I am Ranjit and I booked LPG on 11th April and today is 22nd April and till date I have not received my cylander. My consumber No is 9452. This is not happening first time every time i am facing this type of problem and I never get Cylander in 7 days. they take more than 15 days. Thanks Please do the needful as soon as possible Gas Agency name is Rathi Gas Agency, Faridabad, Sector[protected]. The phone number of agency are always busy and i am trying from last three days continuously.

Phone No: [protected] / [protected] / [protected] I have a complaint against Bharat Gas Distributor Kitchen Care, O T ROAD ULUBERIA NEAR ULUBERIA COLLEGE HOWRAH, WEST BENGAL 711316 Howrah, West Bengal. I have applied for a New Domestic LPG Connection on [protected]. I got a SMS with request ID 16532172 on[protected]. Then I contacted Bharat Gas Distributor “Kitchen Care” for getting new LPG Connection. The distributor demands of Rs. 7, 100/- for single cylinder including hotplate/stove, Lighter and cylinder trolly etc. The stove is “Apollo Company”. This stove price is around of Rs.1, 200/- . Actually distributor is enforcing me to buy stove, lighter, cylinder trolly with the connection as per my knowledge it is not compulsory to buy all accessories. I have contacted Bharat Gas East Regional Office (LPG Business Unit, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Plot 31 Prince Ghulam Md. Shah Road, Golf Green, Kolkata - 700 001). He told me total charages is 1, 950/- for single cylinder. Every consumer has been paid extra amount for this reason. There is no way to choose stove consumer choice. Could I please ask you to look into these matters - not only on my behalf but also on behalf of other new consumers, and in fact on behalf of company, too. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until before seeking help from you. I am one of your costumer my Name Bichitra Sahoo and my Consumer No 58538790, distributor Name:-Bharat Gas Agency, Bharat Gas distributor, Ainthapali Road, Sambalpur, -768004 Ph NO :-0663 2540443.My complain has on dated 17.04.2015 i was gone for gas refilling to our gas Agency when he was bill my gas that time one error had came his computer that was SUB=0/0 . he told me you have no subsidy quota due to this we can not refilling your gas . you should complain to bharat gas sales officer in main time i was call to Bhubaneswar sales officer MR Sunil Kumar[protected] .he told me give the phone to you distributor and he had scowling to him and told him why you give my Mob No to consumer some discussion was done both them .But he dose not give any solution to us simple told call to any other distributor solve the problem and main time the gas agent call some other agency they told still on we have not face that type of problem. After that finally he was call to Mumbai office regarding the problem they told him this type of problem was came other state distributor also this have server problem and tell to you customer come after two days .i was told him how i will cook between two days .they told me we can to any thing and we can not refilling your gas.atlast i was came to room. Again today i was go for gas but same problem hang on main time i was call to Mr sunil Kumar .He told me yourself you had cancel your subsidy Quote.i tild him why i will cancel my gas subsidy we was argument with me and cut my call and second time i was called him he is not pickup my phone call.then sir tell me what i will do. Last five days we are take food form hotel and i have 2 year old baby girl for her food and boiling the milk form my podasi home .Today i has request to one of my podasi give me gas cylinder he have give me half of filling gas cylinder but i will retune him full gas cylinder .But government planning have helpful to poverty people but now my self suffering lost of problem.           State: Tamilnadu District: Kanchipuram Agency: RSR Bharat Gas Agency Complaint: This agency people are not at all delivering the cylindar properly. We are daily calling and the response what we are getting is either call busy or not picking the phone. Also they gas delivery man is behaving very rude to the consumer's family members especially women. Also they are threatining the consumer to give Rs.50.00 minimum for delivering the gas otherwise they are saying like will cancel your booking and taken back the cylindar. I really shocked how the delivery man able to cancel the consumers booked one. Its really ridiculous to handle such person and agency people to get the gas at proper mannner. every time booking we need to call the agency or reach out to them to confirm whether the booking happened or not for confirmation becuase the IVRS system booking is not enough to trust. Many times it was failed. So kindly take necessary action to this agency and their delivery men. This issue is not myself alone facing most of the customers are facing. if you once visit that agency without informaing will come to know how many consumers are struggling and arugueing to them. I hope after read this complaint will take necessary action. if nothing is happen no use to raise this complaint will plan to switch over to other gas company either indance or HP. Thanks Ramesh

            I booked a refill on 24th march 2015, now its 21 April, I am yet to get delivery. Called several times and visited 5 times to the distributor office but they are assuring a Next day always but nothing happening.

            Their behaviour is too bad towards customer. I am strange how such distributor have been assigned by company.

            Their licence must be withdrawn. Many customers facing same issue.

                i am Ashok kumar and living in kalka (panchkula) . i submit aadhar card and passbook of bank in bharat gas office (panchkula) but after 25 day when i ask to bharat gas office employee, that my aadhar card is submitted or not. he says you are not eligible to get subsidy... i ask what is the reason, and why i can't get the subsidy. he says i don't know. in this case what i do...so please tell me.

                  i had ordered gas connection online from my android device on 1st of April 2015. Order Reference No[protected]. Please refer to attached screenshot. When there was no show from distributor i visited on 8th April 2015 and i got the answer from executive of Devmogra gas agency that they will send it on the same day. Again after waiting for 2 days i visited on 10th April 2015 and i got the new answer that i will get it on the same day. Today its 12th April and when i logged in to my web portal, to my surprise, my booking date was on 10th April and there is no record of booking of 1st April. i checked it on my android device also, there was also the same record. I thought that we have control over our ordering, but it seems that distributor can change our order dates as per his convenience. if it is so, then its shameful for company like bharat gas. thankfully i had taken a screenshot while ordering as i do it & keep always till i receive connection. Please revert on this mail ASAP. related to my earlier complaint of delay in refill supply complaint no 614319 i also want to mention that office of devmogra gas agency is 6 to 7 Km away from my home. before visiting 2 times i called on all 6 numbers provided on receipt of gas at least for 1 hour prior to visit.all what i experienced is all numbers are either ringing or busy on other call. when i visited Devmogra gas agency again i tried to call on same numbers just to see why they are not receiving calls. and to my surprise all telephones ringer are at lowest level and staff ignores all incoming calls and they only use phones when they want to make calls. this is very much ridiculous and unprofessional. today is era of advance technology and higher standards of customer satisfaction by any company unfortunately we are experiencing old traditional unprofessional behavior by bharat gas distributor. i am sending all these mails with the hope that bharat gas will take a serious note on this and do the needful.

