    Hi, we had booked a gas cylinder refill with booking number:[protected] on 7/7/15. It has been 4 days since then, but we have still not received the refill. its very difficult to manage without cylinder. Kindly do the needful and make the process fast.

        Sir, I am your very old customer taking service from last 7 years and I am working in Syndicate Bank as Assistant Manager. Earlier no problem because that time I am residing in near RT Nagar, Bangalore. Recently last one month back I shifted my residence to K R Puram, Bangalore. Earlier distributor transferred my consumer no to your gas agency Rashmi Gas agency near K RPuram railway station. There also no good service and they informed we are not delivering to your area. To transfer my connection to other agency they took one week and made me to travel here and there so many times. Afterwards when I warned them I will give complaint then they transferred it to Vinayaka Gas Agency, Vignanagar, Bangalore. Now, I booked gas over phone on 03.07.2015 booking no[protected]. From that date till today I am calling to Vinayaka Gas agency to deliver cylinder but till today they are not delivered. How your gas agency are so carefull. Customer should call 100 times for their gas. Please clarify in this regard. Please take action against both these agencies which are situated in K R Puram and cancel their license.           Dear sir i am costomer of bharat gas agency named as sarawati gas agency in district yamuna nagar in state haryana.Sir i have booked my gas cylinder more than 15 days and yesterday i.e. on 8-7-15 i personally visited the agency twice. They promised me about the delivery of gas cylinder on 9-7-15 till 11am. I have waited but no one come and when i again approached the agency they again told me that they will give it to me tomorrow. This same thing happened since last one week sir. This saraswati gas agency harasshing me.as i am a govt emplyoee and have less time to visit agency during duty time. Sir the name of so called owner is Mr. Sube singh and Mr. Ishwer singh . They didn't pick the phone numbers which they provided AMD not available physically. They have few emplyoee who continue telling lie that tomorrow and day after tomorrow... which is not giving me clear idea to me that upto when i can get my gas cylinder and asked them that connect me to the ownerto talk they also refused to provide us the number. So sir i am living in dilemma and feel deceived by this saraswati gas agency.kindly fo thr needfull legally.             consumer no.29053137 dayanand pandey, bhatatgas, bhawani gas agency kankerbag patna, complaint to your tollfree no, complain no. 780066, 766781, without redressal you write redressed. reg non delivery of cylinder, less weight, excess charged, cash memo not given, telehone not attended, you never take any action, not listen complain, displaying no. of many officers but no number works, , if works no reply, no redressal., in agecy ram rajya is there, without any controll.this time if no redressal i will write to prime minister office and also go to consumer court.

                  I IPSITA das submit my all documents for transfer my gas connection along with all supporting documents as advised by distributer on 16 Jun 15 and I got msg .I'd is 17580619 but till now I didn't got my documents, the do not give proper reply as I am facing a great problem. My gas agency is barna gas agency Odagaon (Odisha ) so consider the case and I am waiting for good results thank you

I have booked LPG Gas Cylinders several times but till date I have not receive any type of subsidy in my bank account. Even though www.mylpg.in showing the subsidies given to me. Please provide me the information about subsidy given.

                      Incident 1: Today 7 July (Rcpt 92520) 1. Told attendant to fill in petrol in two wheeler for Rs.700. 2. Attendant filled in pertol for Rs. 150 and took out the nozzle. 3. I said had asked for Rs. 700 and not Rs. 150 - at which he reset some settings. 4. The moment the reading started changing again (please note it was NOT reset to 0), he asked me irrelevannt question like payments mode/ debit or credit card/ PIN code reqd or not etc. 5. He stopped at meter reading at Rs.550. 6. Asked him amount to be paid - he said Rs. 700 - being Rs. 150 from earlier reading and Rs. 550 from current reading. 7. Insisted he did not reset the count to 0, at which he agreed and accepted payment of Rs. 550. Incident 2: Around a month back 1. Person before me put in petrol for Rs. 100, heard him say this amount. 2. At my turn, Attendant did not show the 0 reading and started filling in petrol. 3. Stopped at reading i asked for - Rs. 500 - when i insisted that reading was not zero, he agreed it was a mistake and accepted payment for Rs.400 only. Please take steps to stop these attempts at cheating consumers.

                        I filled the fuel for Rs.2000 on 3rd July 2015 at M/s Sri Vidhur Agencies, No.211/10 A, Jameen Pallavaram, Chennai - 117 through debit card payment, but I forgot to collect the bill receipt for it. When I checked into the petrol pump today 07 July 2015, along with my proof of my card payment slip to get the bill for the same, the dealers and staff not only refused to give me the bill but were also very rude and treated me very badly without giving any respect.

Anand gas service (Code : 112341) , 87 / 1, g. T. Road (West) , serampore, hooghly – 712 203 (West bengal) under bharat petroleum corporation ltd. My aadhaar card no. Is[protected] already deposited for seeding into my lpg distributor on 11. 02. 2015. I booked on 15. 03. 2015 vide order no. 1165321 & cash memo no. 654846 which is already received on 23. 03. 2015 amounting of rs. 646. 50p. & next booked on 23. 05. 2015 vide order no. 22420 & cash memo no. 31879 which is already received on 21. 06. 2015 amounting of rs. 661. 50p, but not received the said subsidies up till now. Please also request you to submit the above subsidy transferred into my bank account no.[protected] o[censored]nited bank of india, sheoraphully branch, 9 / 2, goswami bagan lane, sheoraphully, hooghly – 712 223 (West bengal) & ifsc code – utbi0she218. Unfortunately my above consumer no. Opted out, please convert into opted in immediately for praying actual subsidy. Even physically visit to you above office on 23. 05. 2015 & the several times send e - mail in your concerned persons, but not any reply, not any e - mail, not any action up - till - now. Continue harassment not possible to link lpg connection.

                                    I beg to request to please do the needful as early as possible about subsidy & oblige.

                                      Wrong Fuel Provided/filled.. Diesel instead of Petrol

                                      RAM Service Station at Mathura Road, Near Pragati Maidan New Delhi - 1, had filled Diesel instead of Petrol, whereas I am an regular customer of them since Last 12 Years and first time it happened with me. I paid more than Rs.5000/= to get the fuel tank and pipe line cleaned and got changed the PLUGS also....

                                      Dear sir, This is Nandeesh B Mashyal. We have the connection of Bahrat Gas with Naik Agency, Dharwad (Agecny code-381834) and our consumer number is 3194. The connection is in the name of my aunt Mrs. A G Patted (Registered Mobile number[protected], who passed away in the month of April 2015. She do not have any legal heir. I am her sister's son. Now I wanted to get the connection transferred in my name and hence I approached the agency. The agency has told me that I should provide the respective documents (Death certificate, my ID proof & address proof) along with the fees as mentioned below: Additional Deposit- Rs.1300 Cost of Stove- Rs.2600 Rubber Tube- Rs.190 Some other charges-Rs.200 Total amounting to Rs. 4290. After that I told them that I will only pay the additional deposit amount and I will not buy the Stove etc from you as it is not mandatory for me to buy. The owner of the agency has denied the change of name saying that it is mandatory to buy all what he has told otherwise the change of name cannot be done. I have raised the complaint through All India complaint customer [protected], but there is no update about the complaint as every time they say the server is down. And also I tried calling regional Bharat Gas office number[protected]. There people are so busy that they are least bothered to pick the call. This is my humble request to you to kindly llok into the issue and please do the needful. Please also tell us what is the right procedure and taken appropriate action on the agency.
