Sir / Madam, I have applied New Gas connection with 2 cylinder in online and have given filled form to RSR BHARATGAS AGENCY ( DISTRIBUTOR CODE : 179404), they are asking Rs 10000/- for geting connection, we told them we dont want any things exapct 2 cylinder, 1 regulator, 1 tube but they are not accepting they told me to buy any things for Rs 10000/- then only we can give connection like that, please help me to get connection without things and also let me knwo howmuch we have to pay for this connection with 2 cylinder. I filed a online request for new connection on 16/03/2015 and recd. a request id 15864720, with a sms to call distributor within 15 days . I approach to the distributor HLRDC Bharat Gas, Faridabad on 18/03/2015 along with the required documents and they refuse to accept the same and ask to come after 2 months, I again approach on that day, answer was to come on after 3 months. accept the application as same is to be submitted within 15 days from 16/03/2015. After 15 days my request will be cancelled. Please take some action against the agency HLRDC Bharat Gas.

I filed a online request for new connection on 18/02/2015 and recd. a request id 4947578, with a sms to call distributor within 15 days . I approach to the distributor Mandore Gas, Jodhpur on 19/02/2015 along with the required documents and one champa lal refuse to accept the same and ask to come on 23/02/2015, I again approach on that day, answer was to come on 27/02/2015 as the owner is out of station. on 27/02/2015 on reaching I was ask to come after Holi i.e. after 6/03 2015. everytime I requested to pl. accept the application as same is to be submitted within 15 days from 18/02/2015.On 9/03/2015 I was ask to come on 12/03/2015. I recd. a sms on 12/03/2015 that my request has been cancel . On the same day I again approach the agency and the person champa lal advise to submit new form and he will provide connection but it was very strange that while filling the online form the distributor name was not appearing. It appears that the local agency of you prestigious company is not interested in new connection and during all the time whenever I reach the agency I was disappointed .Pl. take some action against the agency Mandor Gas.

I already contacted BPCL customer care many times, but the problem is not solved, my name is not deactivated from the out of subsidy list. Dear sir, I Vivek kumar live in Rohini Sec-14 B-350 Prashant Vihar having Cons .No.-42226 Mobile no.- [protected], [protected]. We are living with joint family (4) having four members in each family on same(common) address. But without any intimation or previous information ROBIN GAS AGENCY has stopped my supply of cylinder due to which we are facing a lots of problem. We have small kids & old parents in our family. Cylinder is the basic need of every family without which no one can easily manage their daily house routine work specially housewife or ladies. I already trying to submit my documents as required by agency but the agency member don't wont to listen my problem, talking rudely & i requested the agency member to visit my home & see the situation but they refuse or neglect my words & said that they don't have time for that. So its a request to you please do the needful ASAP so that in future we don't face these kinds of problem in our family. Thanks & Regards Vivek Kumar

Hello Sir,

I have applied for a new gas connection on 09.05.2015 at Pradeep Bharat Gas Agency, Shop No. 3, Rushabh Corner, Near Mhalsakant High School, Sector 28, Pradhikaran, Pune-411044. I filled the KYC Form and submitted to them, but they denied me the receipt of the submission of KYC Form and they said that come on Monday. Thereafter I received a message from the Customer Care of Bharat Gas on 10.05.2015 and they informed me that my Request Id is 17000647 and i need to contact the Bharat Gas Distributor for connection. I approached the above referred Distributor on 11.02.2015 morning, they asked me that which stove i want to buy, I said that i already have a Gas Stove and i need not buy a new one. They straightway denied me the connection. When i argued that i already have a stove and it is ISI certified. Then they said that we will inspect the said Stove and then only we will issue a connection. I said why it is necessary to inspect the stove when it is ISI marked and what relation does it have with the new connection. They said that this is the procedure and unnecessarily charged me Rs. 250/- for inspection of the stove and said that in one or two days they will do the inspection. I have that receipt of Rs. 250/-. But till now they have not approached me for the inspection and delaying the connection unnecessarily. I urgently need the connection and dont want to buy a new stove. Please do the needful.

sir i booked my gas number on 27 feb but there are no response for it. when i go agency than he say fill the form but i have already fill 4 time right form but he say again and again because his work work is too careless. they have no record how many people fill the form because they are not giving any receiving so they are confused . many people not get his gas cylinder 3-6 month. what is this??????? u can see on gas book picture my last gas cylinder delivered on[protected]. today date is[protected] and my booking date is[protected] but there are no response from gas agency please do something ...

Personally i was visited to sunny gas agency. but they refuse me and said that forget this booking if you want to gas, again rebook your gas.I have already been deposited my Bank details along with ADHAR. Now i am going in very critical condition without gas. i requested you please resolve my problem at earliest basis and teach to agency personnel that how handle a customer. I had booked my LPG on 9thFeb 2015 but the Banani Distributor, Gariahat, kolkata made changes on their own and booked on 7th March 2015. Till today the LPG that was booked on 9th Feb 2015 was not delivered to me. Even they have not inform us about the status of my booking. When I enquired about the status, they said they will deliver it within a day. This is happening since last 7 days. Respected Sir, My name is Bipin chandra Thakorlala kansara, my bharat gas consumer id is 42218 and my seventeen digit id is[protected] from.last 3 month i not get any subsiddies on my gas bottel riffiling then i check and go to sbi bank when i linked my bharat gas id to bank on 10 th of december 2014 and its show on 19th of december 2014 its linked but when i try to booked a gas then its show your consumer id ia blocked and shows its not linked than i go to the bharat gas agency vadodara ( Gayatri gas agency Vadodara) they told me you you have to submitt form again and u will not get any benefit on past refilling and fill form.after 5 th of april but why i fill form again because in the bank its shows already linked, and i tell ownwer or employee who he is i dont no (MR. HIMANSHU PARIKH) his behaviour very pathetic with me but also with others coustmer also, and plz i[censored] dont solve my problem than i finally goes to consumer court and gives add in newspaper to gayatri gas agency and mr Himanshu parikh and also against bharat gas in news paper.so plz as fast as possible solve my problem Here i also attached slip which i submitted form at sbi bank

Hi Sir /Madam, I have booked cylinder on 11-FEB-2015 and I completed all the formalities of DBTL scheme . I visited more than 5 times to check about the status at RSR Bharat gas agency, NarayanaPuram, chennai. Whenever i asked the status, they said they received the receipt on 28 th Feb itself and will be delivering it in 2 days. But they are yet to deliver the cylinder. Really I am fed up of their service. Please take a strict action on this and do needful for me . I will wait till tommorow . Please refund me the rest amount at the earliest.Whenever you are not providing transport facility for delivering please do not include the transport charges in the bill.Please do the needful @ the earliest.I have already visited the branch twice on 14/3/15 gave my consumer no, bank accnt details to madam siting there, no result. which is showing connected, plz look into the matter @ the earliest, or else I have to go to the consumer court. sir i have booked cylinder 15 days ago..and they haven't deliverd that yet...i am fully fed up by bharat gas service.. when i ask them that when will my cylinder will be deliver..they always give one ans..2 din mai aajega... i also went to their gas agency ..they said ki 2 din mai aa jaega..aur zyaada problem ho toh khud le jao... i mean is this their good service...they even don't talk nicely .. sir i want you to take some strict action so they should deliver everyone cylinder on time.. my consumer no.-595857 M/s.
