    CHEATING PETROL PUMPS IN BHUBANESWAR AND CUTTACK.

    1.BHUBANESWAR CHANDRASEKHARPUR BHARAT PETROLEUM (it has SUBWAY and IN & OUT shopping complex)
    Incident of 25 January 2017 afternoon.
    I and my brother took motorcycle for refuelling to the extreme left counter if you come from kalinga hospital side, told rs.200 plain petrol to Mr.x, my brother went to pay in credit card with his partner Mr.y.while he was refuelling he told the inside aspect of my petrol tank lock has been affected by rust and he told me to put oil.i saw my lock and then went to focus on meter, he act fumbled to search for used up 2t oil pouch for give me to apply it on my lock as a good Samaritans.Then he took out the the nozzle and I went forward. In the same time my brother was duped to use the low battery pos machine, he swiped three times due to low battery transaction failed. Then Mr.x told Mr.y and my brother to go to other pos machine. Mark my words refuelling my bike from left side of machine, Mr.x looking to right side of machine, telling rust thing, duping and making my brother busy in pos machine all are game plan.
    My few other friends complained the same "if you miss to see the meter e.g if you say rs.300, you are seeing meter from 1 to 100rs, then if you move your eyes a sec, they will skip and will make meter reading to rs.300".they will talk with you as if they are your kin and kith and relatives, well wisher. I inserted keys to my bike, but fuel indicator didn't rise corresponding to the amount filled.I Looked back and saw rs.20 on the meter.I am riding this bike since 11(eleven) calendar years.I know how much it ll rise.The machine has 4(four) nozzle, two on each side, he was refuelling from left and was seeing right machine.i was wearing a sports helmet so my vision was obscured partly.THEY ARE DELIBERATELY CHEATING.

    2.PETROL PUMP BESIDES ISKCON temple, Near crp crossing. The pump is on left hand side before ISKCON temple if you come from crp side.

    Just move your eye and they ll skip to your said amount.
    In cuttack too same techniques of "lock re junk lagijaichi, tela lagao". As I and my brother are class 1 officer in H & FW DEPT of government of odisha, we didn't created a scene. Had we been a normal person we would hav thrashed them black and blue.we are taking up the case to new Delhi don't worry as we are social activist. You may hope to see us on print and electronic media soon.

    Please alight down from your bike or car slowly, open your helmet and keep aside don't haste yourself or by the petrol pump staff, see meter zero, refuel in odd figures like rs.103, rs1007 etc ask print out. See only meter and nothing else even if he says anything.refill in early morning as density is low and gas will not escape when you open the lid of your vehicle tank.Dont refuel while tanker is emptying to underground tank as it makes grime and dust to come up.

    In my years of experience rasulgarh petrol pump rahman petrol pump and opposite to it on the other side of road are good in quantity and quality i.e ethical.

    For cuttack best refuelling stations

    1.Municipality owned petrol pump near high Court,

    2.Odisha police owned petrol pump 60 metres left from omp square.bonus is manual old meter of 90's.In these type of meter no chance of tampering, no influence of mobile phone, mobile phone affects electronic filler machine pulser device.

    It's your money, watch it.

      I told them to fill petrol for 200 but he covered the meter and stop at 180 and told me to go, he as trying to cheat me. this is bad eperience ever i had, i already shared to all people as much i can .this petrol bunk is located in kkaranataka, bangalore, whitefield, near forum value mall, thesse is thing happen every day, i have seen somany complaint on their google review, we are paying whatever the amount your fixed but these people are cheating us, i dont know where they can save this money, i never expect from this company like bharath petrolium, feeling very shame on ths company

          My mother is a consumer of bharat gas his consumer no. Is 60534028. Whenever she books for a refill, the distributed didn't deliver the cylinder on time every time it takes more than a week after we received a "cylinder delivered". Every time she reminds distributed that she already received subsidy and cylinder delivered message, then they took a week to bring the cylinder. Please take necessary action, so that she receive the delivery of cylinder on time. The booking reference is118440 dated 06 jan 2017, and message for cylinder delivered on 20 jan. Until today the cylinder is not delivered, we have called distributor 3 times on phone, every time they say that tomorrow they will deliver it. I request you to solve the problem, so that she may not suffer the same in future.

          When i contacted agency they are saying that it will be dispatched in 2-3 days.
          I want's to know that how many days are required to refil the cylinder & what are the actions for the delayed delivery.

            No facility of home delivery is provided and after requesting for home delivery they not delivered on right time
            And the time of delivery the delivery staff abuse very badly
            So I request if this problem goes on like this, I have to switch all (6) cylinder to another one.

                I am a resident of Naigaon East, Palghar district, I am lodging this complaint to bring to notice the unprofessional manner in which our BPCL service provider deals with customers, in brief, my number has been blocked, I can't call in to place my Gas order I have been informed that a mechanic needs to be sent to my residence in order to perform checks. before they unblock my number, My concern is how would the mechanic in the first place perform any sort-of checks, because technically there is no Gas made available to me. I'm left stranded without any Gas cylinder for days, I'm not able to place an order since my number remains blocked and the unprofessional officials at the BPCL service center won't budge for anything nor provide any assistance or support.
                Requesting and would sincerely appreciate if this matter could be addressed at the earliest.

