I am jacob kurian c, con. No.1800 of kirthi gas agency, kottayam, kerala. I had booked for the cooking gas and the same was billed on 14.09.2016 and i got the subsidy credited to my bank account. But as on today ie.30.09.2016, i didn't get my refilled gas cylinder from the agency. Everyday when i make a phone call they are saying that you will get it tomorrow just like for the past ten days. What should i do? Is there any measures to prevent this type of malpractice where so many others also facing the same problem. Kindly do the needful.

    I'm living in the Angamaly region in Ernakulam district, Kerala.our agency is Seena Gas agency. From a long time back, the delivery man is collecting around Rs.20/- more than the bill amount in which already included the delivery charges Rs.25.
    Also the behavior of these people is very rude. They will not give the bill, unless asked him two times . no use in complaining at agency also.

      Sir i am having account in bank of india where my aadhar is already being added but it is showing that it has not been added in status. My aadhar no is[protected]. Please check it out with the problem. Since i am bank employee by profession so i know it very well that my aadhar is already linked. Kindly do the needfull as early as possible and return my subsudy amount back in my account no [protected] in name of mrs basanti verma.

        Worst service ever. I transferred my connection from Hyderabad to Kolkata. When I documents work done. They force to purchase gas pipe which is no need for us. Then they told we'll deliver the cylinders as early as possible. After 10 days they gave 1st cylinder to us. Still date 2nd cylinder not deliver. When I call them they didn't pick up my phone. But I didn't face this kind of problem in Bangalore and Hyderabad. Very quick service and also very easy to communicate, support is always very easy. JAGADAMBA GAS SERVICE worst bharat gas distributor ever.

          I got my Bharat gas transferred from chennai to Bombay Anita gas agency in firer on 20sep 2016. I was promised gas on 21st sept.waited the whole day but now body turned up. I had to go to Sisir my brother whomped sick on 2nd and I returned back yesterday and I contacted the agency and was promised gas by evening 5.00 pm or else by 10.00am today till now no gas. Called the agency the staff is very rude and disconnected the phone..her name is yojna.
          Can u pl look into this and peovi me a solution.else I have to cancel your service and go for indane or hp

          This delivery boy never delivered my cylinder at home. And always talk rudely and never weight the cylinder at the time of delivery.

          Please suggest whether I continue my relationship with bharat gas or not.

            On 27-sep morning at 9 am, i went to the bpcl pump, ambakudi fuels, muppathadam, edayar, aluva, kerala for fueling my car and i could see the pump premises under maintenance and only narrow way to enter the pump. I couldn't see any staff guiding at entrance or to remove concrete broken slabs from the way. My car got hit on a stone while entering the pump & when i asked the staffs to ensure the path to be clean before they start fueling to any vehicle they started shouting at me & insulted in front of my family, since no one was wearing the name plate i am not able to write the same. I approached the pump manager and he in spite helping, insulted me along with other staffs. Request the concerned authorities to check the matter & ensure either the pump is completely closed for maintenance or adequate space is provided to enter the pump and staff to guide so that the cars or big vehicles not getting any damages. Also need a compensation for my car damage.. Expecting an early revert from the concerned.. Ramesh pb mob - [protected]

              End number of time I have complained against my local Gas agency but never ever get action report as what type of action has been taken against Gas agency, Despite of having concrete proof, Its seems that BPCL too indulge in it.

              This is something serious concern as it is the matter of Corruption...

                My name is broja mohan thakur, my lpg is with bharat gas, my pan & adhaar nos are metioned in my profile, my lpg id 1 [protected]. on 21.08.2016, i recd my gas dgcc no 3751960, till now not recd my subsidy in my bank a/c, for my previous gas which recd on 01.02.2016, cash memo no 185679, that susidy i recd in my bank a/c on 06.02.2016, i used get my subsidy in my bank a/c.
                I had gone to my distributor, who said i am a hni, i am 62 yrs old, retired about 4 yrs back, now live with my fd interest, my pan is with you you can check my annual income.
                I just checked your site found that i had opted out of subsidy, this is not true, even your system shows same, then may be by mistake i had pressed that button, pse belive me, quite old man done without knowing. i found your site customer console has “give up susidy “, there is no button to get it back, india is very large, so many people, i had seen in net that few lakhs people has done this.
                So pse give back my susidy, to this old retired man

