Hi Team, I am residing at warangal district, telangana state, Having BHARATH GAS connection since 20years, As all o[censored]s known recently all gas policies were changed and they are telling that they will deposit subsidy amount into gas connection owner bank account.My father was expired so that we want to transfer the gas connection name to my mother name, we have filled all the necessary forms and attached required docs and handed over to PRITHI GAS AGENCY, L.B.Nagar, Warangal in last year to transfer the name, but till now the gas connection name is not changed instead gas agency people are not responding properly and we have been visiting gas agency every week since 1 year. If same problem continuous we will be in big trouble to get the gas every month. Kindly help on this and do need full to me. Regards, Abhishek G +91 [protected]

    Dear Concerned, Our LPG ID No. is 1 [protected] Consumer No 1056 Actually, we had booked the Gas Cylender booking no.[protected] on 23rd December 2014, against this booking we have received this on 8th Jan 2015 on Rs 725/-, after many visit on Agency. After that we have received the message on 15th Jan 2015 " Dear Customer, your LPG Refill Order no[protected] has been cancelled on account of : order cancelled as cylender could not be delivered after two attempts please contact Distributor for details" It is the reason... subsidy not received till yet ? I've received only advance subsidy of Rs 568/- on against this booking. I had already lodge the complaint on your customer care on 12 Jan 2015 and complaint no is 385422, but not any satisfactory solution. Sir please help to resolve this Discrepancy

I book my refill on 12 - jan - 2015 & till now I didn't get my refill & now they replied that they provide my cylinder after 27 jan-2015. When as I took my last refill on 11- nov-2014. Each & every monthy I have to launch my complaint then I get my cylinder. I am facing this problem since last 1.5 year. So I request u to plz provide me good servie.

          On receiving Aadhar card previous year I'v enrolled my aadhaar to my gas dealer, but till now in my LPG.in my status is showing that - my aadhaar is not enrolled with gas company. Stating all the facts I'v wrote three complaint to Bharat Gas authority bearing reference number - -303577 dt 21/11/14, ref no.- 306856 dt-24/11/14 and ref no.-365679 dt-5/01/15. After lodging complain every time I received mail with advice to submit aadhaar to gas dealer, though every time I attached copy of acknowledgement of depositing aadhar to my dealer.Now I can't understand why deliberately they denied that my aadhaar was not deposited to dealer? Lastly after receiving a call from my dealer - again I deposited xerox copy aadhaar to his office without any acknowledgement, but till now after 20 days of deposition of copy of aadhaar - my aadhaar linking status is showing same things - " please submit your aadhaar to get subsidy".               Hello Greetings! Am writing this email on behalf of Mr. Vijaisrinivasan Consumer no: 60678780. Since he was in abroad till April-2015 and his mother was using this gas connection in their home. Am bother of Mr. Vijaisrinivasan and below is the issue with SRI KUMARAN BHARATGAS AGENCIES. 1. Nov-2014 myself and vijaysrivasan mother went to the SRI KUMARAN BHARATGAS AGENCIES and asked for second cylinder and they said make the RS: 3500 and get the cylinder on spot and we were come back. Since we are planned to get on Jan2015. 2. 9th-Jan-2015 we(Vijaisrivasan mother and myself) went to your Bharat Gas "SRI KUMARAN BHARATGAS AGENCIES" and we have requested them for additional cylinder(Second cylinder) and the reception women staff told that we have pay RS: 4500 (four thousand five hundred) to get one additional cylinder on the spot itself. 3. I was asked them why this much amount i have to pay only for additional cylinder "reception staff told that she is not much aware of that and she told us to contact the manager of the agency". We both went to manager and told the same story and the manager told us to pay (Rs: 4500- we have to pay to get the additional cylinder). 4. We have asked them why should we have to pay Rs:4500 for one cylinder ? the actual cylinder cost will be Rs:1450 only and they Lady manager was conveying this has to be paid then only they will provide the additional cylinder and every one paying like that only. why you are asking the question. "I would like to know what is the one cylinder cost as per the bharat gas corporation" and why they are asking this much amount?" 5. I know they don't have any answer for my question and they were started diverting me saying that why you need 2 cylinder, since we were used only 3 cylinders in year of 2014. “As I know one family required 2 cylinder (one for current use another one for backup refilling period). Why they are asking this question to us, if that is the case first time itself they have to ask this question to us right ?, after we didn’t agree to pay Rs: 4500 then only they were started saying this" 6. After this discussion the gas agency Lady Manager saying they are not issuing additional cylinder now and asking us to come back after 15 days to get the cylinder. “if this the actual case then first time itself they have to convey to come back after 15 days right, then why they were asked us to pay Rs:4500”, note: In mean time some Village people are paying Rs:4500 and getting the additional one cylinder. 7. Finally she is not ready to give the second cylinder for 1450 and she want to pay 4500 to get additional cylinder and also she is delaying us and telling to come back 15 day etc. “We are travelling almost 25KM from our home to this gas agency for this and they were telling this kind of reason and delay in the issue of second cylinder because of the donation amount” Kindly take my concern and let us know ASAP.                 MY CONSUMER NO IS 121110 AND I REGISTERED WITH BASSEIN BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTOR AT VASAI. TODAY ON DATE AS I CHANGED THE CYLINDER IN THE MORNING AT 1045 AM, I FOUND THAT THE GAS IS LEAKING . IMMEDIATELY I REMOVED THE CYLINDER AND CLOSED IT WITH THE SEAL BUT IT WAS PUSHING THE SEAL ALSO, THEREFORE I USED THE OLD CYLINDER SEAL TO PREVENT THE GAS FROM LEAKING AND PUT A WET CLOTH ON THE CYLINDER NOSEL. THEREAFTER AT 1100 AM I CALLED THE 24 HRS EMERGENCY HELPLINE [protected] BUT IT WAS BUSY AND LATER NOT ANSWERED. AFTER LOT OF TRIES ON LANDLINE FINALLY MY CALL WAS ANSWERED ON [protected] AT 1206 HRS IN AFTERNOON, WHEREIN I WAS ASSURED THAT MECHANIC WILL REACH IN 30 MTS. BUT THE MECHANIC ARRIVED ONLY AT 0220 PM AND AFTER CHECKING HE PUT A NOTE ON THE CYLINDER THAT IT SHOULD BE REPLACED AND CONFIRMED WITH SOME PERSON WITH BHARAT GAS AT BASSEIN OFFICE AND TOLD US CYLINDER WILL ARRIVE IN 30 MTS. AFTER WAITING THE ENTIRE AFTERNOON I CALLED ON [protected] AND SPOKE TO MR. JADHAV WHO AFTER LOT OF RELUCTANCE AGREED TO SEND REFILE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE, BUT WHEN I TOLD HIM I HAVE ALREADY WAITED FOR 6 HRS. AND TAKEN THE RISK OF MY LIFE MY KEEPING A LEAKED CYLINDER, I WILL NOW COMPLAINT TO POLICE AND CONSUMER FORUM, HE ASSURED ME CYLINDER WILL REACH WITH NEXT 15 MTS. AND TO MY SURPRISE CYLINDER ARRIVED WITHIN 15 MTS. THIS SHOWS THAT MR. JADHAV HAS DELIBERATELY DELAYED THE EMERGENCY SERVICE DUE SOME MALEFIC INTENTION AND GRAFTS . REGARDS ROSHAN PATIL

