Consumer No: 9866 Consumer Name: Jayamma Order Reference ID:[protected] Booking Date: 20/03/2015, 13.02PM Dear Sir, Its really ridiculous to see the supply of Refill Cylinder from Maheshwari Gas Agencies situated in Chickballapur, I have been struggling to get my cylinder on time every time i book, referring to the Consumer & Order reference details last month i booked the refill cylinder on 20/03/2015 at 13.02 PM it is now 06/04/2015 but still i didn't get any response from them about my booking status and they even don't bother to pick the phone at their office contact number. When i spoke to the customer care (Toll Free No.) i came to know that only 7 cylinders are due which are booked before 30/03/2015 in which our booking reference can't be seen and also when i see the refill order history it shows Delivered, it was a big surprise to me. I also have filed complaint with Bharat Gas with the Complaint No.597570 on 06/04/2015 to know the reason for delay in supplying the Refill cylinder, If such delay continues i would like to opt to change the gas agency in future.

    In Guindy, there is a petrol bunk (bharat petrolium) near Lemon treee hotel junction. On saturday evening, I went there and asked for petrol of 1000 rupees. when one person asked me to check the ZERO in the meter, other asked me the card. By the time, I have handed over the card to second person, the reading in the meter is 200 and when I asked about it... they said that they thought I have asked only for 200 rupees. Again he put the petrol of 800 rupees. But at some corner, I have doubt that those people have cheated me. Finally, I found that my digital meter showing the less number of lines compare with earlier times when I put petrol of 1000 rupees. In fact, this is not new, it happened so many times in other petrol bunk of Bharat petroleum in Medavakkam (one near CasaGrand). they used to put petrol of 20 rupees initially even after I showed the I asked for 250 rupees petrol and have the card in my hand. Unfortunately I cannot prove anything. May be next time, I will go with empty tank of my car and will catch them. But I request you to take some action, otherwise the reputation of the company will go off.

      Hello Sir/Mam, I beg to say that i have applied for the bharat gas connection online, and i received confirmation mail of booking No. 16252462 dated 28/3/2015 but when i visited the DHRUV LPG DISTRIBUTORS there is a person-in-charge who is issuing the connection to other people, he is not paying attention to my request and then his assistant came to me and ask for the BRIBE (Rs 1200), in case i will not give any money then they will not issue me the connection. PLEASE HELP ME SO THAT I GET MY CONNECTION .

        sir, My adhaar no.=[protected], My LPG gas connection no.=47696686, My bank of baroda a/c. no.= [protected], My three lpg gas subsidy is not submit in my bank a/c. .Sir my first bank a/c. is s.b.i. but this a/c. is close and new a/c. is open in bank of baroda.I have submit all document in my bank of baroda a/c. .But my adhaar no. is not linked it any a/c. it is show adhaar status in s.b.i. in inactive status.I have also submit all document in my gas agency.(Karm gas service) in ahmedabad, gujarat.And submit complant application also.But problem is not solve.So please update my npci.I have also complant bharat gas petroleum complant no.=535446

          I Arpita A Thakur, ( Con.N.8794, Om Vinayak Gas, Poona Nagar Andheri ) like to state as follows :- I book my Gas on phone and opted the delivery on Saturday / Sunday. Inspite of that the delivery boy come between the mid day. Even SMS is not send to us about the delivery. When I went to enquire in the Agency office manager viz. Ms. ponam Chouthala behave arogantly. She says dont' complain about delivery boy. If you want cylinder then book again. You will get when your number comes. SMS is sending by company. Otherwie keep the keys of your house with neighbours. ( Many times we wait for delivey boy on opted days up to7 pm. and he comes at 9.30 p.m or 10 p.m. as deliver time is 8 a.m to 6 p.m.) So please do the needful in the above matter.               Dear Sir My gas connection is transfered to new gas agency name Mahendra Bharat Gas in Hapur city in Uttar Pradesh. Sir, I applied for name transfer as my father in law is no more so I submitted relevant documents to the concerned gas agency but they are asking for Rs 1250/- to transfer gas to my name. One more thing I would like to bring in your kind notice that my connection is shifted to this agency in the month of January 2015 since then they have given me only one refill in last four months. I have applied for transfer within the family upon death as I have lost my husband & my father in law both. I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest as I am badly in need of gas refill and DBL facility provided by your Esteemed company.                 I have given request for change of name and transfer of ownership of consumer no 408201 with Bharat Gas to the distributor Sagar Gas Service Ulhasnagar (Thane) from my father name Mr. Ashok Bhatia to my mother name Mrs. Kanchan Bhatia due to demise of father and sub, ited all the require documents as the details are uodated in records but distributor is asking to pay Rs 700/-.Kindly give the clarify and comfirm for the same.                   Hi, I am the consumer of Bharat Gas and my distributor is Ravi Gas Services Gurgaon . I booked the cylinder through the IVR system and I went to take the refilled cylinder but i was refused that they will not have the slip with them so they can not give the cylinder . I called the distributor office for the same but there was no support from there side. I have enclosed the photos that they have the refilled cylinder with them and they talk very rough . And the same I am observing since long time. This is the monopoly I was told that they will delivered the cylinder is sector first. We are paying the delivery charges to distributor but we have to go there to collect the refilled cylinder. Today when I gave reason that it is very difficult to me to come daily to check that they have the booking slip with them or not then the rep said If I need the cylinder then I have to come daily to check the status. I told him I can not come after two three days then he said leave the job for cylinder and If I will not come the my booking will be cancelled. There is no support from this distributor. Please look into the matter and revert .

