My gas was disconnected for having two connection i.e from bharat gas and IGl.A complaint No 505895 dt 4/3/15 was registered with you to restore the gas subsidy as per my adhar link and acccordingly my gas was supplied.and subsidy was restored to my bank on 12/3/15.Again the gas was not booked on registered mobile number and booking has to be done from dealer.(No gas subsidy has been given againt this bookingThis was also commucated to you to restore my mobile no for booking the cylinder by complaint number no.639516dt 22/4/15.Even inspite of this mobile number has not been restored to get the booking done. Incidently I had not been geting the gas from IGL at my dwarka residence as my tenet is not using IGL gas since 2012. Thus my mobile number [protected] be restored for booking the gas cylinder immeditaly, My gas number is 9266, dealer Deepak gas agencies, West patel Nagar New delhi 8.     its been lanty of times that i have approached to the ministry of oil and natural gas agency for the complain of home delivery against kundan gas agency areraj (pin -845411) reagrding the home delivery for the citizens of areraj, as per the standard rule of Bharat Gas they have to provide the home delivery with the 9km redius of the area but they are not providing the same. i have filed RTI as well for this but as of now no response. the condition of this area is worst, people are coming at night in the queue to get the refilled cylinder and thay have to be in the queue till next morning 10 am and since my father is senior citizen, he can not be in the queue for the long time .kindly look iint this else we will file a case against this gas agency.

      I had requested for a connection of lpg about 2 month ago but initially they refused but 2nd time Agreed to give connection only if I buy a hotplateCOOKTOP from them on double the market price. I already have a hotplate then why do I have to buy it. It is in your policy that it is not necessary to buy hotplate from the distributor. The distributor is HLRDC hisar.please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible. My contact no. Is [protected].

          I would like for your kind ATTENTION regarding the lack of air facility at diggaj fuel uadipur .I am regular customer of this station.They are not providing any air facility to any customr.They say pump is not working. Other amenities and facilities are also not provided.Kinldy take appropriate action in this regards.they do cheating to cust fuel kam bharna pehle ka amt add kar lena their swap machine not working so many tmes i[censored] say for air not a singel person listen n i am a regular cust of bpcl pump u cn chk frecords is pump par abhi 20 din pehle police bhi aayi reason petrol kam bharna pls solve it mine num is [protected] pls callme !!! mine name is manish jain

            Dear sir we have a Bharat gas connection since 2008 which was on my brother (Babu g).On 8/10/2013 this connection was transferred to my Mother consumer no 4719, since then we were complaining to our agency(Rose Bharat palackal court, kochukavala, vaikom, kottayam, kerala Ph no [protected])that our Regulator is leaking, we have taken the regulator to the agency twice they returned the same and said it is fine, once they changed wiser in the regulator still it leaks very badly.Whenever we called up to the agency they never respond to our call.               Dear Sir, (Incident date 29/05/2015 and 30/05/2015) As i have transfer from St. Lawrence School, Unnao, (U.P.) to Lucknow School, (U.P.). I have submitted my Regulator and Two Cylinder in Hari Bharat Gas Agency, Unnao and they have given me the transfer receipt to show in Lucknow gas office, my all papers are upto date and clear but they are not giving my 2 cylinder and regulator, as they are saying that you have to purchase two items from them i.e. gas pipe, gas trolley, lighter, emergency light etc. but i do not want any thing because i have already with me all these things, as i did not know that the things which i have taken from gas agencey unnao those bill i have to submit in other gas agency at the time of transfer, then i would have kept it, but at present i have no bills of those items which i have mentioned. The Agencey Name is MAMTA GAS SERVICE, HIND NAGAR, LUCKNOW. I have talked to one of the person of BHARAT PETROLEUM, GHAZIABAD, they have given me a number of one of the representative who look after all Lucknow, i have also talked to him also he has told that you can purchase one gas pipe from them when you go at that agency you call to me and i will talked to them, next day i have given many calls to that representative and he did not pick my call, Now here is a kind request that i can not afford these items because already i have these items. I and my wife has not cooked food from two days and we are facing many problems, we are only eating bread, biscuit and water to survive. Please help me as i have not enough money to spend.                   In connection with the above subject, it is to report that during the months of February and March, 2015, I refilled the LPG Gas cylinder from Salunkhe Daughters Bharat Gas Services, Satara (Distributer Code : 168947), but LPG Gas subsidy was not transferred to my regular Bank account in the State Bank of India, MIDC, Branch, Satara. Therefore, for searching the status of my LPG gas subsidy, I open the ‘subsidy give up’ folder of your web site and fill the necessary information. My intension is to find out in which Bank my subsidy is transferred and not to give up LPG Gas subsidy, but due to oversight or by mistake I fill the details of ‘subsidy give up’ folder. Now, it is learnt from my Gas distributor that my PLG Gas subsidy is stopped. In view of the above, it is requested to restore my LPG Gas subsidy. It is once again reported that due to oversight or by mistake I have filled the details of ‘Subsidy give up’ folder and my intension was not to give up the LPG Gas subsidy. Lastly, it is humbly requested to restore my LPG Gas subsidy.
                  kindly restore gas subsidy as MP/MLA/Peoples representatives are aiming and getting higher salaries/retirement benefits by being in position just for 5 years..

