Shree ajay enterprises kothrud, pune, maharashtra, staff is arrogant, not helpful. Missing gas delivery cancelled automatically. From 4 days i m not able to cook in home bcoz cylinder not delivered. Also whn i called by phone to chk the status of gas booking they demanded consumer no only. Why in such advanced technical world without consumer no there is not any alternative. Last time too i suffered.
Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Called multiple times on this number but no one is picking up the call, i heard a repeated voice message.
No one is willing to pick it up and you say it as 24/7.

    My connection no. Is bg.20116, and i have booked my gas on 21/8/2016 vide booking number[protected]. Till date i have not received any gas at my residence and according to the agency (Varun gas agency, khan pur of bharat gas) they have supplied the gas to me. All the time we suffer these kind of late supply by the agency.

    A needful action may please be taken.

    Refer to my Complaint No.1387634 dated 22/07/2016 against the petrol pump at Mount road, Chennai that I have been charged Rs. 30 for filling nitrogen air in my four wheeler. Even today I have faced the same issue. Request a standard resolution.
    Called multiple times on this number but no one is picking up the call, i heard a repeated voice message.
    No one is willing to pick it up and you say it as 24/7.

      Consumer no is 29591700 at pratiba bharat gas company in mvp colony, visakhapatnam. I have not taken any cylinders for the past two years as i was away in odisha on deputation. On 18.7.16, i gave a request to unblock my account and transfer it as i have changed my residence. I enquired there subsequently but was told that there has been no response from the ho in mumbai so far. How much longer will i have to suffer like this? B. Jaya lakshmi

        I filled fuel on 25/8/2016, by 6pm at bharath petroleum bunk : harish agency, bandikavanoor, periyapalayam high road, thiruninravur, tamil nadu 602024, india fo rs 60.
        The fuel meter showed 1.02 points for the rs i filled the tank. But the my fuel indicator dos not raise for the quantity i filled in. When i reached the worker regarding the issue, "he simply said complaint to the agency or complaint to bpcl, and he also said whatever the meter runs will be the amount of petrol filled in"

        Is this the fate of a consumer to go with the cheating action of third rate worker in india??

        My neighbour too experienced the same from the same fuel station while he was filling diesel for his vehicle. He was cheated for not filling of about 5 litres.

          My car was in a big mess due to impurity in the fuel which I have filled in the Pondicherry bunk - RANJITH AGENCIES, 100-Feet Road, Lawspet, Pondichery-605008. Contact :[protected], 2903784.

          Regarding this I have raised a case with BPCL, intern I received call from a BPCL manager ([protected]), who doesn't react to the concern properly, hence requesting to help me to take action on this.

          NOTE : Since I cannot afford to spend so much money to replace the NOZZLE(Device which got defect) from Ford authorized service center, I had to approach a local mechanic to get me car repaired by spending around Rs12000/-.

            Sir i m anil arora i have bharat gas connection consumer no 3253. I want to transfer gas connection on in my name as my father has mental problem and they have no adhar resulting gas subsidy stopped. I contacted with prem gas agency owner and he informed that transfer cost will rs. 2638/. While i enquired on customer care they intimated cost only 75. Pl do the needful.                 Transfer process is vary painful. Old agency aditya gas agency has given one transfer form. And now when i reach to new agency anusaya gas agency wants two form lady has given reason is that you have 1st connection regulator and one cylinder is taken in 2007 and second cylinder is taken in 2008 hence two forms required. What a system harassment now again i have to go back to old agency aditya gas agency. By wasting whole day. Why you can not make this system online. Please think and consider customer satisfaction.

                  We were cheated 3 times at mauli bharat petrol pump.
                  Every time they did a new trick. Twice they partially filled the tank without resetting the zero mark. And today they over charged us and when we went back they just pretended to have made a mistake and refunded our money. This seems like a regular thing happening at the pump and i am sure everyone is together in this.

                    I am a consumer under cnsumer no.1102934. I had complained about gas leakage to bpcl dealer parsan gas company, mulund west mumbai on[protected]. Immediately they deputed their mechanic. The mechanic tested the cylinder and stove. It was found that the regulator was defective and it was replaced by him. We have a glass top prestige gas stove. He tested near the by turning on knob of the stove and showed the lighted matches and immediately there was flame. He advised us to change all the three knobs in the stove which we agreed. However he brain washed us to change the nozzle which connects the stove with the tube connected to the cylinder (Part numbered 4 in attached sheet) also and he said it would cost rs.350/- for that part. Also he brain washed us that we should replace the gas stove with glass top with complete stainless steel stove which we have not agreed. Totally he collected rs.1180/-. However, we find that he has put rs.350/- as misc.in the bill given to us. Kindly clarify if the nozzle referred to above costs rs.350/- or we have been taken on a ride by the mechanic. The bill copy is also attached for ready reference.

                      I received call from BPCL and tell me to deposit manual document on gas agency and have any problem to contact on BPCL gas company. Gas company also contact to gas agency and resolve my problem.

                          On inquiry from Gas Dealer Ekam Gas, Rajpura. They given me phone number of deliveryman. Deliveryman told that no body come to collect the gas cylinder from the road. His statement is false. Number of family members at home on 18.08.16. It is duty of delivery man to deliver the gas cylinder at home, not at the road, which is far away from my house. Moreover they have my registered Mobile No.[protected] printed on the gas delivery slip. But they even not bothered to contact me on phone for delivery. This shows their irresponsibility towards the consumers.

                            Respected sirmam, the gas route boys behaving vulgar language to issue of cylinder. They demand every rs. 50 to 100- every time, the can demanded to our mother, all three persons behaving very vulgar to our mother, at this i can do other work. Please take that persons action immediately, every routine this problem. And all the persons say take gas to godown.

                              Booked bharat gas in kurnool, andhra pradesh is issued with out bill and are rs.670 per gas. When asked about the bill they say computer is not working. Atleast written bill is also not provided. When asked about extra amount they say its for them. Please try to take valid action regarding this. Bills should be provided for the gas and gas provided is not registered in form provided to us. Please take valid action so that illegal selling of gas can be stopped.

                                Sir, my consumer no. Is 3500. I had booked the gas through phone at chithra gas supplier karaaikal and my refill order no. Is 20261. Since we both are employed we had already informed personlly to deliver the cylinder after office hours. But the delivery man has come during our working time and returned without delivering the cylinder. I received the message that the order has been cancelled as the customer was out of station. On personally visiting and informing the chithra gas office as well as repeatedly contacting the delivery man over phone we have not received the cylinder yet after twenty days. Our gas cylinder in use will be lasting only for a day or two. Kindly see to the irregularities in service to customers and help me in the speed delivery of the refill.

                                  Hi,

                                  I filled in petrol from Express Services, Churchgate ( cash memo No.2626, 12.14 liters, Rs 800). It was very disappointing to know that the person had filled in petrol which was more of water and less of petrol. As an outcome of this I had to give my bike for servicing and incur heavy expenses on it.

                                  I would appreciate if you could look into this matter and take a strict action against it in order to save other customers like me, from being cheated.
