      sir, i am suraj saha, go to petrolpume to fill my bike, , i asked him to give petrol of 50 rupees, then he said only 4.50 grams will he give on my bike, i asked him why 4.50 gram about to 50 rupees, we know 1 liter petrol rate is 73 rupees . if i liter petrol is 73 rupes, then how many petrol be found against 50 rupees, but pump give me only 4.50 grams. i want to complain to senior manager as RM & DGM, PLZ CONTACT ME FOR CONSULT -[protected]

          My Request ID is 17204682, I have applied online for bharat gas LPG new connection dated on 23-05-15 with required all document submitted. Still not received any sms or e-mail from BPCL. Even I talked with customer care number dated on 28-05-15 regarding my problem, they give me my query reference no. 717404 & next day 29-05-15. I received sms that your query no. 717404 is resolved. I request you to kindly look after my complaint regarding new LPG gas connection asap. I already write a complaint to sr. marketing manager (LPG Territory Office), but there is not response.

            I stay in Anushaktinagar Chembur Mumbai. Our gas cylinder started leaking during replacement which we disconnected immediately. I tried all the possible numbers / emergency service centres. However, either the phone numbers were switched off or the staff was simply not taking the calls. M/s radha Gas Agency Vikhroli, who is deputed as the agency to care of our area especialy cut off our several calls. They have not responded to our SMS also. I have put up my trouble on the Bharar gas face book page also. It seems the company has not deputed any official to look into these kind of consumer problems & it is a serious issue. The company website also does not offer any help either. trouble is I am still living with the problem of faulty cylinder & have no clue as to whome should be approached. can I expect any help.                     Dear Sir we have received 1 cylinder on Saturday but while we clean the cylinder we found that the actual weight of empty cylinder is 17kg instead of 15 kg. the supplier (urja gas agency) person supplied us 15 kg cylinder with 14.2 kg gas instead of 17kg+14.2 kg cylinder. he had overwrite on actual weight (17 kg) with black paint or marker. now we request you please take tough action against the supplier and make arrangement of replacement of cylinder.                       On 30 May 2015 I visited Balaji Petroleum, Sawai Jai Singh Highway, Banipark, Jaipur-302016 at around 10.30 AM with about 10 litres petrol in the tank of my Honda Amaze DL3CCC5915.I asked them to fill the tank.They filled 37.10 litres.On my raising doubts about this being too much for my tank capacity, the attendants persuaded me that the tank capacity was 45 litres.I paid Rs.2680.48 by my credit card at 10.46 AM.The cash memo no.956256 is in my possession. On checking later with my Amaze dealer, he confirmed that the capacity of the petrol tank was only 35 litres. This is a clear case of cheating and fraud by an authorised petrol dealer who filled in more petrol in my car than its capacity! It is requested that strict legal action be taken immediately against the erring dealer along with a refund of the excess amount charged from me.Preventive action be taken to avoid such incidents in future.                         I live in Electronic city phase 1, Bengaluru. Here there is only a single petrol pump in the vicinity that of BPCL. There is consistently poor service in terms of shortage of workers, even if workers are sitting idle, they wont work. There is always around 20 bikes pending to receive oil.Whereas there are 4 petrol release machines for two wheelers, mostly 1 is operated. Being the only petrol pump in the area, which I wonder why, it is a serious problem for the people. 20 -30 minute delays, have become an everyday affair. This being the industrial hub of Bengaluru, this kind of functioning of the petrol pump poses a serious problem. Being one of the best places in India, it is sad & frustating to see such state of affairs. Many a time at peak hours the horde of pending bikes even causes traffic jams. Sometimes to top everything there is not a single worker to give petrol. Please take adequate steps to curb this problem and please address our problem at the earliest.

                            My request no.[protected]issued on May 23, 2015) against which I was offered a LPG connection (in Mumbai Suburban region) and I applied for hot plate inspection which was completed on May 27, 2015. Subsequently, on May 29, 2015 I went to pay deposit to my distributor. They could not accept payments as they said Bharat Gas has instructed them to withhold new connection as they were unable to issue subsidized cylinders at this point of time. Further they said the same cannot be rectified later. On May 31, 2015 I have been re-issues a request no. 17305325. I want to understand when will the problem be resolved and whether in future I can avail subsidy or not if I get a connection now? repeated calls to Customer Relation Center in Mumbai has remained unanswered.

                                Dear Sir, As I have complaint on 30th May 2015, that i have been force to purchase any two items from Mamta Gas Service, and i have also complaint to Toll free no. my complaint no. is 721607 and i have talked to one of your representative and said to him all the matter and he also talked in front of myself to one of the staff member who look after the office work in Mamta Gas Service, Hind Nagar, Lucknow in that conversation they said that they would not forced to me to purchase any thing if i have already with me, and at that time he agrees and did not delivered to me the gas cylinder and regulator to me and said that come on monday after 10 o clock morning and i went on monday morning that person asked me to give the papers and i have given the papers to him and he has forced to me to take the gas cylinder pipe without pipe he will not give me the cylinder to me and said that today the truck will not come and he know it very well that on Monday the truck will not be coming and now he is harassing me because i have complaint against him and I have not purchase the two items from them. Sir I and my wife both are suffering and we cannot take proper meal due to that person, myself now suffering from stomach pain and loose motion and doctor advice me and my wife to take proper meal but how can it be possible if these type of adamant people are sitting in the office and they think that they are the manager of the gas agency or they are the Petroleum Minister and their wordings are the final decision. Sir you cannot imagine that from Friday 29th May 2015 we both are very much hungry and only taking bread, biscuit and water, how any one can live with these things, can that person who is harassing me can live with these things. I need your help and please take necessary action against that person who is working in Mamta Gas Service Hind Nagar, Lucknow.                                   My gas was disconnected for having two connection i.e from bharat gas and IGl.A complaint No 505895 dt 4/3/15 was registered with you to restore the gas subsidy as per my adhar link and acccordingly my gas was supplied.and subsidy was restored to my bank on 12/3/15.Again the gas was not booked on registered mobile number and booking has to be done from dealer.(No gas subsidy has been given againt this bookingThis was also commucated to you to restore my mobile no for booking the cylinder by complaint number no.639516dt 22/4/15.Even inspite of this mobile number has not been restored to get the booking done. Incidently I had not been geting the gas from IGL at my dwarka residence as my tenet is not using IGL gas since 2012. Thus my mobile number [protected] be restored for booking the gas cylinder immeditaly, My gas number is 9266, dealer Deepak gas agencies, West patel Nagar New delhi 8.                                     its been lanty of times that i have approached to the ministry of oil and natural gas agency for the complain of home delivery against kundan gas agency areraj (pin -845411) reagrding the home delivery for the citizens of areraj, as per the standard rule of Bharat Gas they have to provide the home delivery with the 9km redius of the area but they are not providing the same. i have filed RTI as well for this but as of now no response. the condition of this area is worst, people are coming at night in the queue to get the refilled cylinder and thay have to be in the queue till next morning 10 am and since my father is senior citizen, he can not be in the queue for the long time .kindly look iint this else we will file a case against this gas agency.

                                      I had requested for a connection of lpg about 2 month ago but initially they refused but 2nd time Agreed to give connection only if I buy a hotplateCOOKTOP from them on double the market price. I already have a hotplate then why do I have to buy it. It is in your policy that it is not necessary to buy hotplate from the distributor.
