    मैं जब एजेंसी पर गया तो वहां पर नए कनेक्शन के लिये उनसे पूंछ तो उन्होने वहां मुझे मनमाने ढंग से मनमाने पैसे की मांग की। उनका कहना है की आपको कनेक्शन देंगे तो गैस चूल्हा लेना जरूरी है जबकि चूल्हा Optional होता है। उनका कहना है की बगैर चूल्हा के वो मुझे कनेक्शन नही देंगे ये सरासर मनमानी है इस पर कार्यवाही की जाए जल्द से जल्द कार्यवाही हो। एजेंसी वालो का कहना है वो चूल्हा के साथ नया कनेक्शन मुझे ₹6500/- में देंगे जबकि बिना चूल्हे के अलावा गैस सिलेंडर और रेगुलेटर गैस पाइप के साथ मिलाकर लगभग ₹2650 में कनेक्शन मिल जाना चाहिए जो की नही मिल रहा मुझे एजेंसी वाले देना नही चाहते । उनका कहना है की चूल्हा आपको लेना ही पड़ेगा और ₹6500 से कम में हम आपको कनेक्शन नही देंगे जो की सरासर गलत है और मनमाना है इस पर कार्यवाही हो जल्द से जल्द।

I would like to know how much company authorised them to collect for the delivery of cylinder with in 5 km. Also pl let me know how should I will claim for this excess money collected.           I have booked my Bharat gas LPG Cylinder on dated 14/04/2015 having a booking no[protected]. On dated 24/4/14, I received a message from bharat gas portal that LPG Cylinder was delivered on dated 22/4/2015. But no cylinder is delivered till date. I have gone to M/s BHARAT GAS SERVICE( Bharat Gas Distributor) having distributor code 113549 on dated 5/5/15. Distributor has verbally assured me that my cylinder will be delivered on the next day. Distributor did not delivered the cylinder on the next day and even till date. Appropriate action should be taken against the distributor for misguiding the consumer and not delivering the cylinder on time. Distributor has misused my cylinder somewhere else. My cylinder should be returned to me. My consumer no. is AJ8171 having mobile no. [protected].

            Dear Sir/Madam, Our Gas Agency Address is "Mag Gas Agency, Bharat Gas Distributor, 133-A, North Car Street, Vallioor-627117.Ph(04637):220381, 222381". Our house is not more than 1 km from gas agency. But the delivery persons are asking more money(Rs.30-Rs.40) than the bill amount.My neighbours are worrying and trying to not giving the amount .But the delivery persons are saying that" We won't delivery it to you if you say so". And one more thing Do we have to return the same cylinder? What if we urgently need a cylinder and the gas agency is delivering it after 10 days of booking.Can't we get help from neighbours?             cylinder delivery guy demands money every time to deliver a booked cylinder, every time he is asking Rs- 50 Extrta amount, worst think today he deliverd the cylinder & he deamands Rs 150 extra .
            in my home my mother she is not aware the bill amount she gave Rs-880 .
            bill amount is 730, he asked 880, so 150 extra amount he taken .
            Please help to take Immediately action for this agency & delivery person

              Petrol pump at Aditya Mall, Kala pathar Road, Indirapuram, gaziabad . They always try to divert the attention of the customer by doing different activities like cleaning of glass, asking some offers etc, after diversion of attention they minimum cheat 50% of quantity, This happen every time when ever i use that petrol pump, I would like to advice people that do not go on that petrol pump, because they always cheat . Today they accept that and fuel me 300 /- More fuel for the same. Regards Lalit

                  I have been trying ur Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai phones. No phone is being attended by any one. even distributors in Chennai are also following higher offices. I m surprised. Bharat gas do not need any more connection. Perhaps they have achieved everything. Great. Congrutulation. The same complaint is seen in other reviews also. Last two hrs I failed to talk.worst service. [protected] when cLled are giving inDane nos and wrong nos. Great well done. I needed 10 connections. I m searching others now. Stupids.

Dear sir, I am using gas cylinder of Bharat Gas service(Cheer sagar Patel nagar Kalpi road praise, jalaun 285001).I want to let you know there is no subsidy giving by the company on the cylinders even in any month.I've given all the information and full fill all the procedures to get the subsidy like link aadhar card.I went at my Gas Station where do I buy cylinder every moth but they denied and said we have no information regarding subsidy.                             Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Prafull Kumar Kujur, i have a bharat gas connection in the name of my mother (F.Kujur), i want to transfer the connection into my name because my mother is dead. so regarding this i have given application and all the document required in the agency that is Vineet Gas Berkheda Bhopal. i have applied for this in the month of February 2015, but still it not get transferred to my name whenever i called up or went to the agency they said its in process so come after 12 days, I went over there every month 2-3 times but I get the same answer always. Actually I want to link my connection to adhaar for subsidy but until the connection is not transferred to my name. Consumer no.[protected]dealer name M/s MP Gas service). i booked a gas through on service on 07.04.15 but till date they are unable to provide the same. i personally met with them and told me that the will reach tomorrow but every time they failed to do so. Most of the time their telephone line either out of order or switch off. so u are requested to take necessary step so that i can get gas at the earliest.                                 Dear, I have submitted all document to ravi gas agency with no 6477, they ask me for 7400 rs for connection i deny for stove pipe and regulator, they said then 1 customer executive visit your home to verify the stove pipe regulator, after that we can provide you connection it will take 15 days to visit then they force me to purchase at least regulator and pipe and cost rupee 5476 i deny they said ok then wait some one verify then you get connection now its more then 15 days i got message your connection cancelled,

                                      Dated : 05/05/2015 To, LPG Business, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., Bharat Bhavan II 5th floor, Currimbhoy Road, Mumbai-400001. Sir, I am a consumer of Bharat Gas (M/S KALAPANA GAS AGENCY, PC MITTAL BUS STAND, SEVOKE ROAD, SILIGURI). My consumer number is 6170. I have booked for a gas refilling on 01ST of April 2015 (Booking no. 501). The gas agency promised to deliver the cylinder within 10 days of booking date. Till date i.e. 5th May 2015, they have failed to deliver the same inspite of regular reminder personally at the office and on phone. This has been a regular thing for the past few years. I am a service holder and it is not possible for me to take leave and visit the gas agency to remind them. The agency proprietor puts forward silly excuses every time I approached the office. This is causing a lots of inconvenience at home at my kitchen. Please do the needful so that such problem does not rise in future. Thanking you in anticipation.
