Dear Sir, I own a Chevrolet SAIL, capacity 42 Lts. On 23rd Feb 2015 I refilled the same by 10 Lts, from your Kadru Outlet (Ranchi, Jharkhand) which is barely 2 KMs far from my residence on 24th my parents had to go to out of station so we went for full tank at same outlet I was a shock for me that despite having 10 lts of petrol my car was refilled with 43 lts. I lodged a complaint, and the manager on duty assured me that I will get the status within 24 hours. It is evident that I have lodged complaint about the same outlet in past also, which never get ressolved. On 17th March 2015, I once again visited your outlet for refilling as well as enquiring about the complaint. The manager on duty asked me sarcastecally - Sir, why do you get your refill here, as we are chor...Please stay away. The entire story I narrated to your Area Sales Manager Mr Ravi Kiran (Cell No. [protected]) within half an hour. He told me that since he is out of station, he will come to Ranchi on 18th and ressolve my issues. And as expected Mr Ravi Kiran never contacted me back. Tonight I gave him a Text Message but I am not very optimistic about any outcome. May I expect a justice from your good office. It is also requested to gather the credibility of your this outlet. There are so many complaints about measurement as well as behaviour. An early reply will be highly appreciated.

      sir, I have wrongly given for opt for non subsidy cylinder and subsequently requested to cancel the above option in writing wide my letter dated 30-12-14 sent by speed post and also two more reminders sent, but till today no reply recd., for which I am sending this reminder and request to pl, do needful to cancel the option and issue necessary order to the distributor to supply gas at subsidiary rate.         Hi, My Consumer Number: 50287188 Name: K. RAMANAIAH I've submitted my bank details to the Prateek Agency on 06-MAR-2014 Friday. The executive (I do not know his name) in your office told me that I can book the gas after 2 days as the bank details will be registered by that time. And accordingly, I booked the gas on 10-MAR-2015, but till now I did not get the gas. When I called today, one of your executives told me that my bank details got registered and I have to wait for another 2 days to book the gas. The previous booking will get cancelled due to unavailability of the bank details, he said. Not sure, Why this much late. We are in URGENCY of the gas and it is really a big problem waiting till this time. Kindly check this and deliver the gas ASAP else I will have to complain to the Consumer Forum against the Prateek. regards, Ramana [protected]

          09/03/2015 se ab maine 2 baar account and aadhar ki copy gash aggency ko submitt kiya but aabhe tak link nahi hua mujhe gash nahi diya ja raha hai. maine form 4 bhi bhar k aggency ko jama kiya lakin subsidy mode acctivate nahi ho paya vandana shukla [protected]

            Delivery man demanding extra rupee 100 over the actual cylinder rate as a delivery charge, delivery man taken back cylinder up on refused to give extra money... and three time complaint has raised in BECS bharat gas agency distrubutor RR nagar bangalore, but still this problem is not resolved, every time i ama getting gas by our personally visit, kindly mention delivery charges as aplicable if any...               Sir/Madam, I am a soldier of Indian Army and posted far away from my home, I had applied for change of ownership of Bharat gas of LPG connection No 010600 and Subscription Voucher No 483989 agency name Lakshmi Gas Agency from my name to my father's name on 13 Feb 2015. The distributor asked to submitted requisite Application form alongwith necessary documents. Now when my father went to the distributor to submit the documents, he asked for Rs 1200/- alongwith the documents. On enquiring he told that he will not give any receipt for this amount as it is the expenditure on processing the file with Kolkata head Office. He said that without paying Rs 1200/- my file will not be forwarded for processing. It is a clear case of asking for bribe for doing legitimate work. I request the cconcerned authority to look into the matter and take suitable necessary action so that my gas connection is transffered in the name of my father without paying bribe.

                My A/C no [protected] and Bank Bank of Maharashtra Pune main branch My Aadhar No is[protected] My Gas Distributor is Pasalkar Gas Co. and Consumer No. is 50989582 I have been told that Advance of 568 is sent to my no. on 24/01/2015 and 176.84 on 14/02/15. When enquired the Gas Co had entered my IFSCode as MAHB0003007 whereas they should have enered the correct no given to them which was MAHB0001150. Although this is pointed out and i was told that Gas Subsidy failed because the Gas Distributor had entered incorrect IFSCode the mistake has not been rectified and the Advance and also next subsidy is still not deposited though repeated complaints made.

