I HAVE BOOK THE GAS ON 7/12/2014, AND THE DELIVERY TOOK PLACE ON 8/12/2014, ACTUALY THE GAS PRICE SUBSIDY AMOUNT IS 832.50, AND THE SUPPLIER MAN TAKING 40 RUPPES ETC, HOW THEY CAN TAKE THE MONEY ETC 40 RUPPES, GOVT GIVING DIRECT SUBSIDY AMOUNT IN WHOLE PRICE MONEY.     Rathi gas service is delaying gas delivery. I booked my gas on 22/11/2014 but till now it is not delivered. I complained to them but each time they promise to deliver next day. My gas cylinder has already empty. Please do something or I will go to Consumer Court.       Sir, I am working in the Income Tax Department. Recently I have been transferred from Mumbai to Kolkata. In Mumbai I was having connection of Bharat Gas for the last 7 years. Since the service and behaviour of the distributor and his staff in Mumbai was very good, I decided to get my connection transferred to a Bharat Gas Distributor here. Since I reside at Sheoraphuli, Hooghly, I decided to approach “M/s JAI HIND GAS SERVICE, 176, G.T.ROAD, BALLAVPUR, SERAMPORE, HOOGHLY- 712201. WEST BENGAL” for that purpose. So when I approached them today (i.e. 12/06/2014) at around 11.30 A.M., they initially saw my Transfer Voucher and told me to wait for sometime. After waiting for over half an hour, I asked if it would take a long time. Then they told me that if I was in a hurry I should go home and come after 2 P.M., but however before 4 P.M. I said that I would not be able to come in between that time, since I had to go and pick up my daughter from School. So should I wait for some more time as told previously. To this the man at the counter became violent and said that it was no use waiting and I should have to come between 2 to 4 P.M., no matter whatever problems I had. To this when I said that they should consider the problems of customers and speak in a polite manner, he replied that “You have not even become my customer, so how can you expect politeness from me now”. (I wonder if this is the behavior I am getting before becoming their customer, what special treatment are they going to give me after becoming their customer). After this all the other staff members of the distributor joined in and started arguing with me in the same tone. They said it was their prerogative whether to give me connection on transfer or not and they were actually doing me a favour by giving me the connection and I could go and complaint to anyone I like. When I said that I was working in the Income Tax Department and dealing with so many public daily but politely, being a service provider they should also do the same, they became more violent and started using abusive words and filthy language and manhandled me in front of all the other customers who were present there. After getting so much of good service and behavior from the Bharat Gas Distributor in Mumbai I was totally shocked and speechless at the behavior of this particular “BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTOR”. I am afraid that bad distributors like this are indirectly spoiling the good reputation of your esteemed company. After this incident, I am really in doubt whether to go to this or another Bharat Gas Distributor or transfer my connection to another company like “Indane” or “HP”. In view of the above incident, I demand that strong action be taken against this distributor and his staff, so that in future genuine customers like me are not harassed and manhandled in this manner. In the mean time I am also planning to move the consumer court and other forums for redressal, if strong action is not taken against this distributor within reasonable time.             I have got Bharat Gas LPG Cooking gas connection no. 13580 with M/s Vishnu Jyoti Gas Service Ghaziabad (SAP Code-113506). My name as registered with Bharat Gas is S.K.Sabharwal whereas the name in my Aadhar card no. [protected] and Bank A/c no. [protected] is SUNIL KUMAR SABHARWAL. I submitted KYC with the gas agency on 3/12/2014 together with original gas connection papers and the agency told me that the name would get changed by 5/12/2014 and I would get new gas connection papers on 6/12/2014. I regret that the name has still not been changed in Bharat Gas records. After all these formalities are completed, I need to submit my Aadhar linkage form to the gas agency as well as my bank along with supporting documents. Kindly help me in the registration of my KYC with and also the name change in your records. Also Issue me the revised gas connection papers.

