Dear Sir . I am consumer bharat gas from Jandaha gas seva- Vaishali- Bihar .I am very glad to know this that there is no any response of consumer online complain .sir i have complained four time for refill delay supply and home delivery but situation is same .you see it in our complain no 708717, 704860, 702993, 699093 .sir this is not only our problem, all the consumer is same condition .sir many people do not want how to complain you .in jandaha only one gas agency and 14000 consumer so, there is monopoly .sir at last i want to say you pls attention in this matter.if you donot belive pls once see jandaha by self . with great wishes yours faithfully ( mukesh kumar ) consumer no -1 [protected] mob no -[protected]

      I applied for a new gas connection online at Bharat Gas. I have personally visited the dealer Akshaya Gas Agency, Pune multiple times. They are forcing me to buy the hot plate which is not required. As per my information, it's supposed to be the optional and not compulsory. The dealer was ready to give me connection on same day when I visited first time assuming that I'll buy a hot plate/gas stove as well. However, When I said no for hot plate, they told me that they don't have gas cylinders in stock so they have stopped new connections. When I visited second time they told me that they need to send someone for inspection. Once they mentioned that the waiting is 70 so I need to wait. Another time they mentioned that waiting is around 200. Your dealer is deliberately not doing the inspection as I'm not buying the hot plate. They are coming up with new excused every day. I tried to register a complaint online at Bharat Gas website (http://www.bharatpetroleum.co.in/bpclfeedback/feedbackdefault.aspx). However, the complaint type field at this page doesn't work which is mandatory. I also tried to register the complaints to customer care no, and CSR Nos. From there, either there is no response or number is not working. It means, customers can't register the complaints as well and this can't be the co-incident. It seems some of the officers are also part of this corruptions and they have made the system deliberately like this. I request you to kindly do the needful and take a required action against dealer Akshaya Gas Agency. Application No: 16925555

            Dear sir, My LPG gas consumer number is 59860197. My Bharath gas distributor is Chinnasalem bharat gas service (code 143455). I gave form 4 to the distributor in January 2015. They wrongly entered my Indian bank IFSC code as IDIB000C018 instead of IDIB000C045. I told to them, but they can't edit the IFSC code. So, i gave form 3 to Indian bank. After that my subsidy activated. But my gas connection was blocked from April 2015. I am not able to get gas refill for the past two months. Please do the needful.

                              Sir, 1. I am Bimlendra Mohan s/o Sh. Bagish Kumar Mishra r/o Mh- Jaipurwa Basti. My father sh. Bagish Kumar Mishra has given me cylinder and regulator. Which i am using at same address. 2. Consumer Number is 53252405 and distributor name is SHRI KANAK BIHARI BHARATGAS Basti U.P. 3. I have submitted all the documents including Blue book, SV, affidavit, address proof, id proof, ration card etc as told by your distributor and 250 INR as fee at 7 May 2015, he told me that transfer will be done after 7 days, when i went after 7 days he told me paper and blue book has been finished come after 2 days. 19 May 2015 when i went to your distributor office he asked me 568 INR more for Changing name, he told me that it is fees for changing DBTL account details, when i asked why he not take amount initially he told me that he forget. again he told me come after 7 days. 4. I asked BPCL that according to your charter name change will be done i 1 days, So why your distributor not changing name and why he charging me amount like that. Hope you will understand my problem, please kindly solved it as soon as possible, i have 2 receipt of amount 250 and 568 given by your distributor.                                 There is open gas cutting and stealing .there is underweight supply of syllander .there is invovement of delivery men because agency has appointed them without salary and telling them to cheat customers and manage their remuneration by gas cutting and stealing .so act of agency promotes corruption in gas delivery to doors of consumers.this is serious crime also when there is openly being gas refilling in the society that can create firing in the society.
