Dear Sir, I had booked my LPG Gas before 25 days but not delivered yet. I have go to nearest agency but no any proper reply, they say that your booked gas has been delivered but I have not received yet. After waiting 10-15 days, I have a complaint to nearest Agency'Mangalam Gas' Distt. Gonda UP.but no any positive response. So please look this matter and take necessorry action.     Respect Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that every month I don't get my cylinder after called by customer care. But right now I don't get my cylinder. I booked my cylinder 16th December 2014 booking no-1127101, consumer no-7966 consume ID[protected] Distributor-Dipshikha gas-n-gadget (harinavi sonerpur). I complained longtime customer care and help center and BPCCS (complain numbers -373498/377658/398120/402401) but don't resolved my problem. I go to my distributor place and told them which dey I get my cylinder. They told me that my subsidy was not active so right now so they can't give my cylinder .But already I submit my all documents(aadher no and bank details)so I can't understand why not active my subsidy and I don’t know which day activate my subsidy. I requested you kindly give me one cylinder urgently and active my subsidy

      Dear Sir, I am Narasimha Murthy.B.K from Tumkur, Karnataka. I am a customer of Saanidhya Gas Agency, BHARATH GAS dealer in Tumkur. My customer number is 12928. Till now, the subsidy amount was being credited to my KARANATAKA BANK a/c number 39800. Sir, but after restart of subsidy, the amount is being credited to an a/c with number 6374 in SYNDICATE BANK, Tumkur, which is not mine and which is also not in existence. So, I request you, sir, to please correct it and credit the subsidy to my a/c in KARANATAKA BANK. The two previous subsidies of Rs.353.14 dated 10/12/2014 and Rs.308.09 dated 7/1/2015 have been credited to wrong a/c. So, please credit the same to my a/c in KARANATAKA BANK.           i three times complaint to Bharat Gas through online regarding reverse from None Subsidy in LPG to Subsidy category and given a written complaint to distributor along with my original voucher. I have opted OUT OF SUBSIDY on 17 Dec 2014 through online when i was trying to join DBTL. But now i want to get subsidy and join DBTL. Now when i want to join DBTL through online it respond that i need not to join because i have opted out of subsidy. Please look into matter an my resolve my issue.             I booked a cylinder on January 23, 2015. I received a sorry message so I called the gas agency and asked about the booking status. The executive asked for the consumer number and I replied to her my consumer number and she said you will receive your gas cylinder within 3 days of time and she dropped the call. After a week again I called to the gas agency and told them that I did not received the gas cylinder yet. For that she replied your bill is in line and you will receive your gas cylinder today and I didn't receive it on that day. Again after a spam for 4 days my mother went to the gas agency and asked about the status of the gas cylinder. For that the executive handled her very harshly and didn't respond her properly and used bad words. Is this the way to treat customers? Then what is customer satisfaction mean? Few details about the gas agency Agency name: Kumaran Gas Agency Note: They treat the customers very harshly. I don't want to entertain this. Please take necessary action on that gas agency.

              In spite of so many requests there is no change in distributors delay delivery (gas refills) After 30-45 days distributor delivers the gas…and by mistake if we are not in the house when…there is no reattempt will happen…from last 2 transaction's I am personally picking up gas from agency godowns. Can you please take some action on Rajeshwara Gas Agencies in Kompally, Hyderabad . Dist code : 117420 Regards, Sagar

                My consumer no is 4319 With regard to consumer number, i have already submitted all records like copy of Aadhar Card, Bank Passbook, Gas Book to M/s Arun Agencies (M/s Bharat Gas Distributor), No 471, Main Road, Thiruppuvanam 630 611. I ordered for a cylinder and was delivered on 25th January, 2015. But the same was billed for Rs.408/= When asked about it, i was told that my consumer number has not been attached or linked with my Aadhar Number at the Bank. When enquired with M/s Syndicate Bank, Thiruppuvanam Branch, where i hold my Savings Bank Account, they said its been linked at their end and asked us to verify the same at my Distributor's end. Hence, i went back to M/s Arun Agencies to check the same. At M/s Arun Agencies, i was not told any proper clarification regarding the same and instead, i was abused with some unparlimentary words by their employees. I would like to seek a clarification for not linking my Consumer number with that of the Aadhar Number. Secondly why was that M/s Arun Agencies not dealing with customers properly. I would like to have a clear clarification from M/s Bharat Gas regarding the action taken on M/s Arun Agencies, failing which, i would be forced to go for a complaint with Consumer Forum.                   I had booked my cylinder on 18th Jan'15 but till now i am unable to get any update regarding my cylinder and even those who had booked after me got their cylinder with in 3-4 days. Request you to take a step regarding those driver who came along with cylinder and give the cylinder to some one who gave some extraa rupee to them. my Mobile no.                     Aadhar number has been linked to LPG and also submitted to Bank. Bank says it's done and if they try to link again, the system says it's already linked. However, the status is still "Not available in NPCI database". What is expected to be done here? Neither the Agency nor the bank are helping, they both say it's not a problem at their end. Where are we supposed to go and who is going to resolve this? We are not getting the cylinder because of this stupid thing.

