I wanted to make online payment of my gas cylinder however distributor has not registered for online payment option. When I click on pay online it gives messages that "Online payment system is not available for this distributor". This is causing inconvenience to customers as due to demonetization there is problem of lower currency notes. PM is encouraging for digitalization and such distributors are not following great leaders initiatives. Hope immediate action will be taken on this.

    I made a fool of myself by making payment for refill as early as 11 October 16 and not getting supply till today.

    A number of COMPLAINTS MADE THROUGH TOLL FREE NUMBER as well those complaints registered online have been disposed of by giving a false remark that consumer has been contacted and the dealer has been directed to supply the refill. Nobody has contacted me regarding the glaring case of none supply of refill when advance payment was made online through net banking while placing the order for refill.

    This shows the dare devilry of the dealer. It also shows the icy indifference of the sales officer/marketing officer of BPCL under whose jurisdiction my dealer lies. When this could happen to me the condition of the average consumer can be well imagined.

    Will concerned the top brasses of petroleum ministry to come to my rescue. My dealer is Shiv Shakti Agency located at bairgania in Sitamarhi district of Bihar. U K SINGH

    With reference to my complaint no 1616530 of 26.11.2016 it is informed that one person called me from mobile no .[protected] disclosing his identity as an official of BPCL. He told me that my payment made on 11. October 16 online was put on hold and advised me get the amount credited back and make a fresh request for refill.

    I failed to understand the rationale behind such a suggestion. Why cant refill be supplied against payment made on 11 October 16 itself. Is it a ploy to wipe out the trace of inordinate delay in supply of refill. were the previous remarks that dealer was directed to supply [against complaint no 1551590 dated[protected], 1557034 dated[protected], 1572395 dated 06 Nov 16 and 1613280dated 25 Nov 16] a total farce.

    Do BPCL officials try to help out the dealers themselves in lieu of investigating none supply of refill and taking action as prescribed in law for their omissions commissions.It appears I am suffering because I didnt pay tip 2 the delivery boy on 1st delivery.

    My dealer has made a mockery of govt''s commitment to promote e-governance to render interface to the minimum and encourage cashless transaction especially in view of scarcity of cash in the wake of demonetisation.

    His brazen act : I made online payment in advance on 11 October 2016 and went on filing numerous complaints for the non-supply of LPG refill but the same is yet to be delivered.

    Texts of all my complaints and action taken by BPCL officials is enclosed. The same compendium provides a clear reflection of poor control of BPCL officials who cannot get their dictates implemented by the dealer even in respect of a prepaid supply order made 47 days ago.

The delivery of the cylinder is still not done. Request you to arrange for the delivery of the cylinder at the earliest. Customer has also filed a complaint earlier and the complaint No. is 1572395.

    Second Complaint : 1557034 [protected] Mr. Umesh called for delay in refill supply. Customer had booked the cylinder Online on 11 Oct 2016 and the booking No. is 54046. The delivery of the cylinder is still not done. Request you to arrange for the delivery of the cylinder at the earliest. Customer has also filed a complaint earlier and the complaint No. is 1551590.

    On 1st December 16 the agency delivered the refill at 1.30 PM . The BPCL site was under maintenance from 30.11.16 to mid day of 1st December 16. When it was ok during mid day, I logged in. To my horror, I found that the dealer had already shown it having been delivered to me one day before itself. i.e on 30.11.2016. So shocking ! Will BPCL enquire into (1) reasons of supply of refill after total 50 days when order was prepaid through net banking.(2) how could the delivery be shown on 30 nov 2016 when actually it was delivered on 01.12.16..

    Can BPCL officials pat themselves on the ground that they got the needful done ? This could happen only after highlighting it on facebook n twitter a/c apart from six smartline complaints as well as thru log in including posting on consumer complaints site

      I would like to file a complaint against BPCL Manager Mr. Satyan Nayar. It was about his misbehavior with me on 21st Nov. and he had also threatened me. I request you to confiscate the CCTV Recording of Mr. Nayar's cabin of the date 21 Nov. between 3 pm and 4 pm. The recording can be used as a proof for the misconduct and it shall help for the further legal proceedings.
      I have not received any reply from other people whom I had written. I am worried if no action is taken, the CCTV Recording will be lost. The longer we delay the CC TV recording capture, the chances of not recovering the required video are higher. So I request you to take appropriate action as soon as possible.
      As a good citizen and believer of Better India, I request you to Inquire the conduct of Mr. Satyan Nayar and do the justice. justice not served in time is justice denied.

        I am a customer of bharatgas from west bengal, district - nadia. Distributor - mitra distributors. Each time i have a delivery of gas cylinder, the delivery man demands for extra delivery charges and if he is refused he uses abusive language and behaves rudely. I have already brought this issue in the view of the distributor, but they can't solve the problem

            I have been calling up the distributor for some time but it has not helped either ways since most of the time the call is not received or seems to be engaged.

              I have made booking on 16/11/16 thru booking reference no.114674. My BPCL distributor Venkateshwara Agencies at Anna Nagar, Chennai-40. Today, I have received a sms stating "orde cancelled due to customer not available". This message is completely wrong as we the delivery boy did not made attempts to deliver the gas nor no message/phone call from Venkateshwara Agencies - who is our gas distributor.

              Kindly look in to the same.

