Dear Sir, This is complain for non delivery of cylinder which was booked on 21st Nov 014 & Got message that on 25th Nov that it has been delivered. This is always a issue of late delivery of cylinder. Also seal is lose or not proper. Customer no[protected] Booking no[protected] Need quicker delivery and as per mentioned date of delivery. If sms shows that it has been delivered on 25th Nov 014 than why till 29th Nov 014 its not delivered. regards Sanjay Kumar [protected]
always less quantity of gas is in cylinder.
At the end one can feel liquid inside.

      Dear Sir Registration of LPG cylinder subsidy is in progress by your distributor/ your employees (Near Kovaipudur Junction, Palakkad road, Sugunapuram, Coimbatore, TN) After unsuccessful attempts to get my Aadhar card and other relevant documents for the past 2 days, yesterday the officer intimated that Tokens are issued at 8 a.m everyday. As per that advice more than 100 people, mainly old people of 60+ years gathered since 5 a.m. The person responsible for issuing the tokens was not issuing tokens in time, public started shouting and I was one of them requesting her that old age people r standing in line with leg pains since 5 a.m, the lady employee of BPCL/ Indira Gas started giving irresponsible manner She told that she has got a lot of jobs and can issue only after completing them She also warned some people, including me that SHE WILL SEE THAT MY CASE WILL NOT BE REGISTERED FOR SUBSIDY & SHE WILL BLOCK MY CUSTOMERSHIP, despite my good customership/ relation since the year 2003, IN FRONT OF PUBLIC Later, when I stood in line and got my token issued (TOKEN NO.71), suddenly she saw me and asked "HOW COULD YOU GET THE TOKEN?" as if I HAD COMMITTED A CRIME. Again she yelled that she would block my case This clearly shows the ARROGANCE, ADAMANCY, POOR-SERVICE FOR THE SALARY SHE GETS, CHALLENGING a 52 year old man in public, without bothering the presence of entire If this is the service rendered by BPCL/ INDIRA GAS of Kuniyamuthur, Coimbatore, I am not bothered even if BPCL blocks my customership & I am ready to throw that money of subsidy. I have worked in the capacity of regional Technical Coordinator for South & West region of ACC Limited, with PURCHASE SECTION under me, where BPCL is a very good customer for ACC Limited But I expect and request BPCL to advise the concerned lady so that the reputation of BPCL does not come under discussion due to such irresponsible employees Note: If required, I can send the Voice recording of the female employee of adamant & arrogant behaviour I request for your kind response per return to my E-Mail ID/ Phone number Regards P.Mani E-Mail: [protected]@gmail.com Ph: +91 [protected]

          Dear Team, I am Krishna Kumar a holder of Bharath Gas connection (registered in my mother's name). The Raja Rajeshwari Nagar (Bangalore North) distributor is charging Rs 35 as charges for door delivery (even within 2 Kms) in normal hours, the actual amt as per the bill is Rs 425 but the delivery boy takes Rs 460 (Rs 35 extra is taken without any bill) I have requested and warned the distributor many a times on this but of no use, I seriously want to contact some one in the higher management to get this sorted. They do this to nearly 2000 connections making money of Rs 35x2000 every alternative months.             R/Sir, Respectfully, it is submitted that I am a consumer of Bhupindra Gas Service Sirsa and having Consumer Number – 23683, Subscription Voucher No.[protected] issued with Single Cylinder & Regulator on dated[protected]. Now, I am in need of D.B.C. on this connection, I went to the premises of Bhupindra Gas Service on dated[protected] at about 16:00 Hrs. along-with all the documents (i.e. C.I. Sheet, Subscription Voucher, Bharat Gas Copy, Aadhaar Card, Identity Card, Ration Card, Copy of Bank A/C & Affidavit having No. 25117 of Rs. 10/-) Mr. Aashish the son of Mr. Bhupinder Singh was in the office and has said that you are already availed D.B.C. connection. I enquired that sir please inform me on which date D.B.C. was taken by me. Suddenly & swiftly Mr. Aashish moved and misbehaved with me using abusing language, threatening me and forced me out of his office in the presence of his staff. Then he made a call from his mobile to some other person and two persons came and one slapped me. If, CCTV camera’s are installed in the office/premises of M/s Bhupindra Gas Service, Sirsa all the footages may be looked into please. Ernakulam (Dist) kerala Ref- booking no.[protected] of 23-10-14 They are not supplied my cylinder in time, i have only one cylinder but it will take more than one moth to deliver, If we try to contact in office phone, nobody will respond, many times visited in office, but their behavior is not good from front office.                 I am Sagarika Palit bearing consumer number 65977871 has apply for new connection in Bharat Gas, address 9B/1, R.K. Samadhi Road, Kankurgqachi, Kol-54 on 23rd November, 2014. They have given me Gas oven instantly but they are not delivering me my gas cylinder which becomes difficult for me to do cooking. Customer service is very very bad. So, Sir please look into this matter.

