Shri Bhairava Gas Agency Delivery of cylinder is delayed for more than 8 - 10 days after booking. My last booking was on[protected] and my cylinder was delivered on[protected] {delayed by 10 days) Not responding to my calls. Does not have any proper booking details. Not satisfied with the service and the way they speak to customer. Kindly take any strict actions. Thanking you in advance

    Myself Sri Kumar Subha Panji bearing Consumer No. 27430 of your distributor COOK-N-SERVE at Domjur, Howrah, West Bengal, was booking a cylinder on 22nd of November, 2014 vide 17 digit LPG ID[protected] which yet not been received by me. I was tried to contact with the distributor through phone for several times (within 11.00 am to 2.00 pm) but they did not receive my call for a single time.

        Dear Sir. After my father has been passed away, I want to change this gas connection to my mothers name, when i reached for this to gas agency, the owner of the gas agency gives different views as my mother didn't have any address proof at the given details in gas connection, then i said to transfer this connection to my name as i have all the proof and i'am the son, but he also refused to so. Then another day i went to gas agency with my mother and asked to transfer gas connection to haryana faridabad, where my mother have all the requisite proof, but this time also ignore and didn't give any answer. Several time i complain in bharat gas portal didn't get the feedback. In this case, I need an intervene of higher authority of bharat gas to look in this matter give justice to my mother and family after my father demise. Take hard action against the owner of the agency, so he cann't harass the bharat gas customer further more.               sir, i have bought Bharat gas for full payment without subsidy 2 times and both the times i was not credited with the sudsidy amount in bank even after linking both aadhar card and bank account of mine. my consumer number is 8829 under the distributor Bindu Sasi, govind gas Koratty Thrissur, Kerala. I am wondering what to do about the same and how to get the lost amount of 2 times. *Note-message from the agency was received both the times but the money wasn't credited.
              I booked a cylinder using AVR on 7th Jan and the cylinder got delivered on 15th of January with cash memo by delivery man. After the delivery of the gas, refill history on the Bharatgas website should show the status as Delivered but its showing status as Cancelled. Why is it so? If the status is not correct how will I get the subsidy amount. My distributor A R contractor is not answering my question why the status is cancelled?
              i m bharat gas customer .. cust. id : 51845830 ... my bank account linked with bank of baroda .. account no. [protected] ... from last two months i was getting message of credit of subsidy but it is not credited in my bank account ... i have asked bank but the denied that there is no issue from bank and redirect to gas distributor ... but when i went to distributor point they said problem is from bank side ... when i checked my registration on LPG website my bank name udated is ratnakar bank but my account is with bank of baroda ... nobody provides me resolution...

                  Respected, I am Sagar Patne My Consumer no is 60659566. No of cylinder: 1 no Due to very low consumption &small family I am not able to refill my cylinder since last 1 year. For this reason BPCL disconnected my account without informing to us even my mobile no have already register in system & address details already submitted to distributor. While enquiring regarding this problem at distributor (code no CC112306 Vijay Krishna Gas service, Kaylan) I am not got satisfactory answer from their staff. If there are any terms & condition they should inform to me regarding refilling of cylinder. We are always facing such type of problem from this distributor. So requested you to educate & instruct this distributor. We are not accepted such type of service from BPCL.

                    sir, I had a Bharat gas connection No. 26089285 from Sreelakshmi gas agency Chempazhanthi, TVM. I am residing at VSSC Housing Colony Thumba. I informed to this gas agency regarding the problem when one of the cylinder connects the stove it remains on when put off the regulator but when places other cylinder there is no problem. And this was put into the notice of your distributor he does not attend and takes it as silly and informed to change the regulator. when it was put into the notice, that there is no problem when another cylinder connects with the stove, but he does not care and leave.

                          Veer Ajay gas Ajency used to provide cylinders too late. His rate of issuing cylinder is not reliable to meet the qouta of 12 gas cylinders per year. when we used to complain him he refuses to take number for providing gas cylinders. we all have fed up from him. please do something to sort out these problem.

                            Sir, i am a MR GUPTE, A bharatgas customer from margao goa. my dealer is kadam gas agency and my consumer number is K5851.i have opted out of the lpg subsidy and also got a unsubsidized refill delivered after sms booking when i did my last booking. this time i try to do the same i got error message and everytime my balance gets deducted though the message is not sent. i registered a complaint to the dealer once over the phone on 24th december 2014 and was told that it has been blocked and that she would unblock it and then i should book the refill once again. it did not work even today and i was forced to visit the dealers office. they have sent an email to the gas company and i hope my work gets done at the earliest. we are senior citizens and we cannot follow up so very often. kindly reply at the earliest. thanks mr gupte my cell no [protected]/[protected]

                              My complainst is against Raka Gas Agency, Raka Chambers, Mumbai Pune Road Main Road, Chinchwad Station, Near Dwarkadas, Pune-411019. I wanted a new Gas connection, and I already have ISI marked gas stove. I don't buy a gas stove or any other product. But this agency is forcing me to buy products of minimum rs 3000 for new gas connection. As per law, its up to consumers to buy it or not. Also there has to be a board saying product purchase in not compulsory fro new gas connection. So I have to waste my 3000 rs to buy the products though I don't want it. I want new gas connection without paying any extra money for products like stove. And as per rule there should be a board in that agency mentioning product buy is not compulsory so that they can't cheat other people.

                                Hi, through online i applied for a refill of the cylinder on 26 NOV and there is no response from any body and suddenly they updated as delivered even though it is not delivered when i contact the distributor ("[protected]") they asked me to apply again with out saying the proper reason for failure in delivery, i applied again on 18th DEC but till now there is no response till now when i call them about the refill they are asking me to apply again. Please suggest me where should i give a formal complaint against them and how should i proceed. Thanks in Advance, Krishan Raju Boda
