    Having gas connection under kerala civil supplies kayamkulam alleppuzha district kerala consumer no 67903069 with my mother name sara bhai. After my mother deth i given all the documents to the respective civil supplies office to change to my name navad on 9/06/2016, previously they promised me 10 days it will take. So i closed my mother account
    So i can't book cylinder because of subsidy. I called office so many times no action. Sir please take necessary steps.

      Respective gas agency is run by goons. no professionalism and basic manners. every time i need to make follow-ups for lpg refill after passing 10 days of booking. they will not pick your call until you dial 10 times. behave rudely, talking non sense and making lame excuses like delivery boy's father is ill and for this reason refill delivery got delayed.

      If you visit their agency they will sell something like sugar, tea or gas lighter on unreasonable cost included in basis fee of any type of process.

      If you are really concern please do react and save brand name of bharat gas.

        I got connection from pradeep gas agency in nigdi - pune - 44, consumer no. 229.
        On 8th aug, i want to put the another cylinder but i noticed that regulator was not being released from old cylinder hence i called a staff of the agency who came and done the needful without any repair etc within few seconds and charged us rs.75/- as per the receipt no. 596 dated 08.08.2016 stating the reason hot plate servicing which not at all true.
        I am a retired citizen and instead of doing arguments i thought i shd take up the matter with you. I have hard earned money and i think this types of simple assistance dealer should provide once upon a time. Mainly considering safety aspect. Kindly inform me if this type of service is chargable?           I have bharat gas & number is 52664887. I have booked refill cylinder 29072016 on 29th july but same not delivered even after 2 days. So i have called on [protected]/35 on 1st aug more than 15 time & finally call received stating same will be delivered in 1 or 2 days due to delivery person is on leave. So again i have called on 2nd aug from 11 am to 12.30 pm almost 20 to 25 calls but no response. So we went to hospital for our work.In the afternoon we have received the from delivery boy & requested him to come in the evening as we were at hospital but as per him we need to book new request & same will be proceed. So today on 3th aug again i book new request but after that i received message from ad-bpclpg cylinder was delivered on 2nd aug which was not received actually & also received one more message for subsidy amount which i have not paid. Also same i have called to agency in the morning on given number but as usual no response again i called in the afternoon & god was blessing me & agency has received the call & i told her all story & she committed she will call back with all detail but god know when will she call back.

          Also they are changing extra money for delivering cylinder to home.

          Uch thing are not expected.

          Hope i will get proper solution for same.

          While am going to pune, i have changed My gas Indane to Bharatgas, due to Indane non availability, Now my job was transfered to chennai.We have submitted Gas transfer documents to bharatgas, but still we have not received the gas. Its very poor service.

          Let me know how i can change bharatgas to indane.

            Hi Team, I have booked for cylinder refilling on 23rd, 26th and 30th July three times for book an cylinder but till now I haven't received cylinder. I called more than 10times to agency but no recieved call. when I went there agency they said receipt is printed so call the delivery guy and that person is not at all pick call. It's ridiculous service as we won't be able to check status of our booking kindly help.

              Big time fraud: i went to fill petrol in my bike on 27th july 2016, my bike was just reserve. I asked to fill rs 200, immediately one guy came and asked "cash or card" (Just to distract me). When i looked at the meter all of a sudden it was rs100, i reminded him to fill for 200, he smiled and again filled one more 100.Initially i had a doubt when, but i thought it was a mistake. After riding the bike for 2 more km i found the petrol indicator has not changed and immediately it went to reserve. The trick is that they will only 100 collect 200 from us. This happened to lot of people, with whom i shared the experience. Even if you fill for 300 or 500 first they will fill 100 and pretend it’s by mistake, then they will fill the remaining. These guys are big time fraud, looting money from customers.

              Another fraudulent activity is, if you fill 200 and if you give 500 rs note, they r supposed to give 300 back. What these guys do is they will count 3 hundred rupee note in front of you and give it to us. So we assume we got 300 (3 x 100) as balance, the trick is they will give u only 2 hundred rupee note. If you recount and ask they will say it’s by mistake. It has happened with me and my friends at least 5, 6 times. These guys are big time fraud!!.. Necessary action should be taken against them 

                Dear sir,
                On 26th july 2016 i fill the petrol in my car vehicle number mp09cn1402 of rs.2738 40.20ltr, at time of 9:40am,
                After of 1.7 km the car is sudden stopped, i am unable to find why the car is been stopped and not started again. Then i call to chevrolet customer care and ask for the engineer visit on my road side location after 2 hours of inspection and 1 hours of his waiting time what he take to come at my location, found that petrol what i filled from granth petrol pump is mixed with the water and water mixture is very high. I angry and call to mr. Ankit agrawal on his mobile ([protected]) he said let me check and will revert to you, after that he called me and said yes there is problem and water filled in your car with mix of petrol which recording is been saved in my mobile phone.
                After that he sent the vehicle at my location and tow the vehicle to the petrol pump. Where he is denied to accept his mistake and very rude behavior with me also not apologies and said its a nature problem, due to rainy season the water is fill.
                I said him that i want to clean the vehicle, outlet/drain all the water mix petrol from chevrolet service center, but he denied to accept my words and forced me to stopped the vehicle in his premises only, he can't be go the vehicle outside from his premises and stucked the vehicle there forcefully without my consent.
                I told him that vehicle should be clean by the chevrolet service center and compensation me the day loss what is happen because of your negligence. He denied on both points and said do whatever you want.
                I am going to file a case against him in consumer form, but as suggested by my lawyer need your input with in 7days of this complaint.

