Today am going to erukancheri vyasarpadi bharat petroleum fuel station for filing the fuel one lady is there her name tamizharasi she is only handling me I paid 100 rs for filling the fuel to my two wheeler but within a minutes she put the petrol to my tank then stop for the pump but my tank was not filled for which amount I paid there and she is not at all give me the bill also at the same time she is handling very rudely there is no response for the customers my neighbours also facing same problem in this petrol bunk with the same lady am really very upset because of she is cheating me and my amount also I thought she is filling only 30 rs value of the petrol but I paid there 100 rs...and am heard one more problem also when am going there that time she is spoke with her colleague for she is did some mistakes for before customer which one came for filling the fuel in that customer paid only 150 rs but she put the fuel 200 rs for mistakenly but that customer refuse to pay that balance 50 rs in that time she is telling to her colleague wants to adjust that amount so I thought that's y she is not at all give me the right amount of petrol so kindly check with that petrol bunk and that lady also we believe you always that's what we come there but don't cheat us for like this...as well as kindly resolve my problem...teach ur staff for how to handle the customers...

    Dear sir
    This incident took place in kolkata, on 16th December 2016 at Camac street Bharat Petroleum pump.
    At the Camac street petrol pump kolkata, after refuelling my tank with high speed diesel the bill came to 2, 700 INR which I decided to pay via my SBI-ATM cum Debit card. I swiped the card many times with two different EDC machines, And got deducted seven times.
    Four transaction of the said amount has been reversed back to me at the same time.
    But two such transactions has not been reversed back or credited to my account.

    It may be my Banks fault but I need to provide supporting document to my bank for a succcesful reversal process.

    Today is 19 th of December 2016, and the BP petrol pump is not giving a reply of my mail stating that - the petrol pump didn't debit the amount of 2, 700 INR twice.

    Your intervention is duly needed to solve my problem as I have only few days left to provide sufficient documents for a successful reversal process.

    Please help!!

    Attached herewith is the bank passbook proof and one time transaction proof.

    But the petrol pump authority is not acknowledging the receipt and paying my money back nor providing proof of their innocence via mail.

    This is to inform you that the Petrol pump has taken the matter seriously and replied me back with sufficient proof.

    Now I would charge SBI - Kalikapur branch for reversal of the said amount

      Re. – complaint mahavir gas agency (Bharat gas)

      I have applied for new lpg gas connection and i am putting following things date wise:

      On 26.11.2016 - first time i visited mahavir gas agency for new lpg gas connection. It was 4:30 pm, they informed within 2 days i can get new connection but i need to come before 4 pm.
      28.11.2016 - i came back on next working day i. E. Monday, i took all necessary forms and within an hour i submitted all the duly filled forms along with other required documents i. E. Id proof & residence proof.
      They informed me that they would not accept any cheque or online payment but only case that to only in new currency. Anyhow in this cash crunch i managed the same since i have no alternate. They did not accept any amount they informed me once your connection will clear then only they will accept payment.
      They informed me that within 2 days i will get new connection. But now it’s the beginning when i informed them that i already have gas stove (Hot plate), they started being rude and ignorant.
      30.11.2016 - when i visit again after two days for inquiry why it has not been installed yet. They informed me that server is down. I have to wait. I was somehow managing through induction stove, they informed me that once i will received a message from bharat gas then only i have to come.
      03.12.2016 – i again visited that i have not received message till now, what should i do, this time the owner of mahavir gas agency informed me that server is down they cannot help it and i need to come on monday.
      05.12.2016 – finally i received a message from bharat gas, i again visited on the same day. Then they informed me that on second message i have to come, i have no option but to wait, it’s been already 10 days and i am a family person having a one year old child. So i took help from my colleague who was not in town for a month, i took his gas cylinder etc. To manage the same. Becuase till this time i realised my mistake that they are not going to provide lpg gas connection any soon without gas stove.
      10.12.2016 - now after 5 more days when i didn’t received the second message i visit again and to my surprise my application was auto cancelled. They informed me this is due to system problem now they are again applying and within 2 days i can come again.
      12.12.2016 – as per their instruction i again visited on monday they informed me that due to festival my application has not been yet processed please wait for 2 more days. When you will received message then come back again.
      14.12.2016 - i received the second message, i immediately rushed to them then they informed me that first inspection of hot plate is to be done by their investigator and only on his report i can get the new connection. They took rs. 200 for inspection (Please note refused to accept old currency note and no other mode of payment).
      15.12.2016 – their investigator came and inspect the gas stove (Hot plate) etc. And left.
      16.12.2016 - i again visit the agency office, they informed me that my report is negative my gas stove is fine but i have to surrender my previous connection.
      I informed them that it’s been more than 20 days, and i have to manage somehow so i took help from my colleague who was not in town for that period, moreover since, i have already declared that i have no connection on my name then why this harassment. And your investigator was to inspect hot plate/gas stove only not to search my kitchen. And since i have taken that cylinder from my colleague then how can i surrender it. They informed me to provide me his name, agency name, consumer name etc. This is like taking undue advantage. Rules are for our safety and not for harassment.
      I want to mention all this time they were being so rude and ignorant that one cannot stand by them but due to my urgent needs i was somehow keeping my cool since it was my need. But now i have lost my patience and writing this email to you.
      Please understand a family working person who is having a child of one year of age. They are harassing just to sell their stoves. Because if i take gas connection with stove then no inquiry/inspection and my connection shall be installed within a day. But since i was not taking gas stove they were simply harassing me. I have to visit almost 10 times, you can imagine the level of harassment. I have to take leave from my job again and again. My family and job both are suffering.
      They were like taking check of my patience, they refused to inform me name of owner his no etc., they said they do not have authority, i have recorded everything on my phone, i will upload it on youtube if my problem is not resolved.

