Dear Sir/Madam my consumer no is 759, I booked my gas cylinder on date 04.03.2015 & my waiting no is[protected] but up till my my cylinder is no delivered in living home. I try to my gas agency often they are not giving response & always their phone is busy. Some time I call him, they caught my call & every time lies, today you will be gas cylinder definetly delivered at your home but up till not delivered.

    Dear Sir, I am a consumer of Bharat GAS AGENCY HOWLY and my Consumer No. is 57070221. I had booked for Home Delivery of cylinder online on[protected] & the order no is[protected]. But till date, I have not received my refilled cylinder from the distributor. I have contacted the distributor several times but not getting any positive response. Some time they answer that they will not give the home delivery service. It is to be noted that this is not the first time I am facing such type of problem from the distributor. Hope I get solution to my problem from your end. Thanks...YOURS SURESH SOLANKI BETUL

      My Bharat Gas new connection application was submitted with Sree Balaji Gas Agencies, Bangalore.I got allotment of request id 15322197 on[protected]. On March 3, 2015, I went to submit all the documents. The lady over there asked me to pay Rs. 8, 000 consisting of Deposit amount, Gas stove, lighter, gas tube etc. I was hesitant to pay so much as i had planned to buy myself new gas stove, lighter etc. So i informed that i will revert to her later. On 9th March, i again approached the dealer and said i am ready to pay the deposit amount only and asked them to give me a connection. They immediately replied saying it will take minimum 15 to 20 days to get gas connection and they have to do inspection. I agreed and asked for acknowledgement after i submitted the documents. They refused to give acknoledgement and said i will get a call in my mobile for inspection. Today morning i got a sms saying that since i had not availed the bharat gas connection after intimation, my request is cancelled. This is not true. I have availed the connection. May be the distributor had not submitted it to the company. This is unfair to the customer like me. Distributors must be made serious about their job. There are so many people who will suffer like me due to the negligence of the distributor. Hence, requesting you humbly to grant me the bharat gas connection and ensuring such distributors are taught a good lesson to learn good governance.

          Dear Sir/Madam, Today I have visited the Gas agency along with the required details to get one cylinder connection, But the people are in the Agency is not willing to give me the connection alone. They are insisting me to purchase the stove and other stuffs, the total cost for 1 cylinder connection is 6, 500/- and they said they will not give bill for the entire amount, they will give bill for part amount only. I already have gas stove (ISI approved) with me, so i don't require any vessels from them. As per the mail from the Bharat gas also said I don't need to purchase any the vessels from them. I told them that if they are not giving me the connection alone, then i will complain to concern person, but they said I can give complaint to anyone, they will not bother about anything. In HP and Indance agencies this procedure is not like that, if I require then they will give vessels, other wise only connection can be get it from them, Then why Bharat gas is like this. Pl suggest a way to proceed further, this will be helpful for me and any new customer of Bharat gas

            We booked our replacement cylinder on 10/03/2015. Till 19/03/2015, we did not receive cylinder . Twice We got answer from Bharat gas on calling them for status, "today you will get it". On 21/03/2015, we personally went to outlet with empty cylinder but outlet authority asked us to collect new cylinder from delivery person who was somewhere in the area for other delivery. Very pathetic se service and level of response. Never expected such things from Bharat Gas

                      Bharat Gas had delivered expired cyclinder at my home. The date on the cylinder is D-14 which means that the cyclinder should not be used after that day, but without checking the expiry date the cylinder was delivered, the delivery was received by my wifer who is unaware of how to check the expiry date so was not in a position to return it on delivery. When I checked to I came to know about this faulty cylinder. Could you please help in resolving this issue.