                Solution what i need from you end is
                1. Need full check up in chevrolet service center of my car mp09cn1402. If need to change any part or cleaning of vehicle petrol tank all cost bear by the ganth petrol pump/bpcl.
                2. The financial losses of the day of mine which is 5, 000rs and chevrolet engineer charges 1200rs who came for inspection is given to me by the granth petrol pump/bpcl
                3. Compensation me on mental and physical harassment
                I hope you will take the serious action against this petrol pump and revert me with in 7days

                  I have a gas connection under consumer no. 23626 from santoshi gas services, g-1118-19, maharishi balmiki mandir marg, shakurpur colony, new delhi-110034. My said gas connection was disabled for online gas booking and on my enquiry from my above distributor, i was told that to enable online booking, i have to fill up and sign a form. When my son visited their office, he was given intentionally gas subsidy closure form for filling up and sign to enable online booking. My son unaware that the said form is a gas subsidy closure form, he fill up and signed the form and then distributor cancelled my subsidy gas. Since neither i myself fill up and signed any form for closure of gas subsidy nor were i aware about it and that too with wrong intention of the distributor, his agency must be cancelled with immediate effect and my gas subsidy cylinder must be resorted.

                    We gave documents to sunny gas agency, jaipur for bharat gas connection but we are unable to so as someone came for verification of connection to our house and forced us to buy a gas stove from them and reality is that we have already purcahsed the gas stove and have given receipt of same to them. Contact us at [protected] for more info. We want to take bharat gas connection but am unable to do so. Help us and contact us and take strict action against sunny gas agency, jaipur.

                      My consumer no is 6142. everytime when your people are coming to deliver the cylinder, they do not carry the weighing scale. last time i have refused to receive the cylinder without checking the weight. when i went to the distributor's office (balsham distributor), they informed that all the available weighing scales are damaged. also they asked me to take the cylinder from the main depot if i need to check the weight since they will not provide the weighing scale. i am a 83 yrs old man and it is impossible for me to visit the depot. why should not they provide the weighing scale while we are always getting the messenger from you, at the time of booking, to check the weight before accepting the cylinder. it is my humble request to you to please take necessary steps to solve this issue.

                        We were travelling with our family in our hyundai i20 active on 24/7/2016 at 9.00 pm and our car fuel was showing empty and then we entered in to the bpcl padamugal outlet and filled the tank with diesel for rs 500/-. But there didn't show the fuel after filling the fuel. And after sometime we came back to the pump. Then gave them a complaint. They told that it will show after sometime but that didn't. And we filled the fuel again for rs 500/- after that. Then it showed that in the fuel indicator. And that showed only for rs 500 instead of rs 1000.
                        We need a solution for this
                        We hope you people will consider this and make it fast.

                          My counsumer no is 380706, I had submited my documents and form to change name on[protected], till date i have not received any updates. if i go to ask at bharat gas office thane they tell us within 4 to 5 days it will be done... This is 3rd time I am getting same answer... Please do the needful because I want to shift my gas.

                              Please revoke from the residential area of your Bharat Gas godown. it is near by public place like Govt. primary school, progressive college, shops, welding works and residential area. it most risky if fire accident happens in future. We already complaint to our DC Karwar, Asst. Commissioner, Tahasidar and fire section.
                              so my kind request that you have to remove from that area.

                                I am trying for the last 4 days to get the normal petrol from bharath petroleum, but they insisting to fill only speed petrol. as for as my knowledge 15th july petrol price had been decreased to rs.2.25, but before that onwards they giving only speed petrol instead of normal one, even after the price reduction to tally their profit they selling only speed petrol. govt. should take action against this in respect to the customers benefit.

                                  This was happened with me thrice. Kindly take serious action. I went to surana filling station chittorgarh for filling my vehicle petrol tank and ask for filling normal petrol but then he started behaving rudely and denied me to fill normal petrol. Then i objected then he started filling other vehicle and i was waiting for my turn for almost ten minutes even my number was already gone. Then i raise my voice that this is not good then he filled petrol and harassed me. This incident happened with me thrice. This shall be the duty of petrol pump owner that instead of filling speed petrol he must fill normal petrol if nobody ask for speed. Otherwise i may go ahead for the same if no action will be taken by you.

                                    Complain: the gas is not delivered but sms received in my registered cell no.[protected] on 13.07.2016 that credit of subsidy in my bank account. It shows the gas deliverable to me is sold to some other.
                                    There cannot be any mistake in delivery being the invoice accompanying the delivery be matched on the consumer no.In the book with a customer who should produce at the time of delivery. It is a fraud,

                                      They not giving cylinder on time at home
                                      We have to pick from any point
                                      We tried to complaint against delivery man to the agency but they solving our problem... Now they also not attending the phoner [protected]
                                      So we have to go there at agency... Again they not solving our problem
                                      We don't have cylinder from last 2 days
                                      But they not delivered yet at my home

                                        I am transferred from nagaur to jodhpur. i have received two cilenders on 11.06.2016, at that time i have submitted my bank account no. & aadhar no. also. when i make a call for subsidy on toll free no. then i was suggested to link you your aadhar in bank & gas agency, afterthat you will receive your subsidy within 7 days. i linked my aadhar in bank & gas agency also. but till date no subsidy deposit in my account. today i make a call to customer care he replied you are late for link your aadhar. so, subsidy benefit will not be provide to you. pls. look at this matter & deposit my subsidy. my consumer no. is 60485171 & registered mobile no. is [protected].
