I am consumer of Bharat gas, Halol, Gujarat my earlier connection was in Aurangabad, Maharastra, I have transferred my LPG connection due to job transfer .Transferred on 08 March 2016.But when I paid for two filled cylinder agency had taken amount 535*2 =1070 which is not subsidized amount.Subsidized amount 450 approximately .I asked the agency staff why you are taking more amount, they told that first time you have to pay the total amount . I asked the reason but they had no answer.
My question when government is giving 12 subsidized cylinder in a year then how they are taking this much amount? Earlier I have transferred my connection so many times but not faced such kind of problem.
There are lack of transparency and they are making consumers fool.I request to refund the amount.

      Hello team,
      I am Mahendran staying in chennai Ambattur.Last month that means 11/03/6 I have booked a Bharat cylinder and got the same in the next day.i have noticed yesterday that the cylinder was empty and sealed, for further I have contacted the responsible agency but they are not given the proper response while speaking to them they are dissconnect the call suddenly. Am using Bharat gas more than 15 years such I never seen like this worst agency.I have the proof of delivery bill and Sealed empty cylinder.

        i have surrenderd lpg subsidiy on my consumer no. 7631. I booked my lpg gas many time in f/y 2015-16 but i did not received my gas and data of distributor showed that lpg gas have been issued to you, ambey gas distributor rfused to me to give gas.

            Dear Sir
            I am a customer of Bharat Gas. My customer number is 59578. My distributor is Chitra Gas Service, Noida Sector-55.
            Contact No. [protected]

            I had booked for a refill through telephone on 17thMarch 2016, but till date i have not received any LPG Cyclinder and Subsidy is credited in my account.

            I complaint to chitra gas agency but they assured me that the complaint will be forwarded to the concerned distributor and told me.

            I called after three days to check, when told me that I will get the delivery that day or next day.

            I waited till the next day, however no gas was delivered.

              Ere is sales tax chori in a huge way publicly in hathras - uttar pradesh ; pin 204101 area.
              Domestic cylinders of lpg are used in place of commercial cylinders in all food beverage factories; in samall n medium scale indusyries ; commercial shops of halwai; silver n gillets items manufactureres in bisawat area .
              All administration n supply food inspector is taking monthly bribe in a huge amount.
              Conplain done on all defferent level of administration but all are taking monthly bribe.
              How to check it in govt.N public interest ?

                Sir /madam
                I got themessage from bpclms on dated 11.3.16 at 15.32
                " thanks for fuelling 28.77ltrs diesel for rs.1500.1 in ka25ma 8825 at bp - channapatna in channapatna txn time 15:32 11/04/2016."

                But the thing is at this time my vehicle is in hubli - dharwad karnataka. My vehicle is not filling any such type of fuel at your outlet, is it possible to fill the fuel by online or other means. This is cheating or duplicating the my rigistration number or any other type of misuse. Please clarify the same otherwise i complaint the same to the competent authority means rto/police.

                    My consumer id is 52803. This connection was transferred from father on 5th Sept 2009. The LPG subsidy status was opted out which i have not chosen. I am not getting the LPG subsidy from sept 2009. Agency took back Rs 568/- advanced subsidy given to my father. I called distributor but no use. There is no option of getting it back. I would like to get my subsidy status back to normal with DBT.

                      I got the diesel filled at petrpl pump on NH-2 Baran BIHAR . The quantity filled was 38.65 litre amounted Rs.2000 on 16/03/2016. But the message I Received on my registered mobile was as :
                      " Thanks for fuelling 34.47Ltrs DIESEL for Rs.1709.71 in MP11G0277 at RAJ & CO in BARAN. Txn Time 18:26 16/03/2016."
                      My complain is for discripency in the two details. I feel that I have been cheated for paying 2000 Rs. And getting only 34 litres of the fuel being filled.
                      I am sure you will look into this matter and will treat the case fairly.

                        Hi,

                        I have booked a new gas connection in bharat gas agency on 25-Jan-09 in vepery.

                        We have already paid Rs 3000 for the initial first connection.

                        Now When i apply the additional cylinder the agency told to pay Rs 3000 for getting additional gas connection.

                        Actually the additional deposit amt for cylinder : Rs 1250 only.
                        The gas agency demand to pay Rs 3000 otherwise we cant provide additional cylinder.