      • when they are making me to visit more than 10 times for a connection.
      • when staff is not ready to give details not talking on phone.
      • when no option of payment other than new currency that too before 15.12.2016.
      • when i have to take this much leave from my office.
      • when people were sent back because a owner is on leave.
      • when all documentation and payment not cleared/received in one stage but to harassing the common people.
      • when there was no senior/owner in the agency for query resolution and no one having any idea where they have gone.
      • when they are not ready to give complaint no./ owner name/staff name/ senior complaint authority no. Etc.
      • when agency harassing common people just to sell their hot plate. They are taking undue advantage and forcing us to buy gas stoves.
      • when they have no interest in customer service.
      • when we requesting the staff for assisting with respect to all rules and regulations of but they are shouting and telling their stupid rules. They are laughing on me when we are saying that we shall make a compliant for this as they are very much confident that their seniors are also not interested in customer service.
      • when they are confident enough that nothing can be done irrespective of the pathetic services, rude language and callous attitude.


      I am aware with the complaint redressal hierarchy and how we can make people listen. So, personally don't want to go to that level and agitate this matter further, only thing is that they should understand the compliance with conscience.

        Today[protected], i received lpg gas cylinder from bharat gas. And it's price is rs.624 per unit, i want to know is the reasonable amount what i had paid for it. Also want to is this under subsidy or does it crossed subsidised no of cylinders.

          My Self Omendra kumar have been living in faridabad and Having connection[protected]of Bharat gas from Neelam Enterprise in Sanjay Coloney, sec 23. I have been facing problem of delivery of LPG cylinder from Distributor. He delivered Cylinder after long follow up without Slip and without weight. I requested to improve service with Manangement of Distributer but no one has responded.Now My family has suffered one day due non availability of LPG gas.

          Kindly help me.

            My gas agency gaya gas is very slow to service, its deliver one refile to one month, but agency s one month is 40 to 50 days in a month .i complain to time for reminder, but both company and agency is deaf ot it.my complain no is 1625658, 1614349.

This gas agency is related to Bharat Gas. At paper submitting time gas agency provide me 2 Nos of filled cylinders with regulator & hose pipe .
                  So, I request please do the positively.

                    Sir, this is to inform you that today in selaiyur tambaram from padmavathy gas agency gas was supplied to us. one cylinder rate is Rs.595/- but the suppliers are asking Rs. 650/- otherwise they are hesitating to supply on time. to day he supplied to myself and my tenant he asked Rs. 110 extra, he is fighting for this extra amount. Rs. 5 5extra chanrge/cylinder we are paying every time. why should we pay this extra amount, you are giving salary to supply. every time we are shouting but without extra amt he is not willing to pay. we request you to kindly take necessary action to punish them to avoid this kind of currption.

                            I had taken 2 commercial cylinders in the year 2011 in delhi. Since recently i have shifted to a house where there is facility of gas pipeline. I have been trying to return the cylinders and take back my security deposit but have met a tough resistance. Kindly ensure that bharat gas agency in patparganj, laxmi nagar, new delhi - 110092, is contacted and made to take the cylinders and return my security deposit. I hope you understand and appreciate the perils of keeping cylinders unattended.

                              I wanted to make online payment of my gas cylinder however distributor has not registered for online payment option. When I click on pay online it gives messages that "Online payment system is not available for this distributor". This is causing inconvenience to customers as due to demonetization there is problem of lower currency notes. PM is encouraging for digitalization and such distributors are not following great leaders initiatives. Hope immediate action will be taken on this.

                                I made a fool of myself by making payment for refill as early as 11 October 16 and not getting supply till today.