LPG Cylinder not delivered at my home from when I have connection purchased. While other distributor is cylinder delivered at all houses of our area except supplier of M/s Kamla Gas Service. it is very pathetic position. I have already registered three complaints (complaint No. 717748, & 703333 & 640508, Dated: 28/05/2015 & 20/05/2015 & 23/04/2015) but problem not solved till the date and fake resolved of my complaints. Dear Sir please confirmed & reply me that what is the reason for LPG cylinder not delivered at my home? I requested you to kindly take a necessary action for LPG Cylinder delivered at my home otherwise in helpless I will be go to senior officers for present this position.                         My consumer no.is 4722 under PADMA AGENCY, Athgarh, Cuttack, Odisha. I have received SMS on 27.05 15 &13.05.2015 about blocking of my LPG connection due to long refill gaps. When I tried to book my refill through registered mobile no.[protected], no booking could be possible.Therer is always a reply to dial again. I want to know whether my mobile no. has been deregistered. If so, Why? If not, then why my booking is not possible? Please let me know about the status of my connection.

I am agree that I standing our ground floor and he is come at 7:30 PM after that delivery my home i.e. 3rd floor but cylinder is carrying our LIFT. Lastly I am payee cylinder price plus Rs. 11 then he soughed that I am not received your extra eleven rupees I want more money-this money not enough i.e. not end I speak to him I have no extra money please you give that money or you go back and return your cylinder. Then delivery man is soughed again in my flat in Bengali word is DEKHBO KI KORE APNAR PORER CYLINDERTA ASBE KARON BISHU (Cell [protected]) DESE GACHE EKHON SIX MONTH ASBE NA. And also your confirmations for gas cylinder deliver timing. Kindly treat this matter. Actually out delivery man is BISHU his phone number is [protected] but he is ok. Dharmen Pradhan is said that Bishu is going to village and he come back after six months so I am not delivery your booked gas cylinder for next month then Bengali word DEKHBO KI KORE APNI GAS CYLINDER PABEN. I am complaint in Bharat Gas on 22-05-15 but no reply right now. Regards
                            How many days I am waiting your response. Please action by this week[protected] to[protected] if you not any action then I will go to consumer top level.

                              My consumer I/D no. 19517 .I had booked a gas since APRIL 24, 2015 and received a message for the delivery of the cylinder. But Sorry to inform like every month booking this time also till date 28th May, 2015 I had not received the cylinder.The distributor also doesn't respond to the call and there is no one at my place to go to the office every month to verify. (2) The deliveryman also doesn't deliver near to our house . He calls us 1Km to collect the cylinder whereas my house is near to the main road.

                                hello sir sir mene apna gas consumer number 16164 hai jiske sabhi documents mene jama karwa diya lekin phir bhi muje subsidy wala labha nahi mil raha hai hum last 6 mahine se lagatar pareshan hai jab distributors ke pas jate hai to wo kehta hai aap opted out hai yani apko subsidy nahi milengi jab hum iska solution puchte hai to bolte hai ki apki kabhi bhi is sewa ka labh nahi milenga aur hamare pas koi solution nahi hai so plz help me sir i am and my family are very poor .[protected]

                                  Sir, I, B. Janardhan Reddy, a consumer of Bharat Gas with consumer number : 31081141 in DIVYASAI BHARTGAS AGENCY, santhosh nagar, hyderabad, (Dis . code : 170211). I booked gas online (IVRS) 15 days back. It was not delivered so far. I called them several times but in vain. This is not the first time. It is happening regularly. Ever time I have to go to remind them after booking . We both are working Government employees and becoming a big problem about this. Hence I request you to see the gas to deliver properly.                                     My LPG I'd is 59989611, I have booked my cylinder on 12th May, and it is not deliver yet, I have called to my agency (LVN agency) and asked about this they are saying tomorrow, it's been 3 days, I have reached to agency and informed that I am ready to collect from here, they are not willing for that too, seriously fed up with this agency, I really want to take complaint against them, I wish to go further