                  I fill my car tank every week and 8/10 times fill it at Kurade's Pump since the last 15 years. Since the last 2 months 'EVERY TIME' I went there I was told that the Regular Petrol was out of stock and I'll have to put only Speed. I learnt their pattern and after 'persistently demanding' for regular Petrol, they'd agree and fill my tank. Once they almost put Speed without notifying me. I've been tolerant about this issue since a while and would finally like to notify you.

                  I got to know that the management at Kurade Pump has changed recently and one Ms. Shublaxmi has taken over. It seems she has strictly instructed their service boys to 'FORCE' the customers to put only Speed Petrol. I spoke with 3-4 of the service boys on different shifts and all of them opened up and told me this fact after insisting. They sincerely told me they're helpless every time.

                  I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and take necessary action and hope I will not have to face this issue again.

                        Sir iam resident of masulkar colony, my regulator is damaged but the agency assigned to me ie siddhi gas agency has refused to replace regulator saying that the said regulator is not from thier agency although i got it fom them in november 1999 when i frist got LPG connection . now iam cookin food on induction motor help me way out why aarrogance of this agencies still exists make online arrangement for these services too

                          I am one of your old customer recently changed home at Chelannur, Near Parappurath Temple, Kozhikode. Kerala. My Customer No. Is 45007582, Distributor - Sai Bharath Gas Agency.

                          This complaint is not for me only, it is for my neighbouring Bharath Gas users also. Bharath gas is not getting our home directly from the distributor vehicle. Now we kept our unfilled cylinders and cash in to a house near main road, Muthuvattuthazham. This house is around 2 KM away from our place and collecting it another day . This is very difficult to us. Distributors response isthat they are using big vehicle for gas supply purpose. That vehicle do not enter your place. A canal road is there to reach our place. and other gas agencies like HP are supply their gas in our place daily. Please understand our difficuly and take necessary action to over come this problem, .

                            Dear sir,
                            I stay at shivshankar society, bibvewadi, pune. I went to BHARAT Gas of Puspam agency Bibvewadi, Pune, MAHARASHTRA for a new connection. They said that it will given in 2 days . I gave them all the documents they asked for like Aadhar card, Rent Aggrement, Bank details etc on 5 Jan, 2016.

                            But when they refused to sending person as early, they ask to me call particular person as it for verification of gas stove. I had call the particular person but he also refusing the same and say don't call me again. Still he not come for the same. He is delaying the same and say it we have instructions that don't go on the time. Still we are waiting for him .These are like servicing to delaying tactics which is highly unfair and unlawful.

                            I understand that Bharat Gas is one of the finest company to deal with and they listen to the consumer complaint quick and fast.
                            I am in dire need of a new connection. My gas connection request id is 32963607.
                            Could you please intervene and get the gas conncetion by as early as possible.

                              Sai gas service, antophill, I have booked my gas on 5th Jan 2017, and when I have visited to the office for gas, Mrs sapna on counter told that they will send gas to resident, but it was urgent because of our family festival celebration, then I call on customer service no[protected], about the matter, then Mrs sapna reply me rudely and till now they have not send gas cylinder.so I humbly request you to consider this case seriously and please take action on the service provider.

                                Dear sir / madam,

                                This is reference to the above said subject, in last month i. E. 29th of december i have transferred the sum of rs.3000/- to my petro card, but the money was not yet credited to my account.
                                In spite of continues follow up with their team over toll free, in fact i did share the transaction id of the transaction, but they people failed to sort out the issue.
                                Ultimately it resulted lost of my rs.3000/-.

                                I would requesting you to involved and get the matter resolved as soon as possible.

                                  I am a bharat gas customer.
                                  I walked in multiple times to my distributor(hind electronics, shsikpet, hyderabad) for requesting additional cylinder.
                                  I was told to come back after 15 days every single time i walk in or make phone call.

                                  So for tracking i placed a online request through app and below are its details for your reference.

                                  Further to it, since its not working out, i raised below two complaints. They were closed with below comments.
                                  I have no where else to go and so i am trying to reach you here.
                                  by the way the tollfree number provided stopped working and couldnt contact you through it.

                                  Without additional cylinder, its very difficult to manage as the refill requests sometimes takes a week to get back. I have a baby and its difficult to manage with outside food for those days without cooking.

                                  1695768 [protected] I raised a request for cylinder by august and i havent got it. i visited the dealer multiple times and they didnt give it yet Suggestion from you: At present we are not releasing second cylinder. Distributor will be informing you as and when we will start releasing second cylinder. (No dates given. its happening again and again and only lame responses from distributor and even you guys are saying you dont have it)

                                  1617880 [protected] Mr. Pandian called and complained that he had applied additional cylinder through mobile application four month before but still customer not received anything regarding same . Please Kindly assist Please visit the gas agency for completing the formalities for release of second cylinder.( I walked in multiple times and no one is taking any request)

                                    I am a consumer of bharat gas of your unit at bodhgaya, domuhan branch(gaya), bihar .I am not satisfied with the service provided by this unit .Even after 15 days to the online booking of the cylinder, they are not providing the cylinder at my house. Even after visiting the branch they are not providing the cylinder (not once but 7 times in the span of 15 days, I HV visited the branch ).I think they are doing illegal supply or black marketing of the cylinder.                                       Dear Sir, my customer id is 29281958 and distributor code is 351879.Connection of BPCL from Shegaon City .I request you to deactivate Lpg Gas subsidy give up request which is by mistake. Please kindly sanction subsidy.I need subsidised Gas connection. Sir I felt that it asking for payment against booking.Please activate my subsidy on Gas connection. Please do the needful.