                    I have seeded my Aadhar[protected] through https://rasf.uidai.gov.in LPG (BPCL) consumer number 18001, approximately 2 weeks back.

                    I tried to seed it again but the website responded saying the seeding information exists.

                    My bank send an SMS confirming that Aadhar is linked to the bank account. I have verified it using "Aadhar Status" google app, by providing Aadhar number.

                    However, The LPG linking status in BPCL (transparency portal) still information is not available.

                    Request your help to get this resolved.

If I want to find gas at own recorded address, he used to cancel my booking. Only four gas deliver in this financial year to me.                         Dear Sir, Please note that my consumer ID - 14004 of Bharat Gas and our distributor name is Manglam Gas Agency, Vadodara. Please note that I have a savings joint account with Bank of Baroda with my husband. As in bank pass book my husband name is mentioned first and my name is mentioned second. Regarding obtaining LPG subsidy, during submitting documents, sometime dealer is insisting that my account should be separate. And sometime they insisting, in my bank account, my name should be first. Now, I am confused what to do??? Please let us know is it true??? Please suggest. Further please note that during adhaar card procedure, I have mentioned bank account number of Bank of Baroda. Let us know it is acceptable or not ??? Or I have to open separate fresh bank account for obtaining LPG subsidy. Further please clarify, the bank account should be same as adhaar card which is mentioned earlier during adhaar card procedure ??? Please suggest. Awaiting your reply.                                   I had submitted a online application for LPG domestic on 27.12.14( Wait list ID :[protected]. Having seen the SMS I went to the Distributor( CHANDANNAGAR GAS SUPPLY AGENCY 112349) along with relevant papers but the Distributor boldly refused me to give connection. He also not entertained me about the exact date of availability. The question is why the message had been delivered me to contact Distributor? I also requesting you not to waste time if not possible to give connection also control such wild Distributor giving proper training how to behave customer.                                     I am vinod shahaji lopkhande a residing at Kalewadi Pune.I have complain against improper and irresponsible behaviour of ratan gas agency, kalewadi, pune. we have booked our cylinder 26 days before and not yet received the delivery.when we call them in office, they told that the cylinder will be delivered in 3-4 days/ they will send delivery with a day or two/ wait for 2-3 days or come & take the cylinder delivery at office. We are frustrated with their this weird behaviour.i clearly doubt that there's malfunctioning of gas cylinder going on in this agency that's why they have shortage of stock for customer.they are selling the cylinders in black for their personal profit, and make the customer suffer . such a insane, stupid, idiotic people are they.

