This is to bring to your kind information, that THIRUMAL GAS AGENCY HAVING A DISTRIBITOR CODE NO: IN TIRUPATTUR(PINCODE: 635601) VELLORE DISTRICT IN TAMILNADU STATE is taking very long time to supply the gas cylinders(domestic) to its consumers. In my case, it was 2 and a half months since the date of booking. I am not the only one who is complaining but 99% of the consumers are facing the same problem. And also for your kind information, the booking telephone lines are always engaged, and if we want to book for a refill, it is not possible because, they don't update the system-database with the delivery and it shows "in process" through internet and "already booked" when called on phone IVRS. Consumers here believe that the reason for the the delayed supply could be related to the Adhaar subsidy amount provided by the government for the huge no of consumers(that runs into crores of rupees). The more the delay in supplying the gas, the more subsidy amount in the distributors pocket and one more reason people feel is that the distributor does not pay to bharat gas. On the other hand, it is ironic to note that the commercial cylinders are available for delivery instantly by this distributor. kindly do the needful at the earliest.

      hi my customer no is:54972359, i have deal with bharat gas service am one of your valuable customer, am from tamilnadu, salem city, your salem city ganga kaveri gas service distributor they providing worst service against the customers, every time they taking 30-40days to delivery from the date of booking, and they saying the reason like school boys...if your others distributor like to act ganga kaveri distributor people all are avoid your bharat gas services, so if you have time little punish him...

      yes. me too the ganga kaveri gas service distributor they providing worst service against the customers... he is very worst fellow in delivery mans and manegments. my domestic card type 2 cylinders . he formality type but i have receved 2 months per 1 cylinder. my delivery man name is neduchezhilian salem office people and this delivery man has cheating many peoples .he sale the balance cylinders in shops and his giving relations . who is the purnishment this sbi colony gas service in salem . finally i hv petition one complaint for complaint after details collect my documents. my area is mulluvaadi gate salem 7.

        I am a customer of Bharat Gas Service. My Consumer Number is 16888 and my distributor is Gargi Gas Service, Ambala Cantt, Haryana. I want to draw your attention towards the bad service of the distributor . They harass their customer . I am a resident of village Raiwali, Distt Ambala . when I went on them to take my Cylinder on 22/12/2014, They told me that there is no gas cylinder left in the store, so please take your cylinder tomorrow and even tomorrow you have to take the cylinder from Kardhan village as our vehicle will go there tomorrow. I even don’t know where is Kardhan Village . they are refusing to give the cylinder from Ambala . I cant understand when my distributor is of Ambala and I wanna take cylinder from Ambala. Why they cant provide me .As far as Aadhar Card is concerned, I have updated the Aadhar card to Distributor as well as in my bank ..I hope, that an appropriate action will be taken against them

              My consumer No. is " 22500239 " in the M/s Lakshmi Gas Agency (Bharat Gas Distributor), Vill & PO Daspur, Paschim Midnapore 721211 (West Bengal). My Subscription Voucher (SV 052) No. is "[protected] " ; I am sorry to inform you that despite my several requests for Booking of LPG refilled cylinder against my above Gas Connection[protected], the above LPG Distributor declined to book my gas which caused a great hindrance in cooking at my residence. My present residence is located at C/o Late Narendra Samanta, Vill. Chock Dogachia, PO Sreebora, PS Das Pur, Dist Paschim Midnapore Pin No. 721130 ( MOBILE No. [protected]) . I would request you kindly to take drastic official action against the above LPG distributor IMMEDIATELY and also arrange to compel the above distributor for smooth supply of LPG Refilled Cylinder at my above residence early.                 HI I AM CUSTOMER AND MY CONSUMER NO IS 000602, NOW A DAYS THEY WONT DELIVER THE GAS PROPERLY. WHEN I CALL TO THEM FOR BOOKING HAS REGISTERED REF NO :[protected] AND DATED 01.11.2014 IS OK BUT STILL PAST 1 1/2 MONTH NOT YET RECEIVED THE CYLINDER TO YOU.. I DONT KNOW THE REASON. IT IS DIFFICULT TO ME GET A CYLINDER EVEN THEY GET THE MONEY FROM US FOR DOOR DELIVERY BUT THEY DON'T DELIVER PROPERLY. PLS TAKE THE ACTION ACCORDINLY.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I booked gas before 3 month ago, then my distributor told me that your subsidy quota is full (Showing 1/1)so you are not illegible to get subsidy cylender, but they promise to Solve my problem. But after many round to gas agency (Krishna Gas Agency), when again booked my cylinder on Dated 22/12/2014 then faced the same problem. I went to the premises of Krishna Gas Agency, Mr. Manoj (ph No. [protected]) told me that this problem arise from Bharat Gas not from agency, so directly contact to them.I have never had this kind of problem before with Bharatgas so why am I being harassed like this. Please do something ASAP to update my subsidy quota.

                    Dear sir, Myself Altaf padasalagi booking ref 13106702 applied for initial connection (first time)with single cylinder.when i went to distributor with KYC form(filled online ) and necessary documents he said initial connection will start in January and refused me for taking the form . Also when I asked how amount should i fill including deposit fee he said 7000INR for single cylinder connection, but when i consulted customer care regarding fee structure they said need to fill only 4475 INR for single cylinder connection . So request you to kindly confirm with return mail how much i shd fill initial amount with distributor? And confirm when i shd get my initial single cylinder connection ?                       I have booked my gas on 19/11/2014 but till this day they not supply the same.Last week i have visited the gas agency directly but they do not admit to visit the manager, Three phone numbers are allowed to this gas agency. But they not pick the phone.It is a regular practice.When a customer want to speak to them the customer go the gas agency, and they provided a number near to the office and customer can only booking of gas.They dont to allow to speak to the manager. My consumer number is 20479 gas agency address, ghrihalakshmi enterprices, sindoor complex, near avhs, ponani po, malappuram, kerala, 679577 Sir kindly take immediate action in this regard please...

                          R/sir/Madam, i have apply new connection your authorized Dealer Shri Shiv gas agency dealer code 112260 through on line my new gas connection waiting no .12645199 date 28.11.2014 name of mangal chand joshi, after sixteen days on my complaint no.332277 one staff *Mr. Pawan Jangir of shri shiv gas agency was audit my home and i provide them all documents and ISI mark Hotplate in my kitchen but mr. pawan jangir told me you purchase a Hotplate, cooker and other item in shri Shiv gas agency other wise i have not pass your gas connection. i have not agree with pawan jangir . so mr. pawan jangir submitted false report and reject my new connection*. mangal chand joshi [protected]

                            Dear sir, I have applied for new gas connection about one year ago with request id 4748359, had got an acknowledgement that"we are pleased to inform that lpg connection has been cleared after de duplication. Kindly contact NEELAM ENTERPRISES, SHOP NO. 5 SEC- 23-24 MAIN ROAD SANJAY COLONY." When i contacted there instead of helping they asked me "DO YOU HAVE KITCHEN?" Is such kind of nonsense needed for new gas connection.sir i am from a middle class family and i am in a private sector job. so can't take leave or half day daily. i request you to please look into the matter and provide me new gas connection as soon as possible.

                                        Dear Sir, My complain is that when fill the form of KYC & submitted in your agencies, your employee says that please come after 4-5 days. we come after 4-5 days, then she will process KYC in online system. what the meen of KYC delay 4-5 day. Your employee can fill KYC online when i am first time come in agencies.
