Respected Sir, This is to inform you that I am Dhiraj Kumar and my consumer number is 710. I am a regular customer of Bharat gas. My complaint is against “No home delivery service of LPG Cylinder”. I am already submitted my application form for home refill delivered before 3 years but there is no response for the agency till now. I have booked my cylinder 18/03/2015 (44 days before) booking number 65556 still i didn’t get the cylinder. I went and asked the agency, they react rudely and said that no cylinders are available at this time. They harshly spoke still now they did not send the cylinder. Please take my complaint agencies Bharat Gas agencies. We are using only 1 cylinder and we are belongs to middle class family without cylinder we could not doing anything. Agencies are delivered very late for every month and my gas agencies are delivered shops of market area (Simribakhtiyarpur). Last Year they were issued only 7 cylinders, Sir I think they were resale the Gas for market for huge amount. So please resolve my problem as soon as possible.Plese query the old complain number of bhart petrolium -649322, 644407, 641415, 638780, 638018, 153839, 153669, 149669, 92838, 38527, 35911, 22927, 23176, 22927 MY Consumer number is 710.     We are having Bharat Gas connection vide consumer no.30188897 fvg Shankar Saw through your auth dealer Thirupati Bharat Gas Grameen Vitrak Barhi Dist. Hazaribag Jharkhand. We have booked for refill through online on 09.04.2015 booking no. 1467. But till date i.e. by 02.05.2015, we have not received refill gas cylinders. It is more than 23 days over since our refill booking. Your captioned dealer has not been responding properly and not supplying refill gas cylinders after visiting the dealer office for more than 10 times. We observed that your captioned dealer has been intentionally creating artificial shortage of supply and supply cylinders with collection of extra illegal commission. Some of consumers are requesting for transfer of their connection to other dealers in near by areas due to worst service of captioned dealer. but the dealer has not been transferring the connection to overcome extra rush of consumers.kindly ensure delivery of refill cylinders in time. Kindly arrange delivery of Gas Refill cylinders in time fromcaptioned Dealer as per company/Bharat Gas rules Regards Shankar Saw Bharat Gas Consumer Consumer No.30188897 Mob.no.[protected]
    My nephew Sh. Sant Kumar is using LPG of Bharat Gas Dealer of our area is Sh. Alok Gas Service, B-78 Gopal Nagar, Najafgarh, New Dlhelhi-43. I would be like to attention towards this dealer does not delivered LPG at Dhansa Village New Delhi-73 According to delivered code No. 113545 the name of supplier is Sh. Ram Janak. A number of times requested to timely deliver of the LPG at Dhansa Village, New Delhi-73 but they have denied to sent LPG to Dhansa Village and says that the Village of Dhansa is far away from Agency. As such the supplier will not be supply LPG at Dhansa Village. Apart from this the other Agency of LPG are doing home delivery from Najafgarh. There are no transport facilities from my nephew residence to take the cylinder from the Agency and carrying of LPG in DTC buses is not permitted. There are no other sources to take the cylinder to his village as well as other Gas Agency is not nearby at Dhansa Village. Please give appropriate direction to Alok Gas Service, Gopal Nagar, Najafgarh, New Delhi-43 as per provision of Govt. of India so that he may start supply cylinder at Village Dhansa. This will be a relief to the customers in rural areas on public interest.

