    I am Sk Jahangir Badsha. I am a customer of Bharat Gas. I took connection from "SRIKRISHNA DISTRIBUTER" located at Saktigarh, Dist Burdwan. I took last refill my last gas on dated 12-02-13. Then after my connection was locked, After several communication distributer suggest me to lodge a complain with required KYC documents. I submit all the documents to the distributor . Three month has gone but i have not get any solution. As per Distributor they have nothing to do for these. I am waiting for the solution, please help.

      Sir mere father Jawad ali ke name se c.no.45894243 Santushti gas service faizabad up Distributor code 177874. me hai unke expire ho jane ke baad c.no.45894243 ko unke putra Mahmood ali ke name par change karne ke liye legal paper ke sath Rs.450 forcely charge kiya. jisme machainic charge Rs.250, instalation charge Rs.150 blue book charge Rs.50 liye gaye jabki customer care no. [protected] par humko only blue book charge dena bataya gaya tha. Sir please take legal action against distributor and refund my extra payment Rs.400/- Mahmood ali faizabad up. [protected] attach reciept proof.

        Dear Sir, I am having con no-4262 from M/S Raj Gas Agency-Server code-143912, I have been booking on line since long.My booking no[protected] dt[protected] and booking no[protected] dt[protected] were cancelled with the remark "On the request of Consumer" and was advised to contact the supplier. supplier did not attend to my phone and I had to take leave from office on 8th Jan'15, to meet Mr Gupta Manager, because Madam, perhaps Owner of the Agency did not allow any one to enter her official chamber. I met Mr Gupta and explained my problem and informed that my both LPG cylinders have become empty and I was in Dire need of Refill. He said " when system is changed some problems ought to occur".I inquired please explain what did he mean.He asked me if I had deposited Subsidy Claim Form.I said there was still time to deposit it, moreover I shall deposit it today itself. I again asked what was its relation with my cancellation of Booking. He could not explain but offered me One Refill on my submission of Subsidy claim .I submitted it and got acknowledgement.I was handed over slip n lpgd[protected] and they were kind enough to inform Mr AVdhesh, Home Delivery Man to supply one Refil on the same Day or a day after.But after vigorous follow up with folded hands I got One Refill after eight days.I requested for another Refil and I was advised to book on line.Now, on line booking for Refill is not entertained. I request to investigate the whole matter and inform me How many Refills had been supplied to me During last two years with full details.When shall I be getting next Refill. In wait of your early response, I.R.Chaudhary.

          Kindly confirm the my gas delivered date.

            On 6th of December 2014, I have taken a new connection of Bharat Gas from " Golden Gas Agency", distributor of Bharat Gas in Durg, Chhattisgarh. At the time of new connection, golden gas agency has commited that they will give consumer card in 15-20 days, but it is now more than 40 days, i haven't received consumer card and 31st january is the last day to get Aadhaar card linked to bank account no.

                My LPG id is[protected] ...and my LPG consumer no. is 21520581, Distributor is COOKING AID, Kolkata, Pin - 700009, West Bengal. I have submitted my paper document in United bank Of India, Sealdha Branch, Kolkata, Pin - 700009, West Bengal My A/c No.[protected], IFSC: UTBIOSEA136, MICR CODE:[protected] along with Aadhaar no.[protected] on 10th December 2014...still DBTL status showing that my Aadhaar no not linked with bank where is it was linked with LPG Gas distributor..I have submitted all the paper document carefully to my bank and LPG Distributor. Whereas Bank reply me that they have linked with my Aadhaar no to bank. But stil it is showing in DBTL status that my Aadhaar no is not linked with bank.                       Hey Am Nageswara rao bharath gas number-474 . We gave a complaint for gas leakage at Bangaru sai enterprises kphb hyderabad . there Is no proper action from them and nor proper or polite answers from them..16th jan 15 we complained still now no action action from them and we r trying 2 reach them from mrng onwards they nt responding at all . We r with bharath gas almost 23 years, now If this Is the case of response we lose the trust on bharath gas Inc. Our family citizen struggling becz of the service as from 2days on words there is no cylinder. .hope u people will do something for this pblm.

