Respected, I am Sagar Patne My Consumer no is 60659566. No of cylinder: 1 no Due to very low consumption &small family I am not able to refill my cylinder since last 1 year. For this reason BPCL disconnected my account without informing to us even my mobile no have already register in system & address details already submitted to distributor. While enquiring regarding this problem at distributor (code no CC112306 Vijay Krishna Gas service, Kaylan) I am not got satisfactory answer from their staff. If there are any terms & condition they should inform to me regarding refilling of cylinder. We are always facing such type of problem from this distributor. So requested you to educate & instruct this distributor. We are not accepted such type of service from BPCL.

    sir, I had a Bharat gas connection No. 26089285 from Sreelakshmi gas agency Chempazhanthi, TVM. I am residing at VSSC Housing Colony Thumba. I informed to this gas agency regarding the problem when one of the cylinder connects the stove it remains on when put off the regulator but when places other cylinder there is no problem. And this was put into the notice of your distributor he does not attend and takes it as silly and informed to change the regulator. when it was put into the notice, that there is no problem when another cylinder connects with the stove, but he does not care and leave.

          Veer Ajay gas Ajency used to provide cylinders too late. His rate of issuing cylinder is not reliable to meet the qouta of 12 gas cylinders per year. when we used to complain him he refuses to take number for providing gas cylinders. we all have fed up from him. please do something to sort out these problem.

            Sir, i am a MR GUPTE, A bharatgas customer from margao goa. my dealer is kadam gas agency and my consumer number is K5851.i have opted out of the lpg subsidy and also got a unsubsidized refill delivered after sms booking when i did my last booking. this time i try to do the same i got error message and everytime my balance gets deducted though the message is not sent. i registered a complaint to the dealer once over the phone on 24th december 2014 and was told that it has been blocked and that she would unblock it and then i should book the refill once again. it did not work even today and i was forced to visit the dealers office. they have sent an email to the gas company and i hope my work gets done at the earliest. we are senior citizens and we cannot follow up so very often. kindly reply at the earliest. thanks mr gupte my cell no [protected]/[protected]

              My complainst is against Raka Gas Agency, Raka Chambers, Mumbai Pune Road Main Road, Chinchwad Station, Near Dwarkadas, Pune-411019. I wanted a new Gas connection, and I already have ISI marked gas stove. I don't buy a gas stove or any other product. But this agency is forcing me to buy products of minimum rs 3000 for new gas connection. As per law, its up to consumers to buy it or not. Also there has to be a board saying product purchase in not compulsory fro new gas connection. So I have to waste my 3000 rs to buy the products though I don't want it. I want new gas connection without paying any extra money for products like stove. And as per rule there should be a board in that agency mentioning product buy is not compulsory so that they can't cheat other people.

                Hi, through online i applied for a refill of the cylinder on 26 NOV and there is no response from any body and suddenly they updated as delivered even though it is not delivered when i contact the distributor ("[protected]") they asked me to apply again with out saying the proper reason for failure in delivery, i applied again on 18th DEC but till now there is no response till now when i call them about the refill they are asking me to apply again. Please suggest me where should i give a formal complaint against them and how should i proceed. Thanks in Advance, Krishan Raju Boda

SINCE I AM HAVING HOME DELIVERY FACILITY BUT THEN ALSO I HAVE STAND IN THE QUEUE MY NO. WAS 45 THEY BRING 90 CYLINDER THAN ALSO I HAVENOT GOT THE CYLINDER. THEN TELL ME WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS.                                 After repeated Booking, Gas is not delivered to me. My family including my two kids are starving due to not making food at home due to non availability of Gas. Booking Reference no[protected] &[protected]; Every day I follow-up and requested to Agency for delivered the Gas and they assured us to delivered within a day. But at the end I received a message that your Booking is cancelled due to room closed. Where as my family even didn't leave a hour from home since last one month. Now I am helpless.                                   This is to bring to your kind information, that THIRUMAL GAS AGENCY HAVING A DISTRIBITOR CODE NO: IN TIRUPATTUR(PINCODE: 635601) VELLORE DISTRICT IN TAMILNADU STATE is taking very long time to supply the gas cylinders(domestic) to its consumers. In my case, it was 2 and a half months since the date of booking. I am not the only one who is complaining but 99% of the consumers are facing the same problem. And also for your kind information, the booking telephone lines are always engaged, and if we want to book for a refill, it is not possible because, they don't update the system-database with the delivery and it shows "in process" through internet and "already booked" when called on phone IVRS. Consumers here believe that the reason for the the delayed supply could be related to the Adhaar subsidy amount provided by the government for the huge no of consumers(that runs into crores of rupees). The more the delay in supplying the gas, the more subsidy amount in the distributors pocket and one more reason people feel is that the distributor does not pay to bharat gas. On the other hand, it is ironic to note that the commercial cylinders are available for delivery instantly by this distributor. kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                                      yes. me too the ganga kaveri gas service distributor they providing worst service against the customers... he is very worst fellow in delivery mans and manegments. my domestic card type 2 cylinders . he formality type but i have receved 2 months per 1 cylinder. my delivery man name is neduchezhilian salem office people and this delivery man has cheating many peoples .he sale the balance cylinders in shops and his giving relations . who is the purnishment this sbi colony gas service in salem . finally i hv petition one complaint for complaint after details collect my documents. my area is mulluvaadi gate salem 7.

                                        I am a customer of Bharat Gas Service. My Consumer Number is 16888 and my distributor is Gargi Gas Service, Ambala Cantt, Haryana. I want to draw your attention towards the bad service of the distributor . They harass their customer . I am a resident of village Raiwali, Distt Ambala . when I went on them to take my Cylinder on 22/12/2014, They told me that there is no gas cylinder left in the store, so please take your cylinder tomorrow and even tomorrow you have to take the cylinder from Kardhan village as our vehicle will go there tomorrow. I even don’t know where is Kardhan Village . they are refusing to give the cylinder from Ambala . I cant understand when my distributor is of Ambala and I wanna take cylinder from Ambala. Why they cant provide me .As far as Aadhar Card is concerned, I have updated the Aadhar card to Distributor as well as in my bank ..I hope, that an appropriate action will be taken against them