                  Sir, i am K.Joni Jerald, living in Lingarajapuram. my gas agency is Manav Enterprises. i booked my gas on[protected] and my booking no is[protected] then i waited for 10 days. so i went and asked my agency that they told it cancelled so you have to book again and we ll send it tomorrow itself. immediately i booked on that day that is on[protected]. my booking no is[protected]. i waited for next day.but they didn't deliver. but i got message stated that my cylinder was delivered on[protected] and subsidy delivery message got next day. so i frustrated and went next day as 15th was holiday. i asked about this in counter but they didn't take anything seriously they gave the delivery boy number. When i called him he replied that he would deliver tomorrow but same story next day also. Again today[protected] i called but no response so if the consent agency is not responding what we have to do? how many days we have to hotel food? Please find a solution. i never take leave as i am a medical professional but i have taken 3 half days. Please find a solution.

                      I had purchased Bharat Gas Refill Cylinder for Rs.770.50 on 9th December 2014 in the name of AnaRita Albuquerque residing at Taleigao - Goa. The said Cylinder was booked vide O.R. No.151473 dated 4.12.2014. The C.M. No.109599. Till date I have not received the subsidy in respect of above stated booking. My name is mohd. sharif .The Connection no. 2486 Allote to mohd. hussain who is my father .After the complaint a fake call comes to from mob. no. +[protected] to [protected](mob. no. mohd. sharif) who tell me that i am telling from bharat gas corp. ltd .please tell me what is your complaint then i told our totally problem against poor delivery service then he told me that i will give you a 5 digit unique no. which you will deposit to gas agency then you will be receive a gas cylinder with in 24 hour after booking . he told me you have deduct 10/-rs in your account, he told me that please tell me your ATM card no. i give full details to that person, which he knows my password and he withdraw my amount 1493.00 by (to Ecom /70003130/207280/[protected] first & 1500.00 by (To Ecom/22317740/[protected] second time. I request that the company employee involve in this case it would be a racket because i comlaint to bharat gas co, than a fake call comes and he told that i am a from bharat gas co. my name Mohd sharif Ph.                                   I am Sk Jahangir Badsha. I am a customer of Bharat Gas. I took connection from "SRIKRISHNA DISTRIBUTER" located at Saktigarh, Dist Burdwan. I took last refill my last gas on dated 12-02-13. Then after my connection was locked, After several communication distributer suggest me to lodge a complain with required KYC documents. I submit all the documents to the distributor . Three month has gone but i have not get any solution. As per Distributor they have nothing to do for these. I am waiting for the solution, please help.

                                      Dear Sir, I am having con no-4262 from M/S Raj Gas Agency-Server code-143912, I have been booking on line since long.My booking no[protected] dt[protected] and booking no[protected] dt[protected] were cancelled with the remark "On the request of Consumer" and was advised to contact the supplier. supplier did not attend to my phone and I had to take leave from office on 8th Jan'15, to meet Mr Gupta Manager, because Madam, perhaps Owner of the Agency did not allow any one to enter her official chamber. I met Mr Gupta and explained my problem and informed that my both LPG cylinders have become empty and I was in Dire need of Refill. He said " when system is changed some problems ought to occur".I inquired please explain what did he mean.He asked me if I had deposited Subsidy Claim Form.I said there was still time to deposit it, moreover I shall deposit it today itself. I again asked what was its relation with my cancellation of Booking. He could not explain but offered me One Refill on my submission of Subsidy claim .I submitted it and got acknowledgement.I was handed over slip n lpgd[protected] and they were kind enough to inform Mr AVdhesh, Home Delivery Man to supply one Refil on the same Day or a day after.But after vigorous follow up with folded hands I got One Refill after eight days.I requested for another Refil and I was advised to book on line.Now, on line booking for Refill is not entertained. I request to investigate the whole matter and inform me How many Refills had been supplied to me During last two years with full details.When shall I be getting next Refill. In wait of your early response, I.R.Chaudhary.