                We have booked hlrdc bhart gas lpg before 10 days after that he was delivered the lpg us on 21st nov 2016 at many calls. He was delivered the gas in the eve around 4:45 that time only my father has present at home who has left side paralyzied patient. That time ramphal enter the drawing room they received 900 rs. From my father and said that this currency notes was 10 rs. Instead if 100 rs. After that we will call him many times his no was continuously switched off.                   Today i went to your gas distributor in rohtak divya gas agency labour chowk near old i. T. I. I given him rs 516 for gas but he donot accept rs 500 note. Even our prime minister says all gas agency and petrole pums accept rs 500 notes than why he not accept. He do misbehave mostly consumer. Please lookinto this matter and take nessary action for it

                    I have sent sms for booking gas 6 times on different days. By sending messages to 52725 for sms booking gas. I received the acknowledgement as your request will be processed and informed. Immediately after receiving this message, gas company sent a notification message as server busy. But the request is not processed till today. They are not picking the telephone also. I kindly request you to resolve this isssue. As we have only one cylinder it is very difficult for us. I came to that they are selling the gas for higher prices for other people

                      Dear sir/madam, this is to bring into your kind notice that i am not getting my refill cylinder on time. Once i place the refill request, i get it delivered after one month, due to which i am facing major issue. I have to raise complaint for that, otherwise i do not get my refill cylinder. Last time i received an sms alert that my lpg has been delivered, but actually it was not delivered that time, i raised a complaint and after that i received the refill cylinder. This time also i booked the gas on 5th of november, but till date it is not delivered. It is really very inconvenient for me to do regular follow up and to raise complaints to get the service done. Request you to look into it and provide a solution to this issue.

                        Today i received refill cylinder to my house but delivery man is not giving gas memo and took the cash rs.620. This is not first time, its happening third time. This (Adharvaah bharatgas gramin vitrak) cheating customers very very much because they booked refill cylinder to my consumer account on 26.09.2016 and delivered 03.10.2016 another person to block please take immediate action. Please i want to change my distributor.

                        Radha gas agency dist code 110900 is refusing to accept old notes after demonetisation.this amounts to harassment of the consumer by public utility companies despite government's directive till Nov 14. My consumer number is 46027095.I speak for all other customers who have been subjected to such harrassment
                        Gas is not delivered after 1 month of booking . Even after complaining no body taking care of deliver.

                          My Lpg consumer no in Bharat gas is 75022204 .Earlier i am revieving subsidy in allabahad bank but know I am not receiving subsidy.so I contact my distributor he told me that someone open some account on my adhaar in shivalik merchantali bank which is know linked to my lpg account. I want subsidy in my Allahabad bank account and unattach aadhar from shivalik merchantile because its not my account.

                            October delivered a sealed empty cylinder and in Nov booking delivered my cylinder to someone else. On query gives a vague answer of machine not functional because of demonitization issue where the company confirmed the delivery on 8 the Nov To cover up they send a cylinder on 12 the Nov16 without a receipt, which we returned .

                            Plz take necessary action against them ASAP as they have done this with many e. g cons. no. 73643116.

                            Let me how to go about it.

                              I had filled up petrol from bharat petroleum n m shamsuddin and sons, munjmahuda, vadodara today (november 11, 2016) at 12.28 pm. i opened the cap of the petrol tank and asked the guy to fill up for rs. 200 but before i could finish saying 200, the meter read 80 (in amount field). i told the guy that i could not ensure 0 before delivery as he did not give me enough time and he started arguing that when the meter will show rs. 200 i would know that he had filled up. this is the second time with bharat petroleum. earlier the one near genda circle had cheated me. one of the guys opened the petrol cap for me and told me that the cap was loose and that i should be careful. while he was busy talking with me the other one already started filling in petrol and i could not ensure 0. this is how they cheat. can somebody advise as to how to catch these fraudsters with proof? i don’t want to become a fool at their hands again.

                                  Today morning went to petrol bunk to fill petrol for my two wheeler and tank capacity is 2.5 litres .I saw a sticker that 500 and 1000 no change available /kindly fill petrol for round 500/1000 for two wheeler.i asked to petrol girl she said no change available from night.where the Rs100, 50, 10, and change money gone ? .two day bank closed.i have only one five hundred rupees .no change available anywhere .RBI pls keep Rs 100, 50, 10 and change vending machine at all petrol bunk and hotspot for daily purchase usage of food, transport and living expenses .

                                    Advaitha petrol pump cheaters
                                    I filled petrol for 300 and told to add additional for 30 and later I told to add additional for 30 rs...but the guy told he added for 70 and now tank is full when I told that to add for 30, he told that I asked him to put for full tank then manager came told no one can cheat and manager started supporting his worker, actually Honda Dio capacity is only 5.3 litres but as per their justification they have added 5.6 litres...cheating with Bharat petroleum whom to complain...God save us

                                      Since 5years i have a bharat gas connection from becs gas agency rajarajeshwari nagar.
                                      Every month they are charging extra apart from mrp on the bill like extra 50, 60, 70..

                                      We have house in ground floor still they are charging 50rs for every delivery, if we ask anything they will say gas price increased and they don't listen to it they will ignore us run away from here and i tried to call rr nagar gas agency they don't respond to the call some times if we try 15 times we will get the connected they will say your wish to give a tips to them 10 to 20rs.

                                      Please let us know the delivery charges and what is mrp of cylinders otherwise i will go for consumer court to claim this.
