Following the submitted online request I have submitted all the relevant documents and the retail invoice of LPG stove purchased newly to the distributor on 16/03/2015
I was however not given any acknowledgement for the same by the distributor even after requesting the same.
The distributor told me that there will be an inspection of the LPG stove that may take upto six months. I was left wondering why so long when the status on your website shows that the new connection request has been cleared.