                                A number of COMPLAINTS MADE THROUGH TOLL FREE NUMBER as well those complaints registered online have been disposed of by giving a false remark that consumer has been contacted and the dealer has been directed to supply the refill. Nobody has contacted me regarding the glaring case of none supply of refill when advance payment was made online through net banking while placing the order for refill.

                                This shows the dare devilry of the dealer. It also shows the icy indifference of the sales officer/marketing officer of BPCL under whose jurisdiction my dealer lies. When this could happen to me the condition of the average consumer can be well imagined.

                                Will concerned the top brasses of petroleum ministry to come to my rescue. My dealer is Shiv Shakti Agency located at bairgania in Sitamarhi district of Bihar. U K SINGH

                                With reference to my complaint no 1616530 of 26.11.2016 it is informed that one person called me from mobile no .[protected] disclosing his identity as an official of BPCL. He told me that my payment made on 11. October 16 online was put on hold and advised me get the amount credited back and make a fresh request for refill.

                                I failed to understand the rationale behind such a suggestion. Why cant refill be supplied against payment made on 11 October 16 itself. Is it a ploy to wipe out the trace of inordinate delay in supply of refill. were the previous remarks that dealer was directed to supply [against complaint no 1551590 dated[protected], 1557034 dated[protected], 1572395 dated 06 Nov 16 and 1613280dated 25 Nov 16] a total farce.

                                Do BPCL officials try to help out the dealers themselves in lieu of investigating none supply of refill and taking action as prescribed in law for their omissions commissions.It appears I am suffering because I didnt pay tip 2 the delivery boy on 1st delivery.

                                My dealer has made a mockery of govt''s commitment to promote e-governance to render interface to the minimum and encourage cashless transaction especially in view of scarcity of cash in the wake of demonetisation.

                                His brazen act : I made online payment in advance on 11 October 2016 and went on filing numerous complaints for the non-supply of LPG refill but the same is yet to be delivered.

                                Texts of all my complaints and action taken by BPCL officials is enclosed. The same compendium provides a clear reflection of poor control of BPCL officials who cannot get their dictates implemented by the dealer even in respect of a prepaid supply order made 47 days ago.

Customer had booked the cylinder Online on 11 Oct 2016 and the booking No. is 54046. The delivery of the cylinder is still not done. Request you to arrange for the delivery of the cylinder at the earliest. Customer has also filed a complaint earlier and the complaint No. is 1572395.

                                On 1st December 16 the agency delivered the refill at 1.30 PM . The BPCL site was under maintenance from 30.11.16 to mid day of 1st December 16. When it was ok during mid day, I logged in. To my horror, I found that the dealer had already shown it having been delivered to me one day before itself. i.e on 30.11.2016. So shocking ! Will BPCL enquire into (1) reasons of supply of refill after total 50 days when order was prepaid through net banking.(2) how could the delivery be shown on 30 nov 2016 when actually it was delivered on 01.12.16..

                                Can BPCL officials pat themselves on the ground that they got the needful done ? This could happen only after highlighting it on facebook n twitter a/c apart from six smartline complaints as well as thru log in including posting on consumer complaints site

                                  I would like to file a complaint against BPCL Manager Mr. Satyan Nayar. It was about his misbehavior with me on 21st Nov. and he had also threatened me. I request you to confiscate the CCTV Recording of Mr. Nayar's cabin of the date 21 Nov. between 3 pm and 4 pm. The recording can be used as a proof for the misconduct and it shall help for the further legal proceedings.
                                  I have not received any reply from other people whom I had written. I am worried if no action is taken, the CCTV Recording will be lost. The longer we delay the CC TV recording capture, the chances of not recovering the required video are higher. So I request you to take appropriate action as soon as possible.
                                  As a good citizen and believer of Better India, I request you to Inquire the conduct of Mr. Satyan Nayar and do the justice. justice not served in time is justice denied.

                                    I am a customer of bharatgas from west bengal, district - nadia. Distributor - mitra distributors. Each time i have a delivery of gas cylinder, the delivery man demands for extra delivery charges and if he is refused he uses abusive language and behaves rudely. I have already brought this issue in the view of the distributor, but they can't solve the problem

                                      I am stalin joseph from tirunelveli, tamilnadu. My bharat gas consumer number is 70889642. By mistake i am wrongly clicked give up subsidy january 2016. I am not getting any subsidy then. I kindly request you
                                      To deactivate give up subsidy. I want to avail subsidy cylinders. So this is humble request to you please deactivate from out of subsidy. I given request letter also to the distributor but they told there is no option to change. Pls inform further what can i do to cancel the give up subsidy.                                         I am yet to receive the lpg cylinder. Please let me know when can i get it. I am a bed ridden patient and it is not possible for me to come to office.

                                        I have been calling up the distributor for some time but it has not helped either ways since most of the time the call is not received or seems to be engaged.

                                        Looking for your kind cooperation in this regard.