                          I MANIK KUMAR CHOUDHARY Consumer of Bharat Gas consumer no. 59202557 resident of Akbarpur, Ambedkar Nagar district o[censored]P Pin code 224122 hereby register my dissatisfaction with distributor of Bharat Gas VIJAY GAON GRAMIN VITRAK AGENCY AKBARPUR, AMBEDKAR NAGAR UP . I have submitted all documents related to take subsidy in my Gas connection e.g. Bank Pass Book Photo stat, Photo stat of Adhar Card but the distributor has not uploaded in my consumer lists . I have purchased a cylinder from Vijay Gaon Gramin Vitrak agency Akbarpur on 04.01.2015 . The distributor has charged me Rs 781 ( Seven Hundred Eighty one ) to asking subsidy amount has transfered in your bank account . But 13 days has passed but no subsidy amount has credited in my Account.                             Yesterday on 15.01.2015 at about 9:45 pm, I went to Bhasin Petrol Pump, Mathura Road, Hari Nagar Ashram, New Delhi 110014 for filling petrol in my vehicle, when I asked the salesman to fill 5 Ltr petrol in my vehicle, he refused and told me that they sell petrol only in round figure. I was surprised by his answer and further inquired ( What did he mean by round figure?), the salesman replied that round figure means one had to purchase petrol either to the tune of Rs. 300 or Rs. 310. I was shocked and surprise from his answer and ask him to give only 5 ltr petrol. I asked him to provide me the Complaint Book so that i could register my complaint, he further refused to give the complaint book as well and call other sales men, those persons instead of providing complaint book stated quarreling with me and told that the complaint book is with their owner and as per his instructions they would not provide the complaint book. Upon my insistence some how the salesman gave me 5 Ltr petrol, I paid in cash by handing over Rs. 500 note to him, he took away Rs. 500 from me and kept waiting for the balance amount. The salesman after receiving the money did not returned my balance amount. Having no other option, I waited there for more than 15 minutes and left for my home even without receiving the balance amount. Kindly look in to the matter and take necessary action against the Bhasin Petrol Pump, Mathura Road, Hari Nagar Ashram, New Delhi 110014

                              My LPG id is - 1 [protected], i had submitted my DBLT documents to the distributor on jan 4 2015, but the same is not updated in the records . We had contacted the distributor for such a long delay in updation of records there was no proper reply and i was asked to wait even after 15 days of document submission. Although the documents submitted in bank are already updated and even the Bharat gas sight shows that records updation is pending with distributor. There is no customer handling when complaints are directly reported to distributor

                                Sir, This is to inform that I have obtained TV [protected] (Babu Sing Yadav) from Aryan Gas agency (no. 183611), Kanpur, UP on 09 Dec 14. Since then I am trying to shift it to Sri Krishna Sai Indane Gas Agency, Kanpur, UP (Owner Mr. Mishra [protected]). TV is not getting CONFIRMATION showing some error since then. Spoken to owner Aryan Bharat Gas Agency and BPCL Lucknow head mob no. [protected], but the problem is not resolved till date. Facing immense problem for my parents (Mr. Babu Singh Yadav is my father) who is more than 70yrs to visit the gas agencies again and again since 09 Dec 14. Now in badly need to retain connection. Please intervene to resolve it urgently. Thanks Sir.

However it does not seems the case with your staff as they let my phone ring for as many as 10 times. This is not acceptable from a company such as yours.                                     Hi, I have applied for new connection on December last week and submitted the KYC form along with required documents to the distributor on[protected]. I visited distributor two times but they are not responding, everytime they are saying we will get a call from HO. When I am checking my status online it is showing that "We are pleased to inform that the LPG connection has been cleared after de-duplication. Kindly contact MAA LAXMI BHARATGAS, LAXMI BAZAR, NEAR K. C. HIGH SCHOOL with following". When I called the gas customer care they are saying that it will take max 7 working days as per your status.                                       My consumer number 9019696 order no 1015038 dated 13 January 2014 we paid to the agency Rs 1269 but till date we have not received the subsidy in my bank account. All the required documents have been submitted in bank as well as the distributor but no subsidy amount credited so kindly take some strict action against the charity's a gas agency. Hope to see some action against the distributor at the earliest.we have also submitted written complaint on 13 th may 2014 but till date no action