                        Hi, Greetings. Please register complain against Nizamuddin (Nizam) of Distributor Neeljyoti, Distributor Code 131346. The delivery man Nizam everytime asks for bribe or extra money when he comes to deliver aLPG gas. Prize of a 14.2kg LPG is Rs. 646/-, including subsidiary amount of Rs. 226, which is fixed by Indian Government. But everytime the delivery man Nizam asks for minimum Rs. 20/- extra. This time when we have protested strongly against this he denied to deliver LPG cylinder and finally he said from next time he won't deliver LPG cylinder and insultaed us with threat that next time we must go and collect cylinder from delivery center.                           Dear Sir, I own a Chevrolet SAIL, capacity 42 Lts. On 23rd Feb 2015 I refilled the same by 10 Lts, from your Kadru Outlet (Ranchi, Jharkhand) which is barely 2 KMs far from my residence on 24th my parents had to go to out of station so we went for full tank at same outlet I was a shock for me that despite having 10 lts of petrol my car was refilled with 43 lts. I lodged a complaint, and the manager on duty assured me that I will get the status within 24 hours. It is evident that I have lodged complaint about the same outlet in past also, which never get ressolved. On 17th March 2015, I once again visited your outlet for refilling as well as enquiring about the complaint. The manager on duty asked me sarcastecally - Sir, why do you get your refill here, as we are chor...Please stay away. The entire story I narrated to your Area Sales Manager Mr Ravi Kiran (Cell No. [protected]) within half an hour. He told me that since he is out of station, he will come to Ranchi on 18th and ressolve my issues. And as expected Mr Ravi Kiran never contacted me back. Tonight I gave him a Text Message but I am not very optimistic about any outcome. May I expect a justice from your good office. It is also requested to gather the credibility of your this outlet. There are so many complaints about measurement as well as behaviour. An early reply will be highly appreciated.

                                Hi, My Consumer Number: 50287188 Name: K. RAMANAIAH I've submitted my bank details to the Prateek Agency on 06-MAR-2014 Friday. The executive (I do not know his name) in your office told me that I can book the gas after 2 days as the bank details will be registered by that time. And accordingly, I booked the gas on 10-MAR-2015, but till now I did not get the gas. When I called today, one of your executives told me that my bank details got registered and I have to wait for another 2 days to book the gas. The previous booking will get cancelled due to unavailability of the bank details, he said. Not sure, Why this much late. We are in URGENCY of the gas and it is really a big problem waiting till this time. Kindly check this and deliver the gas ASAP else I will have to complain to the Consumer Forum against the Prateek. regards, Ramana [protected]

                                    Delivery man demanding extra rupee 100 over the actual cylinder rate as a delivery charge, delivery man taken back cylinder up on refused to give extra money... and three time complaint has raised in BECS bharat gas agency distrubutor RR nagar bangalore, but still this problem is not resolved, every time i ama getting gas by our personally visit, kindly mention delivery charges as aplicable if any...                                       Sir/Madam, I am a soldier of Indian Army and posted far away from my home, I had applied for change of ownership of Bharat gas of LPG connection No 010600 and Subscription Voucher No 483989 agency name Lakshmi Gas Agency from my name to my father's name on 13 Feb 2015. The distributor asked to submitted requisite Application form alongwith necessary documents. Now when my father went to the distributor to submit the documents, he asked for Rs 1200/- alongwith the documents. On enquiring he told that he will not give any receipt for this amount as it is the expenditure on processing the file with Kolkata head Office. He said that without paying Rs 1200/- my file will not be forwarded for processing. It is a clear case of asking for bribe for doing legitimate work. I request the cconcerned authority to look into the matter and take suitable necessary action so that my gas connection is transffered in the name of my father without paying bribe.

                                        My A/C no [protected] and Bank Bank of Maharashtra Pune main branch My Aadhar No is[protected] My Gas Distributor is Pasalkar Gas Co. and Consumer No. is 50989582 I have been told that Advance of 568 is sent to my no. on 24/01/2015 and 176.84 on 14/02/15. When enquired the Gas Co had entered my IFSCode as MAHB0003007 whereas they should have enered the correct no given to them which was MAHB0001150. Although this is pointed out and i was told that Gas Subsidy failed because the Gas Distributor had entered incorrect IFSCode the mistake has not been rectified and the Advance and also next subsidy is still not deposited though repeated complaints made.
