Dyal gas hapur distt hapur 245101 connection no. - - 33630 name - prem das My gas is delivered on 20 feb 2015, but in there system gas shows delivered on 25 feb. Now I have booked on 9 march via ivrs no [protected]. dyal agen. is saying gas will be book on 21 day after delivery so dyal gas not respond and not give my gas cylinder. please helppppppppp meee my no [protected].

    CHANGE OPT OUT OF SUBSIDY TO SUBSIDISED Proceed for Register Subsidised Cylinder Dear Sir, I think that Due to wrong click on "opt out of subsidy option", It has been activated by mistake. Kindly deactivate this from my Bharat GAS consumer number 60965707 as soon as possible. Please help me on this. I am totally disappointing from bharat petroleum . I am not to brought gascylinder in double price from distributor because i am belongs to a low middle class family. Therefore it is highly improbable for any person to opt out by mistake as there are so many steps before one could opt out. Nobody does not wants to de-activate getting its better facilities. So requesting you to kindly go through it and take immediately action for deactivate this worst facility from my gas connection to make normal people happiness.I hope to hear you all from soon with support.       Margao Gas Distributor having authorised LPG Gas Agency of Bharat Gas was charging extra money from consumers as transport charges. The news was published on Goa Local TV news channel Prudentmedia. Mr.Gregory your Goa Regional officer was investigating officer.

        Dear Sir, I am a consumer of MANAS GAS AGENCY (Distributor Code: 135379) HOWLY and my Consumer No. is 377. I had booked for Home Delivery of cylinder online on[protected] & the order no is 167696. But till date, I have not received my refilled cylinder from the distributor. I have contacted the distributor several times but not getting any positive response. Some time they answer that they will not give the home delivery service. It is to be noted that this is not the first time I am facing such type of problem from the distributor. Hope I get solution to my problem from your end. Thanks and Regards, BIPUL DAS

                LPG gas consumer no.11628(double cylinder) Saraswati gas agency Yamunangar(Haryana) refile booked about 25 days back, rrefile not delivered at home even after making requests telephonically as well as verbally. Through tollfree no [protected] complaint no.516287 made against agency holders message sent complaint has been resolved, on 09.03.2015 message recieved that cylinder has been delivered on 08.03.2015, but no such cylinder has been delivered till today even after visiting at the agency.by sending wrong message that cylinder has been delivered on 08.03.2015 the agency holders not only mislead the controlling agency but also the complainant.                   Agency Bangalore Gas : Customer Ref no 14706537, all documents including the notary attestation submitted on 16th Feb 2015 for new gas connection. We were told that Bharat gas personal will visit the house to check stove (as we already have one). Multiple followups are done. No response. Agency person does not lift any calls. Need speedy assistance

                      this is to inform u that we had booked a refill of bharat gas on 2nd feb aginst booking no 23790276 on he name of K.Kumar.. mohan garden, we have this connection since 1997 with delhi gas but these people, without any intimation, chnged our gas agency, which was in uttam nagar earlier, to nazafgarh, , which is 16km away from our house, after sending so many sms' they dint respond, not even bother to attend calls, Its not possible for us to take lv from office every day n go there to enquire about our gas. its been more than 1 month, that we have not received our gas which is the basic need of ones home... pleae look into the matter, and try to resolve it ASAp... make call--[protected] mail at :shifali.[protected]@gmail.com

I have received my refill on 29th Jan.2015. my cash memo no. is 389330 of M/s Chaitanya Gas Service of Dombivli, Dist. Thane. I have not yet received my subsidy in my bank account no. [protected] of DNS Bank, Pendharkar College Branch, Dombivli East. I have registered a complaint on your toll free no. bearing serial no. of 523140 dated 10th march 2015. Till date not a single feedback has come to my notice nor any reply inspite of auto reply generated says that " Our officer will Contact you shortly." I therefore request you to please look into the matter and resolve my subsidy issue immediately as it is now next cylinder booking time.                           My consumer no is 20678 a gas holder of M/S Rushikulya gas, berhampur. I take two times gas from rushikulya gas agency one is feb 2015 and another is mar2015 but i am not getting any subsidy. why i am not getting subsidy give me the reson.my mob no is [protected].

                            I had registered myself online sometime in november2014 pursuant to your SMS dated 22/11/2014 on my registered mobile no.[protected] for LPG subsidy. I had also furnished copy of the Aadhaar card with other details as per your format to my bank--HDFC Bank, Bodakdeo Branch, S.G.Highway, Ahmedabad-380054.I had also received your acknowledgement too.Unfortunately, I have misplaced the records I had maintained.Today, the delivery man while delivering the LPG cylinder said that we should get registered for the subsidy.                                   #1I had booked one refill on 06/02/2015, but till date the same has not been delivered at my home by the concerned distributor. This is happening every month since Oct'14. When I asked the distributor regarding the same, their representative told me that 'You have to take delivery from our office or godown". Surprisingly, their delivery van goes to houses of high profile customers. Is this a rule ? Do I have to go there for getting my refill every time and spending my one full working day ?#2Today, I went there to get one refill of my neighbor, who is a single lady - aged about 65 yrs (Sr. Citizen). Consumer ID - 7449. Her refill was booked some 30 days ego. It was undelivered till today. I went there at about 10:30 am and the refill was handed over to me at about 1 pm. (Order no. 221675 dtd. 13/02/2015 and Cash Memo No.710125 dtd. 12/03/2015). I have spoiled one working day for this cylinder ! Is this a RULE ?Why this is happening to me every time? Who is answerable?

                                  The distributor has delivered my refill cylinder at home on 14/04/2015. It was almost 2 months fight against BPCL, and I am happy to won the tussle.

                                    Hi, I am T I Narayanan having Aadhar no[protected]. I had linked my Aadhar no with my Bharath gas LPG distributor (Mariya Flames, Ernakulam, Kerala) customer ID: 11477.and with my bank account, but it was not updated in LPG website. As per the advise from the distributor i opened a new account in another bank (Linked my Aadhar with that account), but the same problem exists. I had checked with the bank and they confirmed aadhar is linked with the bank account. I have registered 5 complaints in Bharath Gas website, but there is no response at all.                                       Hello Team Please need you to take action on the Navjivan Gas agency in Byculla. Customer name is Balbina who is 73 years old. Gas number 1018676. The Gas connection is on her husbands name who has already expired. She had to go 5 times to the agency and bank but still her problem is not solved. Do want to supply gas by harassing a senior citizen. I would want this problem to be solved without her being travelling to the agency as she is not keeping well.                                         I want a new LPG Gas connection for Domestic purpose. I currently live in New Sangavi, Pune, Maharashtra. My concern is one of the Bharat Gas LPG distributor (H.M Gas Center, Bopodi, Pune, Maharashtra) says he will give a Gas connection (1 cylinder+Stove+Regulator+Pipe) @Rs. 5100/- and If I apply for 2nd Cylinder then I have to Pay Rs. 3500/- in addition to the above mentioned amount. Another Bharat Gas LPG distributor (Shreenathji Gas Center, Bopodi, Pune, Maharashtra) says he will give a Gas connection (1 cylinder+Stove+Regulator+Pipe) @Rs. 5500/- and if I apply for a connection with 2 cylinder then I have to pay Rs. 2000/- in addition to above mentioned amount. My worry is, is LPG connection really that costly being one of the basic needs of household. Even the FAQ's on the website does not mention such high charges. In addition to this how does the price vary so much when the parent company Bharat Petroleum remains the same.
