Milne ki complaint Maine customer service me 7/3/17 & 17/3/17 ko ki hai. Aur har roj customer care center se complaints ke bare me puchhta hun.. Ve har Bar batate hai ki complaints process men hai.. Par hota kuchh bhi nahi...
                        Bpcl bhi mujhe refill nahi dila pa rahe hai..

                          Recently on 11/03/2017 I have transferred gas connection to Mangalam Bharat GAs Agency Noida Uttar Pradesh, I have paid 3300 Rs.
                          Now I did not get subsidy of Rs 478, I called to gas agency for the same
                          but they do not want to listen.
                          Please help me to get rid of this asap.

                                I am Rukmani Das and a consumer of bharat gas (cons. no[protected] of The flame gas service Chandbali, Bhadrak, Odisha.I have not received the subsidy amount of last gas delivery.
                                Every time i had received the subsidy on my Bank of India account which was deposited bank details on distributor but the last Subsidy Transfered to Union Bank of India, Account XXXXXXXXXXX0648 on 10/03/2017 this is not my account.

                                Please help me and transfer the subsidy on my Bank of India account.

I was categorically assured that cylinder would be delivered to me within the first week of March.Thereafter, that delivery would surely be made within 19/03/2017.My supply of gas was exhausted by 18/03/2017, and my family is functioning without gas since. Talking to my gas agency, after consistent complaining, I was again assured that delivery would be made today, i.e., 21/03/2017.After calling the agency today for delivery I was told it wouldn't be made today as well.When exactly is the cylinder going to be delivered?Why was there such deficiency in delivery to being with?Why have the express assurances made to me by your authorized dealers not been fulfilled yet?What is the reason for delay of an entire month in the delivery of 1 cylinder?My contact person with the agency -Mr.Shakti [protected]
