I have already linked my aadhar number with Axis Bank. Kindly amend the bank details in your system.

    sir, this is very bad response by the LPG Bharat gas supplier (shop no-8, 9, Nagar market, tanki road, badarpur, new delhi-110044) in supplying the gas cylinder. I have booked my cylinder three times on[protected],[protected] & on[protected]. and the supplier don't even picking the phone when i trying to call them[protected] at 06:00 pm and many times in past days). sir i request you to please solve this complaint as soon as possible. we have in very bad situation from last one month due to the delay in the supply of gas cylinder. please solve the problem as soon as possible and provide us our cylinder as soon as possible. we are very thankful to the agency. other wise in very pathetic condition i have to go to the consumer court for the further process. thanks Shri.         Dear Sir/Madam, Me Mrs Manjula Bhaskar Panda, Consumer ID 51100791 with your distributor Devmogra Gas Agency -- received refilled cylinder on 2/3/15, for which i received the bill of rs. 629/-, I paid 630/- in cash. But till date I have not received subsidy amount in my account which details and aadhar no., I have already provided to your distributor, and once in Jan 24/1/15, I received also subsidy amount in my a/c. Now for the March delivery's subsidy, I checked in my account, then, even though I am staying at Bhayander, I personally visited there at Mira Road on 11th April'2015 and complained about non receipt of subsidy amount, to Mr Prabhakar, who is looking all these matters. He checked in his PC and informed me its not done by company, just check after 2 or 3 days. Still I told him as it was cash payment, why company will interfere, and should we have to follow up for subsidy each and every time, why it is being so delay to make refund of subsidy, still he replied the same, just look into your a/c after 2 or 3 days. Second thing we have booked the cylinder on 31st March 2015, till date we have not received it. Can you please let us know the status of both the things. And its my query to you too, does we have to follow each and every time for our subsidy amount Thanking you, Yours faithfully Manjula B Panda

            I have been waiting for my account to be unlocked for over 3 weeks now and have also submitted a complaint No 616376 direct to Bharat and still have had no call other than a automated email i have resubmitted my adhar card and back details as requested and was my account would be back to normal with in 1 - 2 days repeatedly i have no gas and need a refill regards

                Dear sir, My name is Akshya Pradhan and I am residing in kanpur as I mention above. I have a gas connection of Bharat Gas service my consumer no. is 57932337. I had booked my gas cylinder on fortnight of February and still I am waiting for the delivery.. When I asked them (Deep Gas Agency), they said first you have to submit you adhaar and bank details . I even argued with them that as per the govt. Policy you have to delivered cylinder before 31 March 2015. But they denied and did not agree to deliver the cylinder. Then I submitted my adhaar and bank details on 29 march 2015, when I was submitting the adhaar and bank details, they said that your gas connection is blocked. I asked them then what I will have to do, he said you submitted the required documents and your connection will be start within a week. I did the same and submit documents. Today I tried to book my cylinder but it did not... Then I made phone call nobody pick the phone.Why..? Now I want to know why are they not following government rules. Why these people do not fear because of not following rules.. So many times I read in news paper that if gas agencies did not pick the call of customers, government will take the action against them but they are still not following..just because of all this common man has to suffer, the common man who make the government but still are very helpless.. My request you to take against the action and asked the reason to block my gas connection.

Aadhar No.=[protected], Union Bank Account no. = [protected] Union bank of India akurdi branch ­ My NPCI status activated but bank account is not mine. Gas subsidy amount is not transferred on my bank account and you must refund it on my union bank account. I have mentioned all details and Please, make sure that you are transferring subsidy amount on correct account no. That i have mentioned above. From last 4-5 months subsidy amount is transferred on the unknown Bank of Maharashtra user. Please tell me where is the mistake. So that i can solve my problem. i don't get proper solution.                     Dear Sir, I Sri Lakshman Khan, Customer No.-20741, under Shyama Gas agency, (a Bharat Gas Distributor) of Bandel Station Road, Bandel, Hooghly, W.Bengal-712123 have to draw you attention that during last year (2014) the agency has supplied only six cylinders which has not full filled my required demand but on the other hand the distributor use to give new connection twice a day by paying Rs.-9000/- for each double cylinders. It is also very sorry to say that the behaviour of the gas distributor is worse in one word & even he often threatened me to withdraw my customer ship & even said that no one in India can take any action against him. In the above circumstances I would draw your good self for the same & request to take necessary action at an earliest to save the glorious prestige of our beloved Bharat Gas Company.                             Our consumer no. 12072 LPG Cylinder booked on 8/4/15 order no. 9300 and continue try to contact with OORJA AGENCE but no body received phone call. Also complain for help complain no. 617880 because Gas not available for cooking. Always we are facing this type of problem. So, please help us and shot out permanently as soon as possible. From quite some time, when i book the cylinder, i do not get the cylinder on my door step, when after visiting their office after 20 days, they tell us to collect the same from there itself and in a very rude manner.                                 The customer service executive they never respond to calls. There are 4 contact numbers given but it is just for name sake. whenever you call either it is busy or ringing but no one respond. Every time same issue n it has crossed all its limits now. I am contacting them since half n hour continuously first it was giving busy tone n then all 4 numbers are ringing but no one is bothered enough to pick and answer our query... In all very bad service.

                                  Dear Sir, Please deactivate non-subsidy mode so that I am booking gas through subsidy mode. When I went to distributor and ask them why I am not got subsidy amount to my bank account then they told that you already select opt for out of subsidy mistakenly. then I find what was my fault I am Select opt out of subsidy by mistakenly. So, I request you to deactivate non-subsidy mode as early as possible. With regards BHASKARARA RAO CONSUMER NO-25312

                                    I have booked the cylinder on 13th March. We did not receive any response for that. We went directly to the agency to check and they asked us to book again. We did it again. Last Thursday 9th of April we went to the agency again and they responded that it will reach by Friday 10th of April. Till now we did not receive the gas. We are not having any alternate solution if in case gas cylinder was empty . Pls take immediate action on this. Consumer Number is 121