                    Dear Sir That i have applied a LPG CONNECTION WITH REF NO 15982889 But Sawarn Gass Agency is not issuing me a connection and they are using abuse words with me I am related with poor Family And i have unable to take legal action against Sawarn Gass Agency i have also filled other forms for new connection but they are not collecting my this forms from me

                      Bharat Petroleum Petrol pump in Indirapuram - next to Big Bazaar. Usual distraction technique of asking for phone number in a register just before starting. Then, told that the machine stopped due to malfunction after filling Rs. 99.1 worth of petrol. Reset the meter to zero again and then filled another Rs. 530 worth of petrol in my bike. Filled close to 10 liter petrol in my bike whose tank capacity is around 8 litres! They ultimately charged me Rs. 530 + Rs. 100. This cannot be just the attendants. The register and all other distraction techniques means that this is institutionalized. I was told by other residents in the area that this kind of fraud is very common on that petrol pump.

                        Sir, I am a defence pensioner. My Bharat Gas consumer No:- is 8822. Name of the distributor is Hindustan Gas Agency, Chennai 600 020. For LPG subsidy Link Account No[protected] of The Tamilnadu State Apex Co-operative bank Ltd (TNSC) at Thiruvanmiur, Chennai 600 041 had been provided. On 04/02/15 Rs 568/- and on13/02/15 Rs 194.68 had been credited in to this account. But the subsequent subsidy, an amount of Rs208.68 has been wrongly credited in to my pension account XXXX703568 of SBI, located at Thiruvanmiur Chennai 600 041 on 06/04/2015. Wonder how this change? I write this to request you to please go thru this and get my subsidy deposited with TNSC bank as was done twice previously. Thanking you.                         I, am Sachin Gupta My Consumer No. is 66224. at Bharath LPG i have received cylinder to my residence four times i had payed amount at the market rate but still i did, nt received any subsidy amount in my account i have given already my Aadhaar & bank details to my below Agency. i had get to know from agency from last four times my subsidy amount is going to some other person account but they did, nt taken any action on that so please clear my problem to get my money to my accounts For your information the following details are shown below :-

                          There is only one petrol pump situated at Dando, Sanguem Goa which remains closed from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily. As a result the residents of whole sanguem taluka are inconvenienced. They have to travel another 7 kilometers to Sanvordem just to fill petrol & diesel in their vehicle. Kindly take immediate necessary action.

                            Our consumer number is 107459. The regulator which has been supplied is functional but the black coloured turning knob has been broken due to substandard quality of the product. When i complained to the dealer he is reculuctant to give replacement for the same.

                                My name is Nabeesa Mohd Ali with consumer number 21135 residing at Sahar, Andheri east. From 3 months i didnt receive my subsidy and when i went to my nearest gas office they are giving all kinds of excuse and stating that i linked my aadhar card to some other bank account which is not true. They are not at all helpful since 3 months i am constantly going there but nothing seems to work out i cant put all the time running behind this. If i dont get any help from this complaint i would have to come down to the head office. Please help if you can

                                  Hello, I am Suvankar Pahari, S/o- late Saroj Kr.Pahari, we have a LPG conneconnection of Bharat Gas, in the name of my mother . Kabita Pahari, However she has changed her name as Anju Pahari . Our consuumer no- 8304, Distributor id -461720, Griha Lakhsmi Gas Centre . For the salt 5 months i have submited all the needful document like, Name change cort paper of my mother, Adhar card no, mobile no, and bank account no, to the distributor for 3 times, but still now i am not able to bok my LPG through ivr nor by online as none of above mentioned document have been added to my LPG connection, status shown in online portal . If you kind enough, please let me know what should i do . Or should i take any other connection . Can you please take any action on this . Please revert by mail as son as possible .                                     Dear Respected sir/ madam. I am a consumer of Bharat gas at prartik gas service Palanpur, Gujarat. My Name Ashokbhai Kesharbhai Bhatol My consumer no is-8670 and my LPG Id is-1 [protected] Please deactivate non-subsidy mode so that I am booking gas through subsidy mode. When I went to distributor and ask them why I am not got subsidy amount to my bank account then they told that you already select opt for out of subsidy mistakenly. then I find what was my fault I am Select opt out of subsidy by mistakenly.                                         Sir, Please refer my consumer No.11600 in the name of MJ SIBIKUTTAN. My connection is with Preethy Bharat Gas Agency, Kodumthuruth, Kuthiathode, Alapuzha District, Kerala-688533. Ph.[protected]. An SMS received from BA-BPLPGb at 0513 Hrs on 18 Apr 15, mentioning that my LPG Cylinder against my booking No.[protected] has been delivered on 17 Apr 15. But the same has not been delivered to me yet after frequent remainders. I am staying with my wife and two school going children. We are fully depend on LPG for domestic cooking. Since last 02 days we are facing a lot of hard ship due to shortage of LPG. It is requested that, please intimate the present status of the LPG cylinder delivered by BP in my name on 17 Apr 15.
