Consumer No. 66308910. Order date :[protected], Order No.: 5874. This order is not delivered yet but they have marked on the portal that cylinder is delivered. Many times and since long time I am trying to get refilled cylinder but they cancelled my order and after complaint they marked delivered instead of cancel. Distributor JAI HARSH BAHUGUNA GAS AGENCY, Noida- 201301. Pl. look into the matter so that I can get refilled cylinder at my home as I have to buy from market at high price.
Pl. take action.

      I, Dr. Rubina K. Baithalu, having Bharat Gas connection, Karnal but facing a huge problem regarding recieve of Gas cylinder. This Gas Local agency is not able deliver the Gas cylinder even after 10 days of booking and on asking about the problems, agency persons showing very irresponsible and careless attitude towards consumer complaint. So keeping in view all these problems faced by consumer, i, personally appeal that strict action must be taken to solve problems faced by consumers. Thanking you

        Consumer No 36246 I received my refill cylinder via OR NO 790. The delivery boy demanded a Rs 30 tip. When I said it is not mentioned in the bill, so please get it mentioned in the bill and I will pay delivery charges ! He counter that by saying, it is also not mentioned that it is a free service, so better pay or else I will not deliver your cylinder and you can go to the distributor and pick it up yourself! When I refused saying 'please get it included in the bill and I will pay', he threatened me with non-delivery of refill from the next time! All this when he had left the refill cylinder on the ground floor with the security and not even brought it up to the 3rd floor in the elevator! Please ensure that the delivery/ service charge is mentioned in the bill! If not please ensure that your delivery boys do not threaten and demand a delivery charge! You expect us to give up subsidy, but first please make your refill booking and delivery a stress free process! If you can't have delivery boys not behaving properly then why should I give up susbsidy??
        Same incident happened with me, when I protested against the extra charges. In my case, the delivery boy charged extra around Rs. 12/- for delivery about which it is nowhere mentioned in the bill!!!

          Since last 4 months i am trying to change may father's name (S Hanumanta) to my Mother's name (Leela Sabanna Medigiri). My Consumer No is: 51093475. as My Father Has been late at 3/09/2011 so we enable to link our adhar card for further registration. So i want to change the name of my father to my mother. and we enable to get gas cylender battla. so please i request you do complete this process at your end.             Respected sir/ madam. I am a consumer of Bharat gas my agency chitra gas service noida uttar pradesh My consumer no is- 44755 an I am Create a LPG Online Cnsumer ID User Name mnkumar and then Due to wrong click on "opt out of subsidy option", It has been activated. I complaint against this thrice to the agency on which they replied it will get deactivated from 1stApril.2015.. But till date it has not happened.Now the agency is not accepting my adhaar card xerox and bank details also . Please help me on this & change...
            Kindly change my LPG connection to subsidy category because I have clicked opt out of subsidy by mistake in the online

              Sir... the officers out here in Shyambazar are harassing customers... I booked my gas on 26th March... but they cancelled it saying that all bookings before 1st April has been cancelled... n they rebooked it on 2nd April... everyday when I come.. they say me to come on next day.. now they say I'll get my cylinder after 12 days... today is 10th April... sir we r buying food since last 4 days... when will I be cured of this problem... why is. bharatgas harassing its customers...??? I'm an old customer of this company!!! Isn't there any rules?? sir for how many days will we have to buy food.

                Dear sir/mam, the bharat gas agency(Sheetal gas agency)in our town(Dhulian, mushidabad.west bengal) are not being able to deliver gas on time.We are being asked to pay extra money(black money) to get it.there is no fixed dealer of this agency.we are just rotating from one person to another(shyamal jha, ramesh memani, arup rai, mr.jadav, mr.chandi, mr.bappa etc.)we the comman man are ignored and are facing many problems.as per the rules, we should get cylinder within 48 hours, but we are not getting it.they are doing this fraud practises under their supplier in durgapur. Hope you may take serious action against it. Yours faithfully Bharat chatwani

                  hi, since two days we have gas leakage smell, when we try 24 hours emergency support, no one picks call !!! even the local office staff number tried no one picking... they are very care less on emergency... they should compensate this and realize the value of emergency calls... consumer number 21821 in the name of meenakshi