                  Sir / Madam, I have applied New Gas connection with 2 cylinder in online and have given filled form to RSR BHARATGAS AGENCY ( DISTRIBUTOR CODE : 179404), they are asking Rs 10000/- for geting connection, we told them we dont want any things exapct 2 cylinder, 1 regulator, 1 tube but they are not accepting they told me to buy any things for Rs 10000/- then only we can give connection like that, please help me to get connection without things and also let me knwo howmuch we have to pay for this connection with 2 cylinder. When I asked for their mistake .They are treated as a beggar and one of the person Mr.panneer treated me refused any Solutions. They are not doing customer service.i have lost 3rd as salary .kindly revert with solutions

                        I filed a online request for new connection on 16/03/2015 and recd. a request id 15864720, with a sms to call distributor within 15 days . I approach to the distributor HLRDC Bharat Gas, Faridabad on 18/03/2015 along with the required documents and they refuse to accept the same and ask to come after 2 months, I again approach on that day, answer was to come on after 3 months. accept the application as same is to be submitted within 15 days from 16/03/2015. After 15 days my request will be cancelled. Please take some action against the agency HLRDC Bharat Gas.

                          I filed a online request for new connection on 18/02/2015 and recd. a request id 4947578, with a sms to call distributor within 15 days . I approach to the distributor Mandore Gas, Jodhpur on 19/02/2015 along with the required documents and one champa lal refuse to accept the same and ask to come on 23/02/2015, I again approach on that day, answer was to come on 27/02/2015 as the owner is out of station. on 27/02/2015 on reaching I was ask to come after Holi i.e. after 6/03 2015. everytime I requested to pl. accept the application as same is to be submitted within 15 days from 18/02/2015.On 9/03/2015 I was ask to come on 12/03/2015. I recd. a sms on 12/03/2015 that my request has been cancel . On the same day I again approach the agency and the person champa lal advise to submit new form and he will provide connection but it was very strange that while filling the online form the distributor name was not appearing. It appears that the local agency of you prestigious company is not interested in new connection and during all the time whenever I reach the agency I was disappointed .Pl. take some action against the agency Mandor Gas.

We are living with joint family (4) having four members in each family on same(common) address. But without any intimation or previous information ROBIN GAS AGENCY has stopped my supply of cylinder due to which we are facing a lots of problem. We have small kids & old parents in our family. Cylinder is the basic need of every family without which no one can easily manage their daily house routine work specially housewife or ladies. I already trying to submit my documents as required by agency but the agency member don't wont to listen my problem, talking rudely & i requested the agency member to visit my home & see the situation but they refuse or neglect my words & said that they don't have time for that.                                     Dear Team I have applied for the new gas connection with request no 12322395 and i have submitted all the document at CHAND'S GAS SERVICE on dated 21.11.2014. but the dealer asked me for the six months of waiting after that on dated 1 dec 2014 i got a mail that my request has been cancelled then what is the meaning of that mail. pls do the needful for my new connection
                                    Hello Sir,

                                    I have applied for a new gas connection on 09.05.2015 at Pradeep Bharat Gas Agency, Shop No. 3, Rushabh Corner, Near Mhalsakant High School, Sector 28, Pradhikaran, Pune-411044. I filled the KYC Form and submitted to them, but they denied me the receipt of the submission of KYC Form and they said that come on Monday. Thereafter I received a message from the Customer Care of Bharat Gas on 10.05.2015 and they informed me that my Request Id is 17000647 and i need to contact the Bharat Gas Distributor for connection. I approached the above referred Distributor on 11.02.2015 morning, they asked me that which stove i want to buy, I said that i already have a Gas Stove and i need not buy a new one. They straightway denied me the connection. When i argued that i already have a stove and it is ISI certified. Then they said that we will inspect the said Stove and then only we will issue a connection. I said why it is necessary to inspect the stove when it is ISI marked and what relation does it have with the new connection. They said that this is the procedure and unnecessarily charged me Rs. 250/- for inspection of the stove and said that in one or two days they will do the inspection. I have that receipt of Rs. 250/-. But till now they have not approached me for the inspection and delaying the connection unnecessarily. I urgently need the connection and dont want to buy a new stove. Please do the needful.

                                        sir i booked my gas number on 27 feb but there are no response for it. when i go agency than he say fill the form but i have already fill 4 time right form but he say again and again because his work work is too careless. they have no record how many people fill the form because they are not giving any receiving so they are confused . many people not get his gas cylinder 3-6 month. what is this??????? u can see on gas book picture my last gas cylinder delivered on[protected]. today date is[protected] and my booking date is[protected] but there are no response from gas agency please do something ...
