Dear Sir,
(Incident date 29/05/2015 and 30/05/2015) As i have transfer from St. Lawrence School, Unnao, (U.P.) to Lucknow School, (U.P.). I have submitted my Regulator and Two Cylinder in Hari Bharat Gas Agency, Unnao and they have given me the transfer receipt to show in Lucknow gas office, my all papers are upto date and clear but they are not giving my 2 cylinder and regulator, as they are saying that you have to purchase two items from them i.e. gas pipe, gas trolley, lighter, emergency light etc. but i do not want any thing because i have already with me all these things, as i did not know that the things which i have taken from gas agencey unnao those bill i have to submit in other gas agency at the time of transfer, then i would have kept it, but at present i have no bills of those items which i have mentioned. The Agencey Name is MAMTA GAS SERVICE, HIND NAGAR, LUCKNOW. I have talked to one of the person of BHARAT PETROLEUM, GHAZIABAD, they have given me a number of one of the representative who look after all Lucknow, i have also talked to him also he has told that you can purchase one gas pipe from them when you go at that agency you call to me and i will talked to them, next day i have given many calls to that representative and he did not pick my call, Now here is a kind request that i can not afford these items because already i have these items. I and my wife has not cooked food from two days and we are facing many problems, we are only eating bread, biscuit and water to survive. Please help me as i have not enough money to spend.

Anand Gas Service ( Code : 112341 ), 87/1, G.T. Road ( West ), Serampore, Hooghly – 712 203 ( West Bengal ). My Aadhaar Card No. is[protected] already deposited for seeding into my LPG distributor on 11.02.2015. I booked on 15.03.2015 vide order no. 1165321 & cash memo no. 654846 which is already received on 23.03.2015 amounting of Rs. 646.50p., but not received the subsidy up till now. Please also request you to submit the above subsidy transferred into my Bank Account No.[protected] o[censored]nited Bank of India, Sheoraphully Branch, 9/2, Goswami Bagan Lane, Sheoraphully, Hooghly – 712 223 ( West Bengal ) & IFSC Code – UTBI0SHE218. Next LPG booking no.[protected] dated 23.05.2015 through mobile SMS. Unfortunately the above consumer no. OTP out, please convert into OTP in immediately for praying actual subsidy. I am sending mail in e-mail ID : [protected]@bharatpetropeum.in dated 26.05.2015, but no reply till now.
Sir, I beg to request to please do the needful as early as possible about subsidy & oblige.