                                      मान्य श्री प्रबंधक जी ! भारत गैस;भारत पेट्रोलियम उपक्रम पेट्रोलियम मंत्रालय ; नई-दिल्ली विषय - गैस सिलेंडर नियमित प्रदान हेतु आवेदन मान्यवर ! सादर नमस्ते ! --> निवेदन है कि आपके द्वारा सञ्चालित गैस प्रदाय योजना का मैं भी [ सुलोचना ] सन_2008 से एक नियमित उपभोक्तृ -सदस्या हूँ | --> मैंने आपके द्वारा निर्धारित गैस वितरक--अभिनव गैस सर्विस ;डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर कोड -119016 ; बिलासपुर; छत्तीसगढ़ के एजेंसी क़ी उपभोक्तृ-सदस्या हूँ | --> आपके द्वारा निर्धारित -अभिनव गैस सर्विस के कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा गैस का वितरण नियमित एवं समयानुसार किया जाना चाहिए ; कितनी ही बार इन महानुभावों से निवेदन करने के बावजूद समयानुसार गैस का वितरण नहीं किये जाने पर मुंबई कार्यालय में भी फोन किया गया ; उनके आदेशों क़ी भी अवहेलना आपके ये प्रिय-जन किया करते हैं | --> अभिनव गैस सर्विस के कार्यकर्ताओं ने कहा कि- " दूसरा सिलेंडर ले लो तो अच्छा रहेगा | " इस सुझाव पर मैनें दूसरा सिलेंडर भी ले लिया ; मगर इनका वही का वही रवैया देख ; मैंने शिकायत करने की बात कही तो आपके कमाऊ-पूत कहने लगे - " जाओ ! किसी से भी कह दो और उन्हीं से गैस ले लो | --> महोदय ! रहना तालाब में और मगरमच्छ से बैर ...! आप सन_ 2014 में पासबुक में दर्ज तिथियों को देख कर अपने दुलारों क़ी मनमानी देख सकते हैं ; पिछले वर्ष सन_ 2013 में और सन_ 2014 में हमें तीन-तीन सिलेंडर कम दिया गया;जबकि बुक करने पर ज़वाब मिलता था कि- " आपको फलानी तारीख को सिलेंडर डिलीवर किया जा चुका है | डिलवरी करने वाले महाशय से पूछने पर किसी प्रकार का ज़वाव नहीं मिलता ... --> मैं पूछना चाहूँगी कि मेरे नाम पर काटी गयी तीन-तीन रसीदें और गैस सिलेंडर किसे दिए गए ? जबकि मेरी पुस्तिका में दर्ज़ भी नही किया गया है ! --> मैं एक रसीद भी आपको प्रस्तुत करती हूँ जिसमें बुकिंग तारीख[protected] की है ; रसीद[protected] को काटी गयी है ;डिलवरी[protected] को की गयी ; मगर बुक में काटछाँटकर लिखा गया है | --> जो सिलेंडर[protected] को दिया गया उसमें कम गैस भरी गयी थी ; विश्वास कर लेने का गलत फायदा उठाया गया ;जिस वज़ह से[protected] को ही सिलेंडर खाली हो गया : इस बार[protected] को रसीद मांगकर सिलेंडर तौलकर देने कि बात की तो उचित उत्तर नहीं मिला --> एक तरफ शहरों में गैस की सप्लाई पाइप लाइनों से करके चौबीस घंटे तीन सौ पैंसठ दिन लोगों को गैस की सुविधा दे रहे हैं और दूसरी और सिलेंडरों की आपूर्ति में कमी प्रदर्शित करके लोगों को भोजन बनाने के लिए भी गैस नहीं दे पा रहे हैं ; यह सेवा आपकी तरफ से अवरूद्ध हो रही है या आपके तिकड़मबाज एजेंटों की करतूत है ; इसे तो आप ही स्पष्ट कर पावेंगे या ईश्वर ... --> आपसे नम्रा निवेदन है कि अगर आपके प्रिय--श्री श्री अभिनव गैस एजेंसी से उपभोक्ताओं का कार्य उचित प्रकार से जब नहींबन किया जा रहा है तो किसी सही व्यक्ति को यह कार्य सौंपा जाय और अभिनव गैस एजेंसी से जुड़े सभी कागज़ातों कि जांच की जाय कि गड़बड़ी कहाँ है ? पुनः गड़बड़ी करने वाले को उचित दण्ड एवं उपभोक्ताओं को सही समय पर गैस उपलब्ध कराई जाय | अंत में यह स्पष्ट कर देना चाहूंगी कि आपके चहेते " अभिनव गैस एजेंसी से मेरी कोई दुश्मनी नहीं है : मैनें सिर्फ़ अपनी तकलीफ आपके सामने रखी है ; इस पर कार्यवाही होती है या नहीं ; यह आप पर निर्भर करता है | धन्यवाद ! -- निवेदिका-- सुलोचना गैसउपभोक्तासंख्या-16349 मोबाईल नँबर- [protected] ईमेल[protected]@gmail.com प्रेषित प्रतियां -- -->प्रधानमन्त्री शिकायत कार्यालय, नई दिल्ली -->भारत पेट्रोलियम मन्त्रालय, भारत सरकार, नई दिल्ली -->भारत गैस केन्दीय कार्यालय, मुंबई -->भारत गैस उप-कार्यालय, रायपुर, छत्तीसगढ़
