I am consumer of BPCL bearing Consumer No 42558055 in the name of St Sheela Singh r/o Manjhwey Kothi Rang Bahadur Road P.S. Kotwali Gaya -823001. Due to bhandaara on occasion of Chaath Puja I need an urgent supply of gas. That vide Booking dated 23:03:17 the gas was booked but in spite of several reminders and request the gas was not delivered and the Person named Sri Dilip and other vendors are demanding extra for smooth delivery of the supply. At present the consumer urgently need gas delivery

      Toll Free No [protected], after taking all the recorded details, kept me waiting for almost 5 minutes & still no executive came on line on 27/3/2017 around 5.55 pm. Finally I dropped the phone. Most of the time this no is found engaged & when I was able to connect, I met the above problem. THIS IS SERIOUS as there is no call back system from your end.

        I have booked Refile on 12/03/2017. my Booking no.112976. Refile till date not provided from Arun gas agency Nagpur. my Consumer no. 16004.it is creating very inconvenience for us to manage.               My complaint no. Is 1823740 is which is not resolved.after 10 days. For Feedback I send SMS CCSN 1823740 to [protected] as I was not satisfied bcoz actually cylinder is yet not delivered at my home...
              If my complaint is not resolved at the earliest I will have to take legal action against the Bpcl as well as gas dealer.

                        From past 4-5 months, i always see that people who comes with bike/scooty to refill fuel, they dont make a single line at the petrol pump. I have regularly complaint the manager of the petrol pump, but no action been taken.

                        When people make queue for cinema tickets, jio sim, hospital, railway station, why cant the manager of petrol pump strict / request people to follow queue.

                        I had earlier spoke to BPCL customer care [protected] and also the manager of Ram Kripa manager on [protected]

So i was contact with bharat gas ltd office candidate and discuss issue but she told me. Go to your bank and kindly check your a/c linked with aadhaar. I was going to bank and checked my ac detailes. Bank cashier told me your aadhaar have already updated. So i was come back bharat gas ltd office and asking him. What is the problem? Then his answer to me yor back subsidi amount not gotit your ac and manually. So i have complient bharat gas ltd

                                  Refill na Milne ki complaint Maine customer service me 7/3/17 & 17/3/17 ko ki hai. Aur har roj customer care center se complaints ke bare me puchhta hun.. Ve har Bar batate hai ki complaints process men hai.. Par hota kuchh bhi nahi...