      Ref: Gas Connection No. 11888 A/c Mrs. Sarita Maurya Gas Agency: Victory Enterprises Agency Code -113596 Sub: Subsidy discontinued – reg. Request to revive the subsidy. Dear Sir, It is learnt that the subsidy towards Gas has been discontinued stating therein that request has been received for its disconnection; whereas no such request has ever been made. Earlier I was getting subsidy and the last subsidy received in the month of January 2015 but thereafter no subsidy has been credited in my account; it came when I got the bank statement . I declare that I don't have any other gas connection. Please open this connection. I am facing genuine problems.                   am booked cylinder[protected] but till date am not receive . many times called Trupti dist Diva office, but they said non subsidy customer stock not available and they priority only subsidy customer first. Our PM Mr, Modi ji said if forget the subsidy help our nation thats why we not attached subsudy but from Bharat Gas trit that customer foot lavel . will log the complaint agains this issue on consumer court if this is happen again and again.                     Consumer ID: 53527368 Booking Confirmation ID:[protected] Phone: [protected] Booking was made on 08/Apr/2015 and not delivered till today (28/Apr/2015). We have been following up at least from past 15 days and everyday they are telling, it will come today. Friday (24/Apr/2015), we went to the agency to ask the status. The lady sitting there was not answering properly, in the end she said it was out for delivery. They gave the mobile number of delivery person, which is switched off when called. He never came, refill not delivered. Next day (25/Apr/2015), again my cousin went to see them. There were plenty of consumers visiting the agency with complaints. The agency office size is very small and the people sitting there look like college drop-outs. My cousin checked if he can get the empty cylinder and take the filled one, they said that wouldn't be possible. They said it would definitely get delivered that day. Didn't get the cylinder that day. When called them in the evening they said they will working on Sunday since there are many pending deliveries which was false information. Sunday they were closed. Monday (27/Apr/2015), they kept the phone aside and no possibility to talk them only. Tuesday (28/Apr/2015), we called them again, a lame/lazy fellow was talking. Asked some questions, which area, what is the name, when did you book, when I told him it is Bellandur, he said it will come tomorrow. I doubt if it will get delivered tomorrow also. There is a Customer Care number mentioned in Bharat Gas website, which is[protected], which is never connected. Is there someone or some authority to monitor these things, take some action? Why is taking months to deliver the cylinders only for this agency? Who gave these people distribution/agency permission, when they are not able to deliver cylinders in months?
                    Bharat Gas Agency LVN Gas at HSR Layout provides pathetic service (to use the word). The customer are always says cylinder is out for delivery and generate cash memo in advance. The delivery person is extremely rude and does not pick the phone most of the times. AT times he just leaves without entering the Apartment complex saying that no response was provided over phone.

                    I advice people to stay away from this agency. Terrible guys..

                    Same experience here with this agency specifically... Even after arising complaints in Bharat gas website, there is no response... Worst agency ever tied up with
                    I too faced the same experience with the staff working over there.

                    As per the contacts given in the home page I called to those numbers but they will pick and very rudely they are giving response.

                    My connection is blocked due to the old connection which is cancelled and not using ever.
                    when I go to the LVN Bharath Gas Agency they said the reason Adhar is blocked due to the 2 connections.

                    Then I submitted the cancellation letter from AP, supporting documents on Sat 8th September,
                    but when I call to the given numbers they are asking me to contact manager but when i call to the number Manager is not at all picking my number last 5 days onwards i am trying.please help me my gas is about to complete please help me.
                    I called them to ask my connection status please help me.
                    Even we faced the same experience. Their service is really pathetic. At the same time, they tell a lie that no one receives the call and even the manager agrees with the delivery boy.
                    Complete staff including manager is rude and has no manners to talk.
                    This is the worst gas service I have ever seen.

                        तक्रार करण्याचे कारण कि माजिवडा नाका, ठाणे (वे.) येथे असलेला आपला भारत पेट्रोलियम पंप, येथे भरपूर प्रमाणात ग्राहकांची फसवणूक पेट्रोल पंपवरील काम करणारे कर्मचारी करत आहेत. ग्राहकांना पेट्रोल भरतेवेळी शुन्य रीडिंग केव्हाच दाखवली जात नहि. ज्यावेली कोणताही ग्राहक पेट्रोल पंपवर पेट्रोल भरीला गेला असता आपल्या पुढच्याने पेट्रोल भरले असते त्याच्या पुढेच रीडिंग शुन्य न करता चालू करतात. त्यामुळे ग्रःकाचे लक्ष नसल्याने त्यांची फसवूनक होते. अश्या प्रकअर्ची फसवणूक माझ्या व इतर ग्र्हकांची भरपूर वेळा करण्यात आलेली आहे . मी तेथील पेट्रोलियम पंपक्फ्या मालकाच्या हे निदर्शनास आअनुन दिले असता त्याने उडउडवीचे उत्तर दिले. पण या वर काही तेथील कर्मचारी वर करवाई करण्यात आलेली नही. त्यामुळे मी निराश होऊन आता तुम्हाला हि तक्रार नोंदवत आहे. हे कर्मचारी प्रत्येक दिवसाला ग्राकांची फसवणूक करून २ - ३ हजार रुपयांची फसवणूक करतात. म्हणजे महिना ८० ते ९० हजारांची फसवणूक करतत. आमच्या सारखे मध्यम वर्गीय माणसे महागाईच्या जीवनात काटकसर करून आपल्या गाड्यांमध्ये पेट्रोल भरतो आनी पेट्रोलियम पंप वरील कर्मचारी अशी फसवणूक कर्तत. त्यामुळे ग्राहकांना अडचणींना सअमोरे जावे जात आहे. कारण हे पेट्रोल कमी भरतात त्यामुळे मधेच ग्रःकाच्न्या गाड्या बंद पडतात . मी आशा बाळगतो कि आपण माझ्या तक्रारीवर लवकरात लवकर पेट्रोलियम पंपक्फ्या मालकाच्या व पेट्रोल पंपवरील काम करणारे कर्मचारी विरोध योग्फ्य ती कारवाई करून मला इतर ग्राहकांना न्याय मिळून द्यल. धन्यवाद आपला मनोज फाटक जय म्हाराष्ट्र!

