my lpg in Bharat Gas and my distributor is Krishna gas agency liluah, howrah my consumer no. is 56867364 I have booked my gas on 26th november through my register mobile but I didn't get gas till date. I did several call to my distributor they pickup 24th december .Again meet gas agency liluah 30th december. then after some date I did several call to my distributor they didn't pickup phone and nor giving answer till 05 january
Well, Let me suggest you go for online compliant or through mobile. Get any of your previous bill receipts and read it thoroughly.


You can find a number, usually it is toll-free. You can make a call and submit the complaint. Be sure respect them when talking. Immediately your solution comes to you at any cost. If not legally you are eligible for complaint.


Record everything if they are rude.

      My lpg in Bharat gas and my distributor is COOKLEAN, Kolkata. My consumer No. is 19765. I have booked my gas on 12 th december through my register mobile but I didnt get gas till date. I did several call to my distributor in their land line but neither they pick up nor giving any response. Last month they r assuring me to get delivery on timesince it was short time matter and been resold in this month.

        Our neighbour is a illiterate person, widow contact Balaji Gas agencies, S S Colony, Madurai for name transfer.She was compelled to purchase for atleast for Rs.1000/-, things they are selling through their counter. Whether it is compulsory to purchase things for any work to be done from gas agencies?. Any unwritten law is there? Daily we are seeing that so many old aged people, illiterate village people suffered lot. For name transfer only Rs.50/- we have to spent that also for new book?. But unnecessarily we are forced to give extra Rs.1000/- ?

          Ref : Consumer Number 412765 Mahim Gas Service, Mahim - 400 016 I have been harassed and under tension / agony for not getting the Refill booked on your phone [protected]. I wrote to your customer care but the answer given by them is not at all satisfactory. On previous two occasions I got the refill booked instantly but now all of sudden this problem has occurred. The standard reply is "Your mobile number is not registered" This is a flimsy ground for rejecting my call because there is a clear cut option given on your site that either land line or mobile can be registered and so I opted for land line . So, where is the fault ? I wrote 2/3 times on your site but the problem persists. They say that my consumer number is blocked, without assigning any reason for doing so. How can they block my booking without giving me any valid reason ? It is ridiculous. My mobile number is available with the Distributor -- [protected] . Why can't they register my mobile number in their system or advise the Distributor - Mahim Gas Service, Mahim to do so because I am not given that option to register it myself online.There is no provision online for the consumers to do so. Strange ? I feel, I am treated like a criminal. What crime have I committed to deny "Refill booking " for no valid or proper reason. I am a common man, a senior citizen helpless facing this unnecessary problem. I am unable to run about due to illness and have nobody in the house to help me. In view of the circumstances explained above, I am sure, you will unblock my consumer number and activate my account immediately. Awaiting your prompt reply.               respected sir/mam we booked our gas on 28th november 2014 which still hasnt been delivered, today being the 3rd of january 2015. the gas was booked at rajaram ags distributers pune 411046. we have given them total 15 reminders. yet they havent paid any heed to our complaints. consumers number is 17621. name- Dr.K.R.Gandhi . phone[protected] gas booking no.[protected] dated-28/11/2014. address- gulabnagar soc. dhankawadi pune-411043. yours sincerely, K.R.Gandhi.

                    I have been a customer holding a gas connection no SA 17016 with your Dealer Shri Ajay Enterprises Paud Road Kothrud Pune(Phone[protected] on 30th Dec 2014. They have not noted my booking till today and every time we called them they said they would deliver the next day. Today they inform me that my booking has not been done at all. This in addition to the counter ladies speaking very rudely to me and making me out to be a liar. On the same day, they have noted my changed mobile number and my submission of Form4 but not noted my booking for a gas. The counter ladies always speak very high handedly and instead of owning up and apologising for their mistake, they speak very rudely.

I booked refill on 22 dec 2014 booking ref.no.was[protected].On 1st Jan I received a msg stating that the booking has been cacancelled as I request to cancel.But I have never requested to cancel the booking.Previously I booked for refill on 4th dec. and it was delivered on 13th dec 2014.According to govt of India we can take 12 refills anytime.Than why have you canceled my refill? You are requested to look at the matter and solve my problem. Thank you

                              chitra gas service, shop- no.6, A block market, sector-55, noida. consumer no. cc 234 consumer name. Surjan Singh addres. village ghari chaukhandi, noida, uttar pradesh the gas service employee misbehave and not attend my complaint properly they gave my gas cylinder to the other person and i will gave my id proof and my phone for registration but they again and again doing same thing and said to me give your id and my id using by someone another person but they not give any detail about that. and since 1 month they act like that which i tell you upper detail. i would kindly request you to solve this problem otherwise i will take the help from consumer court.

                                I went to bharat gas distributor (kukatpally, hyderabad dist code: 117389) for transfer from pune. They given transfer and they given bill for more amount including lighter, stove, suraksha and more. I questioned why you are adding all that items, they rudely replied that its mandatory items to be taken. Again I went for second cylender booking, again they are charging ~3000/- rupees, when asked again, they are saying they will give pan etc also along with cylender. I argued that, I dont need all those items. Since I argueed they are not taking my request saying some stupid reasons that site is not working, login is not coming. etc, , even I went for 2times with 1week gap. 1. They are rudely/forcely selling all the cheap stuff with all the connection related requests (new/transfer/addtional cyclender). 2. Please let me know, how to take action on these guys?

My original name is Rajesh Kumar but instead of this Rajesh kumar Gupta is registered in Bharat Gas account as a consumer name. At the time of opening the account I wrote Rajesh Kumar clearly but due to mistake of agency my father's sir name is added in my original name. I have repeatedly approached the agency for the correction of my name but no action has been taken yet. But now it is tough...

                                  Dear sir, I have been trying to book Refill LPG cylinder for the past4 days on[protected] on my registered land line No. 24440097 butbooking is denied saying " your mobile number is not registered ".Every time I called up for booking, the same standard reply is given.."Yourmobile is not registered ". On your site, it is clearly mentioned theoption of either land line or mobile and I have opted for a land line. So, what's the problem ? On the last two previous occasions I got the Refill bookedimmediately and I had no problem what's so ever This amounts to mentaltorture and agony to a senior citizen who is totally helpless without theRefill. I, therefore, humbly request you to kindly resolve this problempromptly.                                     I am having LPG connection from your company. My distributor is Kalavati Gas Service, Virar - West. My consumer number is 63532832. I have submitted form to register my mobile to gas agency about 08 days back but so far it is not yet registered and due to which I am not even able to book a cylinder. I have given two land line number on my gas blue book but both the numbers are out of Service since last one week so not able to contact them. Being a Holiday on 01 Jan, yesterday I went to Kalavati gas Agency to resolve my problem. I was very stunt to see the scenario there. Total 04 staffs are deployed but no one bothers to listen the complain. In my previous mail, I wrote very clearly that, you keep trying to call there but result is zero, and yesterday I came to know the reason for not getting call connect ...Myself I have seen that Telephone Receiver was intentionally kept off from the instrument. I asked that lady staff about not keeping receiver in proper position. She replied very rude that " To kya karu ? " " Aap ko jahan Shikayat karni ho kar sakte ho" Pl see the attached photo, I took at your Gas agency. She was very bold enough to reply so, because She know that there is No one will take any action. This shows that Branch Manager is aware of such non sense issues at Agency and still, He supports. Such thing happens in only such condition where staff knows that nothing is going to happen, They do not have fear of job loss, They do not fear of getting their salary cut. You are requested to take appropriate action to get the staff correct so as they behaves properly and using the instruments given to them for the benefit of customers.
