Gas was booked on May 13, 2015 with Booking number 1301; supposed to be delivered on[protected]. Gas not delivered in spite of several reminders and personal calls to the Office at Nongthymmai, Shillong. Extremely rude and opprobrious behaviour of lady-in-charge of office.. No consideration that I am a Senior Citizen and I cannot attend to their office everyday. Phones are not attended to and taken off the cradle. "Temporarily Switched Off!" None of the three numbers provided are in working condition. Standard reply of the personnel in attendance is, "We have already delivered to your area" or "You can wait till further supplies arrive and you can collect from our office; we will call you after two or three days." They never call.

    sir, I have problem against Bharat gas while i shifted to new place from my previous resident still i didn't change my gas supply but i got new gas supplier boy who always create problem while supplying gas sometime he intentionally makes delay deliver from my date of booking or sometime he charges cylinders with double amount replying scarcity in cylinders.i complained against him many times in office but no solutions so decided to change my connection to HP gas, after submitting all documents in office when i said i want to transfer to HP and i need a transfer voucher in original but the manager surrender my connection and denying to give original copy of transfer voucher and now in this date i have no gas connection because HP needs all original document. sir please solve my problem AS SOON AS POSSIBLE..

      My consumer number is CS-12111 for Bharat gas (Cook-N-Serve; Distributor number: 112353). Everytime after tele booking they deliver the cylinder very late. This time they are telling that 'Call after one month and 6 days'. Whereas the other companies (HP, Indane etc.) in our locality are supplying the gas with in 5 days after booking. Is this the service we are paying for? I want immediate action. Remember, this domestic gas supply is an emergency service.

        While booking for refill online on party's no. thru mobile phone, no feedback is being given or any alert sent for booking of gas or generation of bill & delivery status by m/s. Sulabh gas Kota. They have 3 L/L nos. which are always busy so no contact is possible on phone with them for checking about delivery. In present case I booked refill on 24.6.15 which remains unsupplied till 30.6.15. On checking salesgirl advises to take deliverey from their godown wich is not possible myself being aged 73 yrs. Earlier their delivery was good for last 3 months some mischief being committed.

          Dear sir/madam, this is vinod v rathod consumer a/c no.51104086 staying at bhayandar east, i had booked my domestic gas cylinder on 18/06/2015 to dev mogra gas agency at mira road but still i have not received my gas cylinder. Everyday i m calling to them, every time they ask same think that u will get your gas cylinder with in two days. "acche din kab ayenge"????

            Date of booking: 14/06/2015 Complaint date: 29/06/2015 The Bharat Gas website claims to deliver gas cylinders within 48 hours in normal circumstances. I have noticed nothing unusual in the last fortnight. Still my refill has not been supplied to me. On inquiring with the agency we were taken very casually and the executive attending to our concern was repeatedly laughing instead of offering assistance. This has been repeatedly with the Gas Agency. They did not have any explanations for the delay. I have somehow adjusted with great difficulty the past 15 days. I felt harassed and helpless on visiting the agency. I want the delivery of my refill on urgent basis.

              मैंने मधु गैस सर्विस कमालगंज फरुखाबाद up में नये घरेलू गैस कनक्शन के लिये आवेदन किया है मैं जब कनक्शन लेने के लिए गया तो मुझ से 5100 रूपये मांगे गये मैंने जब ज्यादा रूपये देंने से मना किया तो मुझे एजेंसी संचालक ने वहां से भगा दियाl श्री मन जी से अनुरोध है किउक्त मामले की जाँच करके उचित करवाई की जाये l खुशनुर हुसैन k y c[protected] मो.[protected]

                We have booked gas cylinder from Jagdev Gas Service amritsar on 21/06/2015 but till now we have not got our gas cylinder. This is not the first time. Last time also I have filed a complaint due to which cylinder had came on time just for one/two month. After that they again doing the same and not delivering cylinder on time. We have made a call to Jagdev Gas Service but they replied you have to wait for few days, conveyance(auto rickshaw for gas distribution) needs repair. When it will be repaired then only cylinder will be deliverd and they said if you want to complaint then its ok, you may complaint. Kindly sort out our problems so that we need not to make a complaint again. We will be greatly thankful to you.