                          Dear Sir / Madam, I’ve my Fleet Card which has given by our organization name M/s-Otis Elevator Company (India) Limited. Today just 1.5hr. before, I’ve visited your above said petrol pump to fill petrol. I normally take out petrol slip from CMS machine then fill petrol, because some times CMS machine don’t work. As usual I’ve requested Mr. Bishan Singh Rathore to take out petrol slip. But fist time m/c shown monthly limit exceed. 2nd time same has repeated. 3rd time Rs.500/- petrol slip came out from m/c. When I requested to check again for another transaction, he started shouting on me saying “ I’m not your servant & I’ve no time……. He went out from room. When asked his name, he also shouted on me and started rough language and said go and do complain…………… This is the fact that we have corporate Fleet Card and no option to go other petrol pump except Bharat.                             I am having a domestic LPG connection of Bharat Gas with service provider ‘Akshay Gas Agency Sita Sadan, Chatrapati Shivaji Marg.Near police Station Bhayandar(West) Dist-Thane-401101.Consumer No.51100347. I booked my LPG cylinder on 9th April 2015 and we also got message that LPG cylinder was delivered on . But despite of repetative reminder it is not being delivered till now. Bharat Gas claims to deliver the gas-cylinder to its consumer within 24 -48 hours of booking and the staff is making daily commitment for providing LPG cylinder. I am daily calling gas Agency.but Agency staff not pick the Call. I am working persons and have not much time to call them.. earliest send LPG Cylinder.                                 Hi, On the pretext of KYC done during LPG Subsidy benefit, I have given the request to transfer the ownership from my Uncle's name to my Aunt's name, due to my uncle's demise in the past.I have submitted all the desired documents (KYC, Death certificate, PAN copy, ration card copy, LPG pass book copy & declaration copy) to the distributor- "Mohan Gas Service", with the initial charge of 350 Rs, duly acknowledged. Post doing this, I have been following up with the distributor since from month and a half, without much success. I have been speaking to the dealers here every time, and they say that, the form is getting returned back every time they submit it. Reason -"SV NO: in the Gas Pass book is not matching with their records". I just don't know what to do from here, rather than relying on the distributor, who is trying her level best to connect to the senior officers for this issue. My only concern is that, my aunt is an higher senior citizen with age crossed 85+, and she is a widow staying alone. She may not be running from pillar to post at this age to achieve this mandatory scheme. So, my humble request is to quickly fix this issue.                                     I had submitted an application for transfer of my connection from secundrabad to jaipur during the month of Aug 2013 but BPLCL terminated my gas connection on the false ground of multiple connection instead of transfer to jaipur after a lapse of one year and eight month in Jan 2015. On being approached with BPCL through personal application, they didn't responded it after a period of two months

                                      Dear Sir, I have complaint about Bharat gas home delivery service. My consumer no is 51306980, Dealer is Shahid Shankar Bharat gas agency, Shivaji park Chinchwad. I booked gas 12 days before, on 25/04/2015 the delivery boy brought the cylinder for delivery as per amount given on the slip Rs.640 I gave him, but he refused to take the amount and demanding extra money for delivery.Same situation is happened with my wife earlier he demanded extra money for delivery, when she refused to give he started quarrel. But this time also he talking rudely and asking more money for delivery. I refused to give extra money, he took back the cylinder without delivering it. This seams to be a serious issue, why we should pay extra money as it free home delivery. Please look into the matter seriously and help me to resolve the issue.                                         I am having a domestic LPG connection of Bharat Gas with service provider ‘Mukta Gas Agency ’ Jankalyan Bhoomi Park Sez 2 shop no.5 Malad west-400095(Distributor's Code 110871). I booked my LPG cylinder on 14th April 2015 and we also got message that LPG cylinder was delivered on (ref booking[protected]. But despite of repetative reminder it is not being delivered till now.