                    Dear sir, I have booked my gas on 25 mar 2015 vide your reference no.[protected]. But so far i have not received my gas cylinder. I have approached customure care too. but there is no satisfactory answer from them. Threrefore, please look into matter and give my cylinder delivery as soon as possible.

                      Hi I got message after 1 week applying for the Bharat Gas connection. I was told that I will get the connection after the verification withing 4-5 days but after 1 week I got sms that "Dear customer ref, no: 15359252 even after intimation you did not received the connection so your application got rejected". I went to the Hafizpet, Hyderabad office. They gave me the no of the verification person (Ravi - [protected]) but he did not come. Everytime I call this person he asks the address and he wouldn't come. It became painful for me running every time to their office. I cannot understand where is the issue. Please help me.

                          Very poor & thirdclass service given by your agencies...i stay in hadapsar, pune.. i have gas card of Aditya Bharat Gas Agency.. They people are very rood.. very bad service..no help in any case.. How can you give agencies to such a bastered. Cant you check customers review?? go to just dial.& check rating & reviews for this agency.. i know we are middle class people..so even after thousands of complaint no one take serious action against these bastered.. most of the people are scared to complaint because they think agency will discontinue their card. They dont trust you because you dont have transperency.. i know after a long complaint you just read it..No action against agency.. But please do somethink for people who are frusted..
                          Very glad to se bharat gas is very thirdclass coumpany i stay in solapur i have gas card of navbharat gas solapur my name porting charges only gas card Rs 850 rupees oniy its very shamfhule to bharat gas i have take him all doucument navbharat motor agency they behaving me very gladly so dont get the new connection bharat gas

                              Good morning sir I am enrolled with avadh Gas Agency basopatti (madhubani) bihar who is a distributor of bharat gas. I am resident of village hisar kodariya tola. The distributor never delivers cylinder on time and harasses all the consumers. I had booked cylinder on 27 feb 2015 and the agency delivered cylinder on 27 march after i made three visits to his agency. The dealer Mr Pandey always makes excuses and he asks to pay rs 200 extra if we want early delivery. We are left with no resort. I request You to resolve my problem immediately otherwise I will approach to consumer cor.

From anybody on this matter.My details and complain is mentioned below- My consumer no. Is[protected] Distributor is.-Shyam Ji enterprises, sec-B-7, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070. Complains are as below- 1-Your team delivers the cylinder usually in 10-15 days which is too late and I can't not stay at home for ten days waiting for gas. 2-Nobody calls or responds to landline no.[protected] 3-This time you guys have crossed all the limits, I booked gas on[protected]ref no.[protected] I got a msg on 30th March that gas has been delivered on 29th to my address which is a complete lie. The gas is not delivers and I am sure it has been sold in black market to earn money.now it's been 5 days since I lodged complain with your cust care but there is no response.

                                    Respected Sir, I Kshirsagar Vitthal Ajinath applying for new gas connection. I got 1) request id on 18/02/2015 and REQUEST ID IS 14949403 2) request id on 12/03/2015 and REQUEST ID IS15667100 3) request id on 14/03/2015 and REQUEST ID IS15742871 I meet to the near distributor his name and address is as given below, LAXMIVAIBHAV BHARAT GAS AGENCY, GALA NO. 12, YASHWANTRAO CHAVAN SHOPPING CENTER, JAMKHED ROAD KARMALA, DIST-SOLAPUR -413203. (SAP CODE – 114572). The above said distributor is demanding more money (6000 Rs. for single cylinder connection and 8000 Rs for Double cylinder connection). Is also asking various question regarding kitchen construction and forced to take another accessories. I asking for more demanding finally he was not provided bharat gas services. Please do the needful and take the action immediately as early as possible. I am waiting for positive reply. Thanks and regards.