                  I filled petrol for my 2 wheeler in card for Rs. 200 in BPCL, Mogappair West on 22-Sep-16 by around 8:45 AM. After filling air, the respective person demanded for tips since I didn't give he was talking rubbish and stated go... go... without any respect. Either they should have specified the amount for air filling or the respective free board should not be kept. Once when I gave Rs. 10 since the respective person demanded, he returned me the change Rs.
                  4. Air filling in that respective petrol bunk is a problem. Opposite to Megamart, Ibacco, Murugan Stores, Ooty Vegetables

                      Dear Sir, I have consumer number 52100227 with Arihant Gas Agency Sholapur Bazar Pune 411001.
                      My complaints are:
                      1. I suddenly got an SMS that a subsidy amount of Rs 31.48 has been transferred to my bank account via cash memo 157144 dated 16/Sept/2016. I have never made a request for a cylinder. Obviously my gas number has been misused.
                      2. I have tried several times to give up the subsidy. However after spending one hour filling up the form we are supposed to get a one time password on both our e-mail and mobile. These one time passwords do not arrive - so the process cannot be completed. Why do you provide such a cumbersome procedure? Do you not want people to give up their subsidy's? Why do you require any more info then the details of their account and a declaration that they are willing to give up their subsidy???!!!

                        I'm customer of Deep Ganga Bharat Gas Agency Gogri Jamalpur, khagaria- 851203 from last 13 years. Consumer no.- 1758
                        Now due to some reason I shifted to Begusarai. So I wanted to transfer my gas connection from jamalpur to Begusarai.
                        I visited to jamalpur office and submitted the required documents and both the gas cylinders with the regulator on 01/08/2016.
                        Since then within 45 days I visited to jamalpur from Begusarai 5-6 times but they told come on other day today madam is not here. I don't know who is madam and what the essential job she have other than this.
                        They didn't attend my phone call also.
                        As an old woman I can't visit there so much time and without gas cylinder how can we survive so many days.
                        So please grant this complaint and take necessary action as soon as possible.

                                This is my previous icici bank a/c:[protected] linked to consumer no: 68015859, lpg id: 1 [protected] at madhav gas service, but now it was closed. find acknowledgement slip for reference attached to this email.
                                Recently updated my aadhar number in idbi bank a/c: [protected], on 4th of september. find screen shot attached that i received as a confirmation sms from my bank, but under my ebharatgas account details are not updated. find sceen shot attached for reference.
                                Kindly, update the same.

                                  my lpg consumer number is 211117.
                                  i have not received lpg subsidy on latest delivery of 13.07.2016. on enquiry with local distributor i was told my income is above limit.
                                  sir, my income is rs3.72 lacs for financial year 2015-16 and i am retired one.
                                  i have submitted zerox copy of tax return copy to local distributor with request to release my subsidy.
                                  sir, till date i have not received my subsidy.

                                    Resolution: gas leakage problem should get resolved with no extra charges.

                                    I had received a call from bharat gas for gas service, so accordingly i had opted for it and get the gas serviced on 23rd aug'16.

                                    Where two replacement of parts has been done and charged rs. 180 each (Rs. 360) + service charges rs. 150 = rs. 510 paid.

                                    After few day of service we observed for gas leakage problem, so accordingly we had informed at agency
                                    Shiv shakti gas service - g/9/10, himali tower, opp. Kenyug appartment, shyamal cross road, satellite, ahmedabad - 15.

                                    But they asked us to pay service charge rs. 150 and whatever replacement required have to pay for it.

                                    Why should we pay the amount as it has not been 1 month 15 days and the problem occur after service done on 23rd aug'16.

                                    I had also sent an email on mention below email id, but i didn't got any revert from there end.

                                      Dear sir i am complaining about black marketing of bharat gas domestic cylinder.here in my city gas is not providing home delivery.they said that "lena hai to aakr lena hoga nhi to black me bech denge".
                                      If the company is not able to give home delivery service then they should not give a connection to ladies.
                                      This is the worst situation to housewifes to take gas they should stand in queue for 3 days.
                                      Shame on you all.

                                        I lossed my petrol card. So again through application form i applied from the bharath petrol bunk in udayagiri, mysore, karnataka. I applied before 30 days back. But till now i didnt get the card. The petrol bunk persons told that to you lodge the complaint on line. So i am lodging the complaint. The concerned persons are saying it will take time like that or you better you lodge online. So please issue my petro card as early as possible. My details given below.
