Our consumer number is 6142. We booked a refill cylinder on 20th September 2016. Our distributor is Balaram distributor. Today is 21st October 2016. Still we have not received the refilled cylinder. Usually whenever we are calling the distributor, they are not answering the phone calls. It is very rare we are getting them over phone. After so many attempt we got them over phone on 15th october and they assured that the delivery would be done by 19th October which is yet to be done. Pls help us

      Cash memo no.62559 dtd 31/8/2016 of Bharat Gas LPG Cylinder supplied by M/ s Vishnu Jyoti Gas Service Ghaziabad. My consumer no.is 13580 and my address is B266/S3, 2nd Floor, Ramprasth, Ghaziabad 201011. My mobile number is [protected]. The supplied LPG Cylinder when pressed into service today (16/10/2016) was found to contain excessive water resulting into breaking of flame at the stove burner thus the unburnt gas escaped in the kitchen. To prevent incident of fire the gas was immediately switched off and cylinder was removed and kept aside. My consumer no.is 13580. When tried to contact emergency contact no of Bharat Patroleum they were not working. I now want my LPG Cylinder to be replaced immediately. Sunil Kumar Sabharwal

        I consume bharat gas for last 2year & my consumer no is 66497471. Our gas dustributor's name m/s. Agnisikha gas distributor. It is situated at baduria, north 24 pgs in the state of west bengal. I complaint for irregular delivery. I attached a typed complain letter. It will be greatful to me if you please look after it and take necessary action as far as possible.

            Fuel station- Shreshtha CA site no 2, kalyan nagar hrbr 560043.
            They have been cheating customers by fooling customers of topping up as requested. I have been twice a victim.

            Asked to top up fuel for rs 500 they top it up for 100 rs and stop. When said I asked for 500 rs top up they just top up till 400 rs without resetting the fuel meter to zero and say earlier 100 rs now 400 rs so 500 rs. They done this twice with me and I want to stop this fraudulent practice. This cannot be tolerated. If this is the case why would anyone want to use BP petrol bunks again ?. Looking forward to find a resolve and actions taken against these people.

              Sir one of your petroleum dealer mahendra fuelpoint is located at bawadia kalan, near rohit nagar-phase i, bhopal, madhya pradesh. The service provided with regard to customer vehicle air filling in tyres are extremely bad. Because today i. E 12th october, 2016 when the i had gone to fill air for my two wheeler i have been told by the person managing the air filling service that he will fillup air in the vehicle only for two or three vehicles as he has to go have his breakfast. When i told that if that is the case, let the petrol pump people may do the alternate arrangement, which they were unable to do. It is most irritating to note that the bpcl petrol pump - mahendra fuel point uses only one air filling unit for vehicles which is causing the bpcl customers at lot of trouble. Last but not the least, polite behaviour of the staff members to the customers is amply required.

                  These petrol pump guys are a bunch of frauds and cheats. Here is my experience:
                  1. I asked that petrol worth 120 Rs be filled in my vehicle.
                  2. Gave Rs 200 to the employee.
                  3. He shows me the 0 reading on the meter.
                  4. Starts asking irrelevant questions and quickly enters Rs 50 on the meter.

                  Luckily i was able to notice and quickly raised an alarm.
                  This practice has been prevalent for over 6 yrs that i am staying in Baner.
                  There are numerous similar complaints and it is SHOCKING that nothing is being done about it.

                      I have bharat gas cylinder. I resides at ambegaon, katraj pune. I have a connection with Rajaram gas agency, Katraj Pune. Yesterday my cylinder is delivered but the delivery boy demanded 520 Rs. instead of actual cylinder price is Rs 505. Many times i asked him for a slip, but he didn't want to give, Such type of incidents i faced many times in past, the delivery boys every time demanded 15 to 20 rupees more than actual price of cylinder & they always don't want to show slip. These types of problems I suffer with Rajaram gas agency katraj Pune. Previously i have a connection with pushpum agency pune but i never faced such problem. I want to book complain against Rajaram gas agency, katraj Pune

                        Starting 23.07.2015 we have purchased about 9 cylinders but 1st subsidy credited on 26.07.2016 = rs.123.88 and second on 23.09.2016 = rs 48.31 only.

                        All the documents were given on day one to agency. Reminders and re submitting documents were done thrice.

                        There's no problem with aadhar linking. This new connection was released upon surrendering our old hp gas connection. No subsidy recd.in that a/c also.

                        Kindly do the needful.

I have registered order for cylinder through mobile on 10th April 2017 but till today cylinder is not delivered. This happens every month. I have complaint orally to the distributor point but they are not taking any steps. Today I have also complaint on National Consumer Forum (docket no. - 264803). So I request you to take proper measures to resolve the issue.

                              Hi, i have just taken a new connection from dev mogra gas service - mira road (Thane), they are forcing to take gas stove costing to rs.2500/- for new connection. This stove doesn't worth to be 2500/-, the bill do not have any mvat / c. S. T no, they are not accepting cheque payment.

                              When i ask for proper bill they refuse to provide and told me if you want to take take it otherwise we are not interested to provide you - unfortunately i had to take due to my emergency need. How this can be control?

                                I filled a KYC IN BPCL on 1st sept 2016 for release of new LPG connection.BPCL gave release order on 6th sept 2016.i went to gas distrIbuter with all my documents and money but they are not releasing my connection from that day onwards..my KYC is also being cancelled i am facing haressment...kindly help...i tried to contact customer care but they are also taking it lightly...my request id is 28016471.

                                  I am jacob kurian c, con. No.1800 of kirthi gas agency, kottayam, kerala. I had booked for the cooking gas and the same was billed on 14.09.2016 and i got the subsidy credited to my bank account. But as on today ie.30.09.2016, i didn't get my refilled gas cylinder from the agency. Everyday when i make a phone call they are saying that you will get it tomorrow just like for the past ten days. What should i do? Is there any measures to prevent this type of malpractice where so many others also facing the same problem. Kindly do the needful.

                                    I'm living in the Angamaly region in Ernakulam district, Kerala.our agency is Seena Gas agency. From a long time back, the delivery man is collecting around Rs.20/- more than the bill amount in which already included the delivery charges Rs.25.
                                    Also the behavior of these people is very rude. They will not give the bill, unless asked him two times . no use in complaining at agency also.

                                        Worst service ever. I transferred my connection from Hyderabad to Kolkata. When I documents work done. They force to purchase gas pipe which is no need for us. Then they told we'll deliver the cylinders as early as possible. After 10 days they gave 1st cylinder to us. Still date 2nd cylinder not deliver. When I call them they didn't pick up my phone. But I didn't face this kind of problem in Bangalore and Hyderabad. Very quick service and also very easy to communicate, support is always very easy. JAGADAMBA GAS SERVICE worst bharat gas distributor ever.
