My consumer no is 4319
With regard to consumer number, i have already submitted all records like copy of Aadhar Card, Bank Passbook, Gas Book to M/s Arun Agencies (M/s Bharat Gas Distributor), No 471, Main Road, Thiruppuvanam 630 611.
I ordered for a cylinder and was delivered on 25th January, 2015. But the same was billed for Rs.408/= When asked about it, i was told that my consumer number has not been attached or linked with my Aadhar Number at the Bank. When enquired with M/s Syndicate Bank, Thiruppuvanam Branch, where i hold my Savings Bank Account, they said its been linked at their end and asked us to verify the same at my Distributor's end. Hence, i went back to M/s Arun Agencies to check the same.
At M/s Arun Agencies, i was not told any proper clarification regarding the same and instead, i was abused with some unparlimentary words by their employees.
I would like to seek a clarification for not linking my Consumer number with that of the Aadhar Number. Secondly why was that M/s Arun Agencies not dealing with customers properly. I would like to have a clear clarification from M/s Bharat Gas regarding the action taken on M/s Arun Agencies, failing which, i would be forced to go for a complaint with Consumer Forum.

I have seeded my Aadhar[protected] through https://rasf.uidai.gov.in LPG (BPCL) consumer number 18001, approximately 2 weeks back.
I tried to seed it again but the website responded saying the seeding information exists.
My bank send an SMS confirming that Aadhar is linked to the bank account. I have verified it using "Aadhar Status" google app, by providing Aadhar number.
However, The LPG linking status in BPCL (transparency portal) still information is not available.
Request your help to get this resolved.
