Sir, My Consumer No. is 40331. My Distributor is Sai Krupa Gas Agency in Ashok Nagar, Chennai. I have booked the cylinder two times and i have not recd. the subsidy. After enquiring with agency they said my Aadhar no. and bank account no. is linked with some one and the subsidy was credited to them. Again I have given the proof to link the correct no. I have gone to the agency to check whether Aadhar no. was updated, but no is responding....

Bharat Gas had delivered expired cyclinder at my home. The date on the cylinder is D-14 which means that the cyclinder should not be used after that day, but without checking the expiry date the cylinder was delivered, the delivery was received by my wifer who is unaware of how to check the expiry date so was not in a position to return it on delivery.
