Sir, I Booked for Cylinder Refill on 04.12.2014 Booking number[protected]. Still cylinder refill not yet deliver. I several time call to distributor office but never attend phone call. Every month doing like this. I made complaint so many times on bharatgas complaint portal, that time only they take action. Kindly take action and I hope you will solve this problem permanently. Sir i m sarita kumari. I m coustmer of jai mata di bharat gas . my lpg no JM1658. Bharat gas agency are not delivered my cylinder . when i say why are you not deliver then he spoke rudely. Then i go to agency but here not accept any complain and not take any action. So i pls request to you pls provide me reffil time time because no any men in my home i am live with my mother so you pls take any action on jai mata di gas agency bihar sharif

    DESIGAN GAS([protected]) trapper is not even answering any phone calls.I wanted to register my adhaar no to my gas connecting numbering.While trying to located the dealer in the resident self seeding form, The Desigan gas agency's name does not appear in the dealers list in tiruppur.To know the details i called several times.The said dealer is not at all answering any of my phone calls.           My consumer No is 8223 name is K.Narayanan. My agent is Keerthi gas, Kottayam. I have booked for gas vide Booking No.[protected] dtd18/11/14. Till date they have not supplieied gas. On enquiry they told me that to register in DBTLscheme. I will give the respective forms within the stippulated time. As I have some personal problems, I am not able to sumbit the form. Moreover i think that the time limit is for registration is up to14.2.15 . I will submit the forms within two weeks. Meanwhile i request you to supply my LPg gas . Please do the needfull in urgent manner. My Mobile No. is [protected]. Thanking you.

            Consumer No. 9598 Distributors name- Goa gas service, margao, goa. A technician with an identity card from goa gas service, by name Sharwan Vishnoi, m. no. [protected] visited my residence on 13/12/2014, to check for any gas leak. After the check, he demanded Rs. 75 as service charges which I refused to pay, as I was not informed about the service charges before conducting the same. Bharat gas should provide this service free.                 I was really disgusted and worried to see the behaviour of the employees of Radha Gas Agency (Bharat Gas), Airoli. They probably think the people wiating in que for hous and hours as their servants. I coame across a similar instance last saturday where I waited till 2.30 pm in the afternoon. And the employee named "BINDU" misbehaved me in such a bad manner that I could not stop myself from reverting her back. I want serious actions against that agency and that girl.

                            Sri Kaleshwar Bharat gas agency ( Distributor code 161384) Nagol, Hyderabad-500068 has delivered the cylinder on 29.11.2014 to my consumer No. 4832 with OR No.1195225 dt21.11.2014 and CMNo.283155 for Rs.952.00 duly stating subsidy amount of Rs. 482.50. But, i have received an amount of Rs. 368.70 on 09.12.2014 under DBTL scheme for lpg cylinder delivered by cash memo 286056 of 09.12.2014. The date of delivery and cash memo are wrongly informed to the company. Hence, kindly rectify the same and balance subsidy amount may be credited to my bank account- sureshbabu,

                                Ref : Distributor's Name- BANANI DISTRUBUTOR Location : Kolkata, West Bengal SAP Code-112343 Dear Concerned, This is to inform you that yesterday, the above distributor have delivered a re-filled cylinder upon my booking request on dated 24-Nov-2014 having mentioned Cylinder Expiry tenure as B-2014. As per here's leading news paper advertisement, we will be in high risk after accepting this expired cylinder from distributors. Here the cylinder was to be rejected with in 2nd quarter of 2014. Now it running 3rd quarter. I have also informed to the distributor today on same facts but they rigidly answered me the cylinder will be expired after 3 years from 2014 i.e. on 22nd Qtr of 2017. In this crucial circumstances, we are in tension in my living house till the matter is confirmed or solved. Please do the needfull action and help us to remove this tension at the earliest.                                   I got transferred my central govt. job from chennai to kolkata zone.As a result I requested and got transferred my bharatgas domestic gas connection to Serampore, West bengal where I am residing now. In Serampore, there are two distributor and both are denying to accept my transfered account on the issue of low stock of gas cylinder with them. Please help me to get gas connection.

                                    I am a bonafied consumer of M/s utsav gas seva, mehata market, Rajiiv nagar, patna 24. My consumer no is8201. I booked my gas on 1 st Dec 2014 and booking no is[protected]. Generally we receive our gas within 4 to 5 days after booking. This time when i asked from the hoaker, who used to come in our lane every alternate day, told me that your booking is canceled. He did not told any reason for that nither the company has informed about this. In fact the arogant behaviour of the hoaker started when i refused to avail him my saving cylender of my quota to himin last March. kindly look into the matter that how my booked gas is canceled, if not delivery must be done at the earliest.                                         I am an old customer of Bharat Gas, and it bseem that some agencies are really not willing to keep up the name of Bharat Gas. I availed the Gas service at Dehradun from Amardeep Gas Service, then I got shifted to Some other place and requested for transfer of connection to Amardeep Gas Service. They completed all the formalities and issued a cheque in my name. Believing on it, I shifted to the other place and applied for the connection there entirely on my cost as Amardeep Gas Service assured of the payment a few days later, also they have asked for the the cheque they issued to return and in lieu of that they promised to tranfer the amount into my account which did not happen till date, instead they stopped picking up the phone. I really want to keep your service but this type of agencies really put a question mark on the trust your customers have on you. Kindly take some necessary action. We also have proofs of the cheque they issued and the courier details through which we sent the cheque, if such are required by you Kindly let me know.
