Hi, My Consumer Number is 5534 and agency name is Yamuna Gas Agency, Rajpur Chungi, Agra (U.P.). From quite some time, when i book the cylinder, i do not get the cylinder on my door step, when after visiting their office after 20 days, they tell us to collect the same from there itself and in a very rude manner. The customer service executive they never respond to calls. There are 4 contact numbers given but it is just for name sake. whenever you call either it is busy or ringing but no one respond. Every time same issue n it has crossed all its limits now. I am contacting them since half n hour continuously first it was giving busy tone n then all 4 numbers are ringing but no one is bothered enough to pick and answer our query... In all very bad...