Kindly note below following details of My Gas connection.                         Respected Sir/ Madam, My Consumer No. is 17607 and the booking order ref.No.[protected] dated 01.03.2015. For the last two whenever I enquired the status about the booking the repeated answer is giviing your distributor cleared up to 28.02.2015. Then expected that the distributor will deliver the gas in the next day.At last today I contacted the distributor (Rose Flames Kochi.Tele No.[protected], 2102040, 2102041) they are telling that no supply of cylinders today. Then I contacted your customer care centre[protected], that madam fired me like me anything and telling that it is not her duty to distribute the gas to the customers. Then I asked her Boss's contact number. Madam refused to give the number and disconnected the telephone. What is the use of providing this type of Customer Care Center to the public.                           I, Bikash Krishna Chail, Kali Babu Street, Upper Bazar, Ranchi; a consumer of Bharatiya Gas Services; Bharat Gas Distributor, Shop no.-2, Ganga Ashram, Kutchery Road, Ranchi-1, Jharkhand; is having consumer no.-744643.I have submitted all the required details of my Aadhar card and Bank Account number to the said gas agency in order to get the subsidy through the Bank into my bank account and I've been told by the distributor that my Aadhar no. has been linked to my account. Apparently, although I have taken 3 cylinders including subsidy amount, i.e, on 2.2.2015, 2.3.2015 and 6.4.2015, no amount has been found to be deposited as yet.Morover I've been informed by the bank manager that due to some unknown reason my Aadhar no. is not linked to my account.As yet, I'm deprived of the rightful subsidy.

                            refill cylinder delivery not received but in system status showing delivered

                              I am Ch. Ramesh Babu. My Cust no. CX11524241. Vide bill no. [protected] dt 6-3-2015 refill was delivered to me. Yesterday when we tried to fix regulator, it was not possible since the cylinder valve of different dimension is fit to the cylinder. On our complaint, the distributor deputed technician, who declared the cylinder is defective inview of improper valve fit to the cylinder and informed that he will arrange replacement. But, replacement of cylinder is not done till this second inspite of calling the distributor contact no.s several times. Due to non availablity of cooking gas we had to plan our food from hotel since yesterday. We request you to intervene and resolve the issue immdediatley without further delay.

                                My Bharat gas consumer no is 70001757, and distributor is Mahavir gas agency which is from Lokhandwala complex, Kandivali east mumbai 400101. As my consumer card has been fulled so I have applied for new consumer card for that gas agency have charged RS 50/- And I have asked for receipt of RS 50, then they have denied for receipt and told me your book is your receipt. Please confirm me is BPCL or distributor is not issue any receipts against the renewal of consumer book.

Name and address of the Gas Distributor : Jay Bharat Gas Agency, In front o[censored]CO Bank, RM’s Office Ainthapali Road, Sambalpur. 6. Complaints : : Inspite of complain about defects in the regulator Six months, the distributor neither sent his man to check it nor changed it when approached at his retail outlet on the pretext that there is no supply of regulator from the company and advised to purchase the same from outside. No home delivery since last One year still adding home delivery charges in the cash memo even if delivery is taken from his retail outlet. On demand of deduction of home delivery charges, threatens to take delivery from godown which is a far away from the town as if it is in the condition of supply for which the consumer is bound to pay. The money so extracted amounts to cheating the consumers and the state as neither VAT nor Income tax is paid for the same by the distributor." 7. Present position of my gas Booking : Booking No. & Date :[protected] dt.14.02.2015 On dialling the distributor denies to deliver and advises to take delivery from the retail outlet which I am reluctant to do so. The facts stated above is not only true with me but also most of the consumers under your distributor.

                                    Dear Sir, I am a consumer of Bharat Gas.Recently I have transfer my connection to Chhatishgarh, Dealer name- GURUKRIPA BHARAT GAS GRAMIN VITRAK.Distributor Code-183888. I have booked a cylinder on dated 09.03.2015 Order no-2873. The distributor has collected from me Rs 750/- and delivered the LPG cylinder without any cash memo. When I ask for cash memo they informed taht their printer is not working. But when I check the same in online I found that the actual amount of LPG refil is Rs 633/- which showing in website. I enquired the same at Distributor office the office bearer told that the Distibutor owner has instructed that to collect Rs 750/- . They are also collecting the same from all the customer and never provide any cash memo to any one. I have also contacted owner of distributop mr Chandak but no satisfactory answer given by him. I also try to contact with officer of bharat gas mr Bhagel in his no [protected] many times but he has not picket the phone. Kindly look into this.