                        What is the current procedure for apply additional gas connection?
                        How much amount to be pay for additional cylinder?

                        I am waiting for the feedback.

                          On dated 7 April 2016, at approx 7:35 AM I reached petrol pump of bpcl, near govindpura, kalwar road, jaipur. I parked my car near air compressor to fill air in one tyre and approached one of the staff of petrol pump. He asked me to wait, even after 15 minute he didn't came and when I approached him back he said no body will fill air till 8 AM. When I approached to manager (Mr. Rohtas as he told me), he repeated the same thing n ask me to go somewhere else. Even after some argument they didn't help me and advice not to come the same petrol pump for filling.
                          Will u plz help me and tell is there any time fixed for petrol pump sercives, if not what action authorities are going to take against individuals, plz confirm me as soon as possible as I am also going to raise same issue to higher authorities also. Your early action will be highly appreciable.

                          I had given a complaint No.1171478 dated 08/03/2016, which was later on thought solved by me as i received a call from the smartline, But today(14th april 2016) when i went to fill the petrol on the same petrol pump (SN BURYE FILLING STATION, OPP TAXI STAND, MAPUSA, NORTH GOA 403507) i had a terrible experience as the same earlier petrol pump attendant Mr. FRANCIS D'SOUZA said that he will not put fuel in my bike Bearing Registration Number GA03F6781 at around 11.20 am, I requested him again he said go to the next attendant despite he was not attending anyone. I again requested him he started abusive language. This is really a bad behaviour on the part of a such big organisation like bharat Petroleum, I want this querry to be solved at the earliest, im Really upset regarding this.

                            Sir ghas ghar(117699) in gaya bihar do not deliver the gas on time . My consumer number is 52562068 and my name is santosh kumar. Earlier also i have complained whose reference number is 1054301. They deliver the cylinder after 4-5 times visit of agency which becomes difficult as i am defence personnel posted in j & k area and my family leaves alone here. This time i have booked the cylinder on 16 mar but till now it has not been delivered. When contacted the manager he replied arrogantly that whatever you can do, do that i will work in same manner. Kindly do the needfull.

                                Dear support team,

                                This is the very bad situation in the service which we are facing on the time of delivery and delivery on home. My customer id is 56707981.
                                My last order booking is before one month and without any information these people has been cancelled.

                                Now, we are paying money and no one is responding form last month. Now, they informed that booking has been cancelled and we are facing issue from last months.

                                3 points need to be resolved asap.

                                1. After booking this agency doesnt provide the cylender even so many times go to agency and no response.

                                2. Home delivery issue - this agency doesnt supports home delivery, even no for me but in my location every one is facing same issue.

                                3. Subsidiary amount - last 6 six months, we didnt received any subsidiary amounts.

                                Now, please let me know did you think we are the consumer or your slave please deliver tomorrow gas asap.

                                  Few days back i booked cylinder and the booking no given was154158. Today that is 2nd april i received the message that it was delivered on 31st march.Whereas the booking was done on 31st march.I also received this message that the subsidy amount is transferred to my account under cash memo no. 148279. Where neither the cylinder is received nor any cash paid. Kindly solve.

                                    I have registered for refill domestic cylinder and the booking no. is 63343 of 02.03.2016 and the Gas cylinder was delivered on 03.03.2016 for us (Customer No.[protected] usually we will get SMS regarding the credit of subsidy amount on my account. But so far no such message sent to me and also the amount is so far not credited on my account. this is the 3rd cylinder of this year i.e. 2016. Kindly do the needful.

                                      A two years mandatory check by the bharatgas shahganj gas service was conducted. But they only charged for the check and they didn't check yet. No person from the gas agency checked & no door-to-door service has been provided. This is a fraud . Kindly do for the same so as we could believe on these mandatory checks. At the agency they asked us to first pay for the check otherwise they will not provide us cylinders.

                                        I went BPCL Sithalapakkam Petrol bunk today morning .
                                        I put petrol for 300 rupees one guy filling in gun another guy shutting off for main header.The reading reached 300 rupees but i got less quantity of petrol .
                                        I shouted but there is no use ., ..I lost nearly 160 rupees of petrol.
                                        How dare they cheated in public daily ...But really i am frustrated.