              Dear Sir, This is complain for non delivery of cylinder which was booked on 25th Nov 014 . This is always a issue of late delivery of cylinder. Timeless delivery. Distributor says your cylinder comes tomorrow. But tomorrow not rise.                     Myself Rajesh, filled petrol for Rs.2000 in my swift VXI registration no. KL-02 AC 6963 on[protected] at 9:00PM from Bharat Petroleum petrol bunk at Chathanur, kollam, Kerala. The car broke down at the petrol bunk immediately after filling the petrol, while starting. The car was taken to Maruti authorised dealer workshop and realised that the petrol was mixed up with water. Sample of the petrol preserved for proof.

                      THIS IS ABOUT HIPPO CAMPUS SS SERY AR POLICE LINES HYDERABAD, I WENT FOR REFUELLING MY BIKE IN WHICH PETROL TANK CAPACITY ITSELF IS 5 LITERS AND ON THE SAME DAY IN THE MORNING I REFUELLED MY BIKE WITH A LITRE OF PETROL AND CONSUMED WAS JST 15 KILOMETRES AND WHEN I WENT TO ABVE SAID PUMP AND ASKED FOR TANK FULL TO MY SHOCK IT WAS SHOWING 5.05 LITRES AND I HAD TO PAY 350.00 EVEN AFTER LONG ARGUMENT I PAY THE SAME AMOUNT AS HE WAS NOT ACCEPTING THE FACT THAT MY BIKES FUEL TANK IS ONLY 5 LTS AND ALREADY PETROL WAS THERE.THIS HAPPENED 3 MONTHS BACK ALSO AND AGAIN ON 02.12.14 .KINDLY HELP

Dear Sir- Godara gas agency ke against me shakt se shakt karvai ki jani chahiye because yeh sabhi consumer ko ese hi pareshan kar raha h. Yeh gas agency kisi bhi consumer ko time pe refill supply nahi karta h. Refill ke liye bahut pareshan karta h. Godara gas agency ka licence cancel kar dena chahiye.

                                      Dear Sir Registration of LPG cylinder subsidy is in progress by your distributor/ your employees (Near Kovaipudur Junction, Palakkad road, Sugunapuram, Coimbatore, TN) After unsuccessful attempts to get my Aadhar card and other relevant documents for the past 2 days, yesterday the officer intimated that Tokens are issued at 8 a.m everyday. As per that advice more than 100 people, mainly old people of 60+ years gathered since 5 a.m. The person responsible for issuing the tokens was not issuing tokens in time, public started shouting and I was one of them requesting her that old age people r standing in line with leg pains since 5 a.m, the lady employee of BPCL/ Indira Gas started giving irresponsible manner She told that she has got a lot of jobs and can issue only after completing them She also warned some people, including me that SHE WILL SEE THAT MY CASE WILL NOT BE REGISTERED FOR SUBSIDY & SHE WILL BLOCK MY CUSTOMERSHIP, despite my good customership/ relation since the year 2003, IN FRONT OF PUBLIC Later, when I stood in line and got my token issued (TOKEN NO.71), suddenly she saw me and asked "HOW COULD YOU GET THE TOKEN?" as if I HAD COMMITTED A CRIME. Again she yelled that she would block my case This clearly shows the ARROGANCE, ADAMANCY, POOR-SERVICE FOR THE SALARY SHE GETS, CHALLENGING a 52 year old man in public, without bothering the presence of entire If this is the service rendered by BPCL/ INDIRA GAS of Kuniyamuthur, Coimbatore, I am not bothered even if BPCL blocks my customership & I am ready to throw that money of subsidy. I have worked in the capacity of regional Technical Coordinator for South & West region of ACC Limited, with PURCHASE SECTION under me, where BPCL is a very good customer for ACC Limited But I expect and request BPCL to advise the concerned lady so that the reputation of BPCL does not come under discussion due to such irresponsible employees Note: If required, I can send the Voice recording of the female employee of adamant & arrogant behaviour I request for your kind response per return to my E-Mail ID/ Phone number Regards P.Mani E-Mail: [protected]@gmail.com Ph: +91 [protected]
