Dear Sir, my customer id is 29281958 and distributor code is 351879.Connection of BPCL from Shegaon City .I request you to deactivate Lpg Gas subsidy give up request which is by mistake. Please kindly sanction subsidy.I need subsidised Gas connection. Sir I felt that it asking for payment against booking.Please activate my subsidy on Gas connection. Please do the needful....

I am ajaypal singh.. I am very annoyed by the service of the distributor.. I always book a cylinder.. And i receive it after 25 days that to after calling them million of times... I request you to pls rectify my problem as it is very difficult to manage...

My regulator is not working properly and when I inform to distributor PRIME GAS AGENCY DHAIYA ROAD, DHANBAD, JHARKHAND.He is not changing my regulator and troubling me from 15 days telling and that he will change but he is not doing it till today 29.12.16. And give me Rs250 for a new regulator, but he will not give the bill. he told before that he will change the regulator in Rs20.

I have taken a lpg gas connection from gurukrupa agency thangewadi kalyan east
For domestic use this connection was subsidised and requested for on line pay ment but he did not be agree and taken cash 8600 which is more than legal charges.
Pl. Take appropriate action against them.

On monday 20th of december around 7.30 am the undersigned visited bharat petroleum fuel station, ravi automobiles in dombivli to fill petrol.. After filling i gave my citi bank credit card & asked the filler to redeem my reward points.

I was denied for using this offer for reason not known. Please kindly inform the fuel station to let the customer redeem his reward points hereafter.

Today am going to erukancheri vyasarpadi bharat petroleum fuel station for filing the fuel one lady is there her name tamizharasi she is only handling me I paid 100 rs for filling the fuel to my two wheeler but within a minutes she put the petrol to my tank then stop for the pump but my tank was not filled for which amount I paid there and she is not at all give me the bill also at the same time she is handling very rudely there is no response...

This incident took place in kolkata, on 16th December 2016 at Camac street Bharat Petroleum pump.
At the Camac street petrol pump kolkata, after refuelling my tank with high speed diesel the bill came to 2, 700 INR which I decided to pay via my SBI-ATM cum Debit card. I swiped the card many times with two different EDC machines, And got deducted seven times.
Four transaction of the said amount has been reversed...

Sir, this is to inform you that today in selaiyur tambaram from padmavathy gas agency gas was supplied to us. one cylinder rate is Rs.595/- but the suppliers are asking Rs. 650/- otherwise they are hesitating to supply on time. to day he supplied to myself and my tenant he asked Rs. 110 extra, he is fighting for this extra amount.