                  In rural area, such as pabal, ta.shirur, their are thausands of customers. from (vaadee vastee), are not capable (80 % customer ) to hanadle online activities as booking, new connection and dbc and regarding. becuase of inglish launguage and also unlearnness . They have many problems to do these activities.and (disributor office are 20 km away). collecting refill cylender at any time. being vehicles root in each village, customer have to stay mimimum seven hours at spot of vehicle to collect same refill sylender. so if company suggest to distributor to give sub disributorship in same village to disribute sylender and other activities house to house. also customers are possitive to pay some charges to same activities .please ...

My distributor is shyamji Enterprises, B-10 vasnt kunj new delhi 110070 And My Father was dad before 4, 5 year. i had submit to all document for change the name of customer. I Have Asked So Many Times In my Bank and they said they had done from there side and updated My Adhaar with my bank account, and Its not yet updated as per distributor. But According to NCPI (Aadhaar Linking Status in Bank (as per NPCI : Not Submitted)) Not Submitted I Have Asked So Many Times In my Bank and they said they had done from his side and updated My Adhaar with my bank account, and Its not updated from NPCI . And how i know the status of this, bank person given the adhaar linking receipt with my bank account.Please tell me the solutions about this issue.my Mobile no.[protected].

                                I am Satish Gupta from Indore (M.P.) contact no. is [protected]. I have applied online for refill cylinder on Saturday 20.06.15 at 8:00 AM morning. When I didn't get my cylinder till Monday I called to my distributor "Book N Cook" Gas agency- SECTOR B SCHEME NO 71 INDORE, M.P. 452009 contact no. [protected], Office executive did not give me any information about status of my cylinder and told me if you have that much hurry then come here and pick your cylinder he talked to me very rudely and harsh manner. I am very disappointed after this incidence and decided to dis-associate with Bharat Gas.

Name :Kamlesh patil Request Id:17490054 My distributer name is Vishnukrupa gas agency, kalyan east 421306. every month we face the problem we book our gas before 20 days. Whenever we asked our distributer either they misbehave or they said no supply of regulator from company .whr as other distibuter send the gas in right time. We are tied up with this distributer. Please help us . Also we came to know that our distributer selling gas in black to different restaurant.                                     In maximum BPCL outlets especially which one located in Mount Road near Little Mount, the person asking the customer to pay minimum of Rs.5/- for filling the Air for wheelers and Rs.10 for Four wheelers. Is this how BPCL will work? Amazing!!! Sometimes, If you say that I do not have change they will use unparlimentary words indirectly which is pointing to you.                                       I’m an old customer of your Vasant Kunj petrol pump. There are two machines installed in this pump in the front side. But from the past several months I have been observing that the employees ask the customers either to reverse their vehicle and get their tanks filled from the first machine whereas sometimes they ask the customers to park their card near the second machine since the first machine is not working. There’s a nuisance at the pump each time I visit. This causes a lot of trouble to the customers and also wastage of time. I’ve complained to the employees and the manger several times but no action has been taken. The pump is located at a very prime location and there are no other petrol pumps located in that area. This is just spoling your company’s reputation. Pay a surprise visit to the pump so that you are able to see all this with your own eyes. Please look into this matter at the earliest.                                         I am using services of Bharat Gas. Distributor name is Pooja Bharat Gas Services, Add- Jaspur Road, Co-operative Bank Complex, Gumla, Jharkhand. This agency is not distributing Gas door to door but people have to go to their godown, even they don't intimate about the distribution date and time also. Today they gave me unsealed cylinder after so many request. After coming home i found that gas is leaking badly which can cause major accident. Looking for support from authority.