                Though I have booked on 18.12.2014 ( No[protected], no LPG cylinder is delivered from the end of Raja Bharat Gas Gramin Vitran, Burdwan, 713155 till now. It is their regular practice.They do not follow the home delivery system.

                  Sir, I Deba Prasad Chaskraborty, my Cusomer no.-4536, issued on 07/04/2010, under "RATNODEEP GAS AGENCY" (Distributor Code No.-461742), Raghunathpur, (Dist-Purulia, W.B.). The said Distributor/Agency not supplying "the registered Customers" their LPG Cylinder in time and their service is also not satisfactory. In addition, they are forced me to go for alternative or other gas-agency/distributor. In the "GAS-CUSTOMER-CARD/BOOK", the said agency not mentioning any Phone number of them, nor even mentioning the most urgent ESC phone number also. I am informed from some reliable sources that, the said agency illigally supplying many gas-cylinder to different persons against taking "Excess-Money", and you should enquire the matter for the common good. The entire Raghunathpur people is veery much un-happy regarding the "SUPPLY", "SERVICE" & "BEHAVIOUR" of the said Agency. I had asked for the list of Consumers and details of delivery of Subsidized cooking-gas Cylinder(LPG) from them but, they have refused to furnish the information . The said Agency also not kept the "COMPLAIN-BOOK" in their Office. So, Pl. look into all these matter and take necessary action, otherwise I will have no option but, bound to knock the door of the "COURT" for proper justice. Thanks.                       This is to informed that I have a gas connection in the name of my wife 2020 K.Parasakthi in Senthil Bharat gas agency, Vridhachalam and their agent code in 166167. The agency people fail to supply the registered gas cylinder in time and their service is not satisfied.In addition they are forced me to go for alternative gas agency. Apart from this my neighbours also affected the same. So kindly make necessary action against the gas agency and advice them to supply the gas cylinders in time.

                        Dear Sir, I have already done a booking of my gas cylinder on 10/11/2014 booking no.[protected]. I have not received my cylinder till date, when I call to the number of distributor to deliver my cylinder he is telling that you have to come and collect your cylinder by own otherwise I will cancel your booking. Please look into the matter and deliver my cylinder at the earliest.

RAS GAS SERVICE DELIVERY PERSONS ARE SO RUDE, TILL YOU GIVE THEIR TIPS TO THEM WILL HARAS YOU e, g THESE PEOPLE WILL NOT DELIVER ON SCHEDULE DATE. RADHA GAS SERVICE IS ENCOURAGING ALL THESE PEOPLE & FINALLY WE THE CUSTOMERS ARE SUFFERRING A LOT. But when i asked for it from the dealer but there is no satisfactory answer is given. I am suffering from a big problem. It is requested that please provide me the DBC connection as soon as possible.                                     I Raghavendra Shenoy, have a Gas Connection with Bharath Gas, Bangalore with consumer number 15708 with distributor Prateek Enterprises. I haven't done refill since 2 years, almost from 2012, but I could see somebody is using the refill under my consumer number. I live out of india and I have proof of SMS coming to mobile. Shiv Shakti Apartment, Sector 71, Noida. But these people says that you should be surrender of cylinder and regulator. Noida is NCR aria I want to change the only migration certificate of my address.                                         I have gas connection consumer no 6522 at one your gas agency in Koyilandy Muncipality in Calicut District in Kerala.The gas cylinder supplied today (20 Nov 2014) is less than the specified weight. The delivery man never comes with weighing mechine.There have been many complaints and political agittions aginst the malpractices and irregularities going on in the gas agency in the recent past.There was an incident in the past that one of the delivery man sustained serious burn injuries while discreetly refilling gas cylinder. A blast took place and he was in hospital for many days.This news was in the leading news papers of kerala.This practice of supplying re-filled cylinders and less weight cylinders to consumers and cheating the valued customers and bringing disrepute to the company is rampant.It is requested that necessary steps may be initiated at the earliest so as to put an end to this corruption. yours faithfully RT Ramachandran
