I took connection of The BPCL gas connection from M/s Ajay Gas Agency Burudgaon road Ahmednagar. While transferring my connection from Ahmednagar to Shrirampur they deducted the subsidy amount in the month of August 2016 and said that I will get back the amount after the transfer.But still i.e. on 17/03/2017 I did not got back my deducted amount.I am aggrieved by this false statement.

    I m pranav Diccar have Bharat gas consumer no 51306361 at Ratan Enterprises in pune since last 3 years. Recently I booked gas but it's not delivered to me so I called to ratan Enterprises. I got information from ratan Enterprise that my gas supplier agency is now changed to Aditi gas agency. I didn't understand why & who told to change without information to me?? I don't know who and where is this new aditi agency. I heared that aditi agency is far away from my home. In case of emergency where to find this new agency??? Please transfer my gas connection to Ratan Enterprises.

      Sir, i am having a lpg connection of bpcl bearing no. 9170 being maintained at dehradun (Uttrakhand) and our dealer is adhunik gas service, jogiwala, dehradun. I am serving in force, as such, my kids and wife live alone in dehradun, therefore, we consume 6-7 lpg subsidized cylinders in a year. On 10/02/17 my family booked lpg through our registered mobile no. Having registration no. 167476 which was delivered same day. As per practice/rule no booking is allowed within 10 days of initial booking. But on 05/03/17 one lpg cylinder having refill booking no. 180599 was booked against our connection and subsidy credited in our a/c on 07/03/17. Again on 12/03/17 another cylinder was booked with refill booking no. 184786 however its subsidy not yet credited in our a/c. I guess that the dealer is selling these cylinders in open market as we could not consume all 12 subsidized rate cylinders in a year. I can'not understood as to how the booking was done when not made with our registered phone no.
      I, therefore, request you to look into the matter and take remedial measures at the earliest as these people must be doing same with other connections.

          Since last 3 times, we are facing huge issues with the delivery of cylinder in our area.. And after almost 15 days we get gas and that too after calling 3 to 4 times. Secondly the distributor named Sainath Satav (Agency: Said Bharat at Wagholi, Pune) behaves extremely rude as if I am a bloody worker working under him. He has no sense of talking and starts all his conversations with a very rough and irritating tone as if he is doing a favour delivering cylinders.. This is a complaint from all the consumers in our society and speaks very badly with ladies. Need immediately action on him.

              Respected sir,
              I'm existing customer of bharat gas . Card serial no. WR 13978646. My consumer no. Is 68668070. I have been your customer since 4th may 2015. I have bought 12 sylinder till today . But I haven't received my subsidised amount in my bank account. This is my second time of online complaint. I contracted my agency girija bharat gas at bhagwan.they told me that it is been opted out. I never did this kind of thing in the other hand I have submitted my documents two times, still no amount is deposited until now. I urge you kindly solve this issue as soon as possible and deposit my subsidised amount of 12 cylinders with interest as soon as possible.

              The person who supplies gas at doorstep, collects the bill amount + commission50. Incase if we question them they just say from next month we won't supply gas to your home.o r say fine will take back the gas.

Till date I didn't get my refill and when I visit the office they are telling that there is no stock. My Agency name is Jayalakshmi Enterprises, Kadiri-515591, Anantapur Dist, Andhra Pradesh.

                Please take it as my humble request and resolve my issue as early as possible.

                    I went petrol pump ie refilled Masih Automobile(Dealer Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.) Road No. 75B, Vikas Marg Etxn., Anand Vihar, Delhi -92.To fill my petrol in bike of Rs 700 usually my bike tank is full in 700rs but yesterday ie[protected]. when come to your petrol pump the guy who fill the petrol in my bike he standing near meter when the meter went above 150 then the person stood be side. He did not make me notice the meter zero even intially. and i went today again ie[protected] to your petrol your senior aged executive blamed me. My receipt no - 07666
                    Please take the required action as soon as possible.

I have recd a msg stating that your cylinder was deleverd on 06.03.2017, but actually the cylider was not delevered. we have opted for evening slot 7pm to 8pm. the delevery boy refused to delever on evening and gave the cylinder to my neighbour" house.                                   Sir,
                                  I have booked for re-filling on 04.02.17 and on 8.02.17 at about 4.00 pm.
                                  got a message stating that the booking is cancelled due to customer
                                  out of station.
                                  This is totally false as my wife was at home, the delivery never aproached us on the said time/date.
                                  Now they are insisting to do another booking to get subsidy or else
                                  they are sending another cylinder without subsidy.
                                  Sir, this malpractice is quiet rampant in this area they are cheating the genuine consumers by selling the subsidised cylinder to the black market by showing false reason of absent ism.
                                  Kindly checkup the same
                                  and do the needful.

                                      My Gas Consumer account No.17241. Subsidy amount not credited yet to my Aaadhar linked Bank account since December 2015. My account is with The RBL Bank., Belgaum. While going through the Bank Pass Book I come to know that Gas subsidy is not yet credited to my S.B account with RBL Bank, Belgaum. Please verify at your end & let me get credit the Gas subsidy amount to my account at an early date. Please do the needful and oblige.

                                        Gas cylinder containing Sand/Clay, sound of Sand/Clay is coming out of gas cylinder. also the gas finishes within short period now a days. There seem to be some adulteration at gas cylinder.
